I was traveling to my northern office and stopped at this hotel along the way as I am a Hilton Honors member. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The original room was next to a noisy ice machine but they quickly moved us to a better room that was very nice. Top notch cleanliness and service

This hotel, slightly north of Atlanta, is nestled into a grove of trees above a large road renovation. After missing the entrance once we easily found our way back and were pleasantly surprised by the modern updates. The room fit our needs but we also heard our neighbors above as they walked around their room. It did not affect our sleep. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. We were a little surprised to get a 10 pm call to get all our water needs taken care of since the water was to be sh... Read more

New and clean hotel. Everything was great except the construction detours around it - difficult to find at night. Called and a desk clerk stayed on the phone with us directing us in, so an A+ for customer service!

It has been a long time since we stayed at this hotel. It has been renovated with the final result being quite impressive. There was noise above our 2nd floor room through part of the night. The room was very nice, clean but a little short of storage if you are staying for a few days. Road construction leading to the hotel is messy, hotel also needs a bigger sign on the main road (Hwy 20), the appearance of the hotel is blocked by an abundance of trees.

This newly remodeled hotel was a great place to stay. The rooms are fantastic. I did request a room on the 3rd floor so we would not hear anyone walking above. That was a complaint from an earlier review. The breakfast was good as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here recently for one night and the staff was so nice. The hotel is very tastefully decorated in the main lobby. The rooms are also very nice and very clean. My only issue with my stay was how dry the room was. I woke through the night very thirsty and have experienced this in other hotels where the windows don't open. Overall it's a really nice hotel

We booked this hotel without looking into it too much - it was priced right and we trusted that as a Hampton it would be acceptable no matter what - this was so much more than acceptable hotel. There is currently road construction in front of the hotel that makes it extremely difficult to find - especially at night and in traffic. We had to u-turn four times before we found the entrance. Needless to say, we were more than a little frazzled when we walked in. And then "ahhhhhhh." We walked i... Read more

The rooms were spotless and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Becky at the front desk was so nice to my kids and the rest of the baseball team that my youngest asked he could call her Grandma. I recently had surgery on my dominant hand and I am functioning with one hand. She offered to wash any of our clothes while we were there to help me out. We travel to this part of Georgia often and we will be sure to stay as this Hampton Inn!!!!

Our family had a cousin reunion in Cartersville, therefore we had several rooms. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Our room ran out of kleenex and toilet paper (both rolls weren't full when we arrived). I would suggest leaving a new full roll. Fresh hot cookies were a hit with my family!! The staff made sure we knew they were in the dining area. Thank you for a great stay!!!

The strategic entrance because of highway construction was worth it when we meet the front desk staff. Ms. Maggie and her front desk assistants were full of southern hospitality! The decore' offered a crisp and clean environment for all guests! Be sure to take advantage of the pool that is kept clean by Mr. Joe! We will be back!

The entire property was very modern and clean. The room was bright and inviting. I in particular liked the sliding barn bathroom door which left the bathroom nice and open. Finally, the staff was very friendly. I look forward to returning to Cartersville, GA so I can stay here again.

Only one small thing, road construction was going on, we arrived at night, there were no lights nor signs directing us to the hotel which sits back and uphill from the road. The drive to the hotel appeared to be completely blocked. In fact we had to wend our way through barrels in the pitch black dark to find our way. If the traffic had been worse, we would have been rear ended trying to go slow enough to find an opening. It was TOTALLY NOT THE HOTEL'S FAULT!! The city failed to issue permit... Read more

I booked this hotel by mistake. I stayed there two nights. It has recently been redecorated and was in far better condition than I expected for the price I paid. The room was large with a good walk in shower in a modern clean bathroom. The problem is the major road works outside make access hard to see and there is not much around the hotel except for a Shoneys and Cracker Barrel.

Convenient and quiet location away from hustle and bustle while town is a short drive away. Staff is super friendly and rooms are very clean. Smaller hotel so it is a little more peaceful than most. This hotel is very nice with lovely decor and pretty setting but total lack of proper sound-controlling insulation would keep me from staying again unless I stayed on 4th floor. This is an older Hampton property right off the interstate which sounds like it would be convenient, however it is in the middle of a construction zone and getting into the hotel is very difficult. Very nice newly renovated Hampton. The staff was very accommodating and everyone seemed to be truly concerned with our comfort and satisfaction. Room was quiet and we had a good night sleep. What pushed this stay over the top was breakfast. Not just the food selection but it was served with hugs. Michelle is the BOMB!!!! She made my morning with her friendly smile, greetings and her big hugs. Every hotel needs a Michelle.

The staff was very nice and efficient. Plenty of food options for breakfast. Coffee was good. As I mentioned, my wife does not eat meat so a lady specially prepared a cheese omelette for her. The renovation was nice too. I liked the wood art.
