Just a one night stay and we were traveling with two dogs. The Holiday Inn Express have rooms that are dog friendly. The staff were welcoming and the ground floor room was clean and comfortable. The free hot breakfast was really good with a great selection. I'd certainly stay there again, with or with the dogs!

For me the location was key and this hotel was perfect. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. From the front desk, to the housekeeping, to the breakfast workers. They were all friendly, compassionate, caring, helpful, and pleasant. My room was kept clean each day. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. A very wide choice of foods for breakfast. Tea & coffee all day & night. Two negatives - The wifi was very slow (however it was free). The carpet in the hallways was VERY ... Read more

We were in the midst of a multi leg road trip with our 2 dogs. I had booked this hotel for just one night after reading the reviews. The super friendly staff really are the stars of this hotel. We had a very good "dog friendly" room on the ground floor and near an exit which was hugely convenient. The room was very clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast is complimentary & plentiful- you won't leave hungry! All in all, a truly enjoyable one night's stay in the middle of a road trip. We will b... Read more

Have no complaints for my stay at this Holiday Inn Express, Liked the smaller version of the usual locations. Nice room and clean. Friendly and efficient staff Very good free hot breakfast in a pristine setting .

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Braselton on May 4, for one night. The hotel room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was good-sized, with nice toiletries, and the HVAC worked well. The room was quiet as well, and the outside grounds are very well maintained. The breakfast options were typical in kind of a Holiday Inn Express, with actually more options than I've seen at other such hotels. Just about everything is pre-cooked, including the cheese omelettes and ... Read more

I will try another hotel the next time I am in the area. The room appeared to be small. The shower curtain rod was broken and water trickled heavily onto the floor. Ventilation in the bathroom was also poor. After my family showered, the entire room became humid and all mirrors were foggy. Pool is tiny. There is a decent number of restaurant within a few minutes of the hotel.

Stayed here few weeks ago for ball tournament. Need bigger shower curtains - wasn't long enough or wide enough. Caused major water issues. Good things - staff mostly nice except one poor girl at desk at night who said I couldn't get more towels bc they needed to go in dryer and she didn't know how to operate it (needed more towels bc used some wiping up all the water on floor from shower. Breakfast was avg for HIE. Location was convenient to nice grocery store and all mattresses were new - ... Read more

Just returned from a visit to Braselton. Mostly for a getaway. I chose this hotel due to it's proximity to Chateau Elan, across the street. Overall the stay was uneventful. Staff was friendly. Although the room was small it was clean. Like others have said the shower curtain needs to be longer. The internet is very slow so much so that I gave up trying to use it. Also, I stayed in room 217 & there was road noise but it didn't affect my sleep. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were a... Read more

Though small, the room was very well appointed and tastefully decorated. Housekeeping was top notch. But what really stood out was the gentleman with a drink and snack cart that went to each occupied room offering complimentary refreshments. It was a nice touch rarely seen anymore, even in some of the finest hotels.

Spent the night at Holiday Inn Express and it was a very enjoyable experience starting with check-In to check-out. Staff was very professional and . room was clean and comfortable, and by far the best shower experience I have had this year in my many travels. Breakfast had a great variety and the food was fresh and plentiful. Being close to Chateau Elan and the Legends golf course made the trip even more enjoyable. Recommend this hotel for a great experience.

I felt very uncomfortable here. I travel quite a bit, and I've never seen a hotel so busy late at night. The sheets were worn out, and the breakfast area was small. The picture of the outside of the hotel made me think it would be really nice on the inside, but it's not. I would describe it as having more of an institutional look. On the plus side it wasn't dirty. The second evening I arrived back at the hotel, the police were outside. I know it's more money, but I recommend you stay near the ma... Read more

Arrived Early Friday morning about 12:30 AM. Found front entrance dark but decked out with caution tape. Went to front side entrance , but of course key required. It did not appear that there was parking past the caution tape. There were no signs on the caution tape labelling the safety condition. There was nothing apparent going on inside the caution tape. I raised the tape and brought my suitcases and cooler to the front desk. Inside the two attendants yelled at us for walking through sealer. ... Read more

This was only an average hotel at best. I am typically a fan of this chain but this was not a great one. Perhaps it's scheduled for updating soon, but the overall feeling was small and old. The shower curtain issue described by others is real and don't even bother w wifi. Checkout was very slow, although friendly enough. Not many good options in this area but I would try another if I were ever in the area again.

We arrived at 3:05 pm. We received our room key at 5:25 p.m. This hotel was clearly not properly staffed to handle a full hotel. The hotel staff were nice. The ice machine was broken, but the front desk went out and bought some ice for the hotel guests. Like most hotels the free hot breakfast was very lame, pre made food warmed up. The pancakes were not very good. The mattresses were great, very comfortable. The rooms were very small. The pool is outdoors. Rooms were quiet. Room was clean and u... Read more

This location has what seem to be smaller than average rooms for the brand. They are kept very well, as are the common areas. The hotel is conveniently located near a major highway but not so close for noise to be an issue. The parking lot can get pretty crowded but we've never had a problem getting a spot. We arrived late from our flight on our last visit here and there was some kind of overflow partying going on in the lobby, complete with twelve-packs and giant Costco snack items. Mana... Read more

Stayed one night and was impressed with check in to check out. Looks like they went trough a renovation of the hotel. Hallways seem to be next on the list as they are stained and color theme was outdated. Room was smaller than most other Hoilday Inns but was fine for a nights stay. Very clean and a nice color they had chosen. Room was quite and it was a weekend. Breakfast was normal Hoilday Inn and great. Was nice to be greeted by the breakfast attendant, don't see that often. Overall I'd... Read more

Hotel staff are southern hospitality all the way. Very helpful and friendly. I rolled in late at night with a 24' enclosed car hauler. They have the space for this, and its not uncommon. The weekend I was there was mostly Chin motorsport event folks. Chin has a great negotiated rate with Holiday Inn. Overall, I might stay again, but would be much happier paying a little more for a room that didn't smell like it was wet all the time and an AC that didn't sound like a turbine in my room. Ju...
