The rooms have a living room with a flat screen. A bedroom with a flat screen and a room with a deep sink like in a kitchen. A microwave and a refrigerator. They have a great breakfast lots of choices and free drinks and snacks at night. The outside pool is little but when you have it to yourself it is perfect. The staff is are very friendly. A great place to stay.

The people were great! Very friendly and helpful. The bed was so soft that I could hardly stand up the next morning I was so sore. The pillow appear firm but they are flat to the bed in 5 minutes. The reception was nice from 5:30 to 7:30 and the breakfast buffet was very good. The bed was a deal breaker though, while I love soft and plush it was just too soft!

hotel had 2 elevators and 1 of them was broken. I could have lived with that but there is no stair access to get to the lobby. It was a very long wait every each time we tried to come or go from room to street. The breakfast was the usual eggs, bacon, muffin, toast, cereal and cheap local fruit. Hotel is overall clean and tidy but the pool is dated and very small. Fitness center was clean and well enough equipped but no windows or ventilation.

Check in was fine. It is attached to a mall. Room was clean. Nothing spectacular, nothing that set itself apart, IMHO. Again, if I am going to pay over $200 for a night's stay, I expect better. As a Hilton honors gold member, I have stayed in Embassy Suites out west and in South Carolina and Florida, that were head and shoulders above this one. Breakfast was standard and evening reception was there. Again nothing that sets itself in comparison with out Embassy Suites.

Very pleased with my stay at Embassy Suites in Brunswick. The online check-in process made getting my room so simple and easy. The room accommodated our needs as we had a young infant traveling with us. I appreciated the mini-fridge to keep the baby's milk, microwave to warm it up and sink to wash the bottles in the small kitchen. I also enjoyed the cooked to order breakfast. This is the main determining factor in me selecting Embassy Suites over Hampton Inn. I'll definitely return to this hotel... Read more

Never having stayed at an Embassy Hotel I did not have any expectations. The picture intrigued me, since most hotel rooms I've stayed in were accessed from the outside. These rooms are accessed from the inside opening onto a central lobby. I liked it! This review is really about General Manager Nancy though. She made our stay even more memorable by pointing out her favorite places to eat and even favorite places to lie on the beach (with bathroom access), which was great for me as I am handicapp... I have been traveling to this area annually for decades. I can't remember when this Embassy Suites wasn't here, but haven't stayed at it until now. It being so old, I was a bit leery of it, but it's actually just great. It seems in excellent repair and the rooms are as modern and well equipped as you will find. The classic atrium design is well executed here. I was particularly impressed by the included breakfast: The coffee was actually good. But the topper -- and this is a BIG DEAL -- is th... Read more

This hotel is beautiful. It is very open, and spacious. The staff are all very friendly and super helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It is also very conveniently located right next to a mall. There is a door that takes you right into the mall, but you don't feel any of the noise or commotion from mall traffic. One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Absolutely recommend.

We checked in and experienced the great reception they have every evening. Our bed was uncomfortable due to missing support but it was too late to do anything. Upon reporting the issue they sent maintenance, identified the issue and unexpectedly comped the room. Tough issue, great recovery. We were not treated as being picky which was refreshing. They owned the problem.

Recommend this Embassy Suites. One problem with not enough luggage carts. People keep them in their rooms instead of returning them to the lobby. They have handicapped accessible rooms which is great but not many. Plus those rooms only have a queen size bed which is not that comfortable when you are used to a queen.

Overall the hotel is fine -- a decent price, very nice staff, clean, convenient, wonderful omelets in the morning. It is an older hotel and there are issues with the air conditioning being not as strong as it needs to in the warm Georgia summer--we bring a portable fan with us to compensate for the tepid cooling system. My family of six stopped over in Brunswick prior to heading to Orlando. The hotel is a bit dated however their customer service is excellent as well as the made to order breakfast. I recommend this location to any traveler needing a stop over in Brunswick.

Staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. We are travelling for our 48th anniversary, & we are staying exclusively at Hilton affiliated hotels for the entire week. We have found the quality to meet our standards & have not been disappointed.

Spent 6 days at this hotel during hurricane Mathew. Actually, we were stranded at this hotel and I must say that even under those trying conditions, the entire staff was accommodating and friendly. The hotel offered free lunch and dinner during the storm. Very impressed!

