This hotel has been the lodging of my company's annual meeting three times now. It is consistently comfortable in all ways and well located. Most things you might need including food are very close. The beds are very firm and I worried how my night would go. That was the last thing I remembered thinking and then it was morning. It was a great night. The only complaint is that each time I have stayed there was not enough staff in the restaurant to accommodate breakfast. The hotel knew ther... Read more

Quiet room that was clean and comfortable. Bar in lobby is a nice touch. It is off the highway. The air conditioning worked well. I was able to cool the room enough to offset Hilton's quilts. We were on the first floor and did hear people walking around above us.

Checking in was a breeze!! Huge thank you to Beulah for her help in securing a roll away bed. That was delivered as we were carrying our luggage up. Very prompt!! The pool is smaller than we expected from the pictures but was very nice and seemed to be heated too. Kids had a ball in the pool. I didn't use the gym but did see it and it looked functional with new equpiment. We called down for room service (one reason I chose this hotel) at 9:48PM. The menu in the room says service until 10PM. Th... Read more

We really liked this hotel, after a rather frustrating experience with the first room they tried to assign to us. We booked online far in advance, no special rate deal, and a Hilton card holder. Arrived at the hotel and were given a room whose window looks over the roof and right in front of the window is the property's huge air conditioning compressor. (Room 231). Why on earth this awful room is assigned to anyone I don't know. It should only be given as a very last resort to a walk in, but... Read more

This was the first time we have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn and we will no doubt stay here again. The staff made us feel very welcome and comped breakfast for us since the only King-sized room was in a noisy area. The queen was roomy and comfortable. Our room was clean and was supplied with nice amenities. Excellent wifi and great TV. Kuerig coffee maker. Absolutely no complaints at all.

In town for a wedding. Garden Inn was super clean. Staff was excellent. We had a whirlpool tub in the room and it was great. We did notice guest above us walking in their rooms. Not enough to bother us but we both noticed it from time to time. Highly satisfied.

Their hospitality and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. We were in town for my sons wedding along with 90 relatives from out of state. Everyone commented on how wonderful everything was at the hotel. The restaurant had a terrific menu and the food was great. Jerica, Michelle and Kevin will definitely take good care of you!

On my previous visit, I was driving a fully loaded 16 ft Penske truck from Detroit to Florida. Somewhere on day #1, I lost the key to the padlock, locking the trailer. Our suitcases and travel items were all locked in the back of the truck. At check in (6PM after dring 12 hours), the desk person phoned around and found a shop that could break open the padlock and another shop that had a replacement lock. By 6:30Pm I was enjoying a beer in the bar!

After a last minute invite to attend a Berry college graduation we realized there were no places to stay in Rome. If you or your family or friends find yourself in this predicament we highly recommend you stay here. This is almost exactly 30 minutes from the actual grounds where Berry holds the graduation ceremony. The rooms are very nice, the staff we overly friendly, the prices were fair and the directions to and from Rome and Berry were easy.

Had a great experience, close to Lakepoint. Lots of local restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel was undesirable. no clean tables, ran out of bacon, sausage and oatmeal more than 30 minutes before closing. Aside from that, the front desk was exceptional (Buelah rocks!) and the housekeeping staff was top notch. Great experience, will stay again next summer for sure. Worth the extra $$

Staff seemed friendly, but there was no one to check me in when I arrived. Waited 10--15 minutes. Then they gave me keys to the wrong room. The accommodations were nice. Clean room, very nice. But they had travel basketball teams throughout the hotel. They made noise and woke me up several times during the night. I'm sure this isn't always a problem. Train the staff to be more helpful... when you see that it's 5-6 people in line go get help instead of having people wait 30-40 minutes..... And just because you see a big party doesn't mean that the whole party is together so don't assume and ask before charging the gratuity because you assume that everyone is together

This lil hideaway Hilton in Cartersville is always my choice to stay. Friendly staff, clean, nice bar area and good food. Rooms are comfortable and what you would expect from a Hilton named property.