We stopped here on the way to Florida and our first impression was so so but we were surprised! Turned out that this was a location attached to a dead mall so we were a little concerned going in. The lobby was clean and huge and the staff checking in were wonderful. We went in the elevator and it needed to be cleaned severely. Brasso would be in order! Upon arrival to our suite, it was immaculate! Cannot say a word about that. Breakfast was awesome, possibly the best one I have ever seen in an E... Read more

I stayed at this location on a recent business trip to Brunswick. The hotel is located in the mall in Brunswick, and that lends to a large design. Also the location is a little older, showing some age. But, my stay was very good. The room and bed were comfortable with a great selection of TV channels and good Wi-Fi. The location is convenient to multiple eating establishments and attractions in Brunswick. I would stay here again if needed.

I have stayed here many nights and really like the location, rooms and everything about it. Only downside is it could use a bar of it's own. Granted, there is a Ruby Tuesday's right behind the hotel. The rooms are nice and well lit. Oh, Can we please have taller chairs for the workstation? They're way too low. There was a young man at the check in that I have had the opportunity to interact with. His name is Mickey. Very pleasant person and makes you feel welcome.

I stayed here because it was close to my office. While the service was very good, the hotel is old and in desperate need of a renovation. There were significant issues with hot water and the internet. The first morning I was there, I didn't get hot water at all. They comped the night but told me that the hotel was old and that "your room is a long distance from the hot water heater". They also said it could take 10 minutes to get hot water in the mornings. Maintenance checked my shower and, on ... Read more

My husband and I stopped at this hotel on the way to the Biltmore Estate. We have been here in the past and the ONLY, let me repeat, the ONLY thing that has changed in the last 5 years since we have been there last were the tables and chairs in the lobby. We walked into our room and it reeked of bug spray. I wouldn't walk barefoot on the carpet on a dare! Although the staff, most of them were friendly, they were powerless to help. Now, about the so called managers welcome from 530 to 730 pm. I h... Read more

The Embassy Suites in Brunswick is attached to a shopping mall. The suite was divided into four separate rooms; a bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and the living room. I enjoyed the room separations. Complimentary evening cocktails and snacks are offered daily. There is a made to order breakfast every morning as well as a full breakfast bar. There is wide array of restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay there again.

The front desk was very rude and uncooperative at assisting with an extension of the room reservation. Hotel rooms are outdated, welcome to the 90s, with thin walls where you can hear guests in neighboring rooms. For an Embassy Suites, this is the worst I have ever experienced. Avoid.

Looking at reviews at both ends of the rating scale makes me wonder if there are different sections to this Embassy Suites with some areas newer and nicer than others. We had a wonderful suite with "kitchen" area separating the living room and bedroom. Rooms were very clean and quiet. King bed was very comfortable. Temperature was controlled via wall thermostat and worked great. Breakfast was top notch with everything you could want including made to order omelets. Very good coffee also. Staff e... Read more

The room was clean, and the room was not quite as large as others that I had stayed in at other Embassy Suites. Room service came from O'Charley's, which I thought was strange. Breakfast, on the other hand, was on site. The made to order omelette was fantastic! Staff were very nice! It was fine for a one night stay.

Staff was very friendly, from the front desk to the person clearing the tables at breakfast. Location to the mall was great and plenty of other stores within just a couple minutes distance of driving. Rooms were very clean, along with the rest of the hotel. Rooms seemed quiet, wasn't disturbed by other guests.

We decided to stay at this Embassy Suites as we were traveling south. While dated and somewhat in need of an upgrade, the stay was excellent. Very clean and accommodating. Both the manager's reception and breakfast exceeded expectations. With my wife being a avid shopper, the stay was enhanced because this hotel is connected to a mall. Our stay was peaceful and enjoyable.

Great staff worked hard to please me. My original room type had a leak so they assigned me two rooms as an alternative to the original. Great location that connects on the inside of the hotel to the mall. Ruby Tuesdays is only about 50 feet from the interior exit to the mall. Movie theatre and shopping are so close by. Clean and attractive rooms and atrium with amazing breakfast buffet and manager's cocktail hour in the evening.

We arrived late on our way the next day to Sea Island. We wanted to go out for a drink and it looked like the whole mall was closed. We asked the front desk clerk and she had no idea what was open. As we drove out the mall, we passed a colorfully lit door in the mall called the Blue Martini & Grill and it was open! As far as the hotel, it is an atrium so if you are too close, you can ear the acoustics of the open area. We were fortunate to be a little off the center. The room was typical of ... Read more

But it made it easy to eat dinner. The Ruby Tues was very good. Also there is a movie theatre next door, so our evening was complete.
