We stayed here for the four days we had visiting the Masters. It ticked every box...easy location, warm efficient welcome, good clean rooms with fridge, microwave etc, excellent breakfast selection, andOUTSTANDING staff. A true reflection of southern hospitality...with special mention of Cynthia who even called the golf club she had recommended to check that they had looked after us. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome stay! The rooms were very modern and clean!!! The staff was super friendly. Definitely our new hide away spot. It's right next to the waffle house and the interstate is very close as well. It has a pull out sofa which made the room extra cozy.

My family and I stayed one night here unexpectedly. Really nice hotel with nice spacious suites. Room had microwave and medium sized fridge. Located just off main strip of Washington road so you are close to lots of food but away from all the traffic and noise. Would stay here again.

Great Hotel with Great Staff especially Ms. Cynthia. It was over 100 of us there this past weekend they were so nice. We were bikers with lots of bikes and they could have said they were too loud but they didn't. They allowed all of us chill in the lobby and outside the hotel as long as we didn't block the entrance, trash the lobby or parking, cause any problems, or have alcohol out in the open. I would definitely recommend this hotel it was our weekend hangout spot. Thanks for your exceptional ... Read more

I decided to drive to Pawleys Island, SC from Memphis, TN to haul all the stuff to the beach while my family flew down the next day. To break up the trip, I chose Augusta as a good stopping off point for the night. I selected this hotel based on other reviews and can say there opinions were spot on. The hotel is clean, rooms are large, beds are comfortable and the staff is very friendly. What more could you ask for in a place to crash for one night? The breakfast buffet was nothing special but f... Read more

Our family of 4 stayed at the Jameson Suites. Our room fit us perfectly with 2 beds and a sofa sleeper. The beds were comfortable. Location was very convenient to I20 and to Washington Rd where there are many restaurants to choose from. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Business center was one of the biggest ones I have seen in a hotel. Very convenient. WIFI was mostly good, with some small outages. The outdoor pool was a little bit small, but clean. We enjoyed sitting outsid... Read more

The hotel and staff were both welcoming and inviting. The accommodations were excellent. We were pleasantly surprised with the Customer Service given with a smile, by all of the staff, especially Ms Cynthia, Jamie and Cassie. We had over 100 people at this facility and 100 more at other hotels in the area. We were given free reign of the facility, as long as we respected the property and the other guests, which we did. The weekend went over without incident and we will be back, and perhaps try a... Read more

We were in Augusta for 3 days for a family event and found this to be a great place to stay!! We had a premium king suite (for a very reasonable price!), and it was just like a mini condo with kitchen counter space, an apartment size fridge/freezer, sink, & microwave. There was a separate living area with a comfy sectional sofa, a large desk, & another upholstered chair w/ottoman.The bed was good (though a little firm) & the linens were all fresh. And big compliments to the Housekeeping Staff ..... Read more

What a great surprise. Quick visit .wonderful staff. Great breakfast. Large area to walk dogs. Can wait to come back for a longer stay. The outdoor pool was a pleasant surprise. It is not often that you find a staff that goes above and beyond they way the Jameson Suites Augusta staff does.

My husband had to go to GA for work. My daughter and I joined him for the summer since she was off of school. We arrived mid June and left in August. We saw many different groups of people come to stay at the hotel. There were some really inconsiderate, disrespectful, ungrateful, rude people were there. Not once, did I see staff lose their cool or act in the same manner as their customers. We witnessed basketball team, baseball team, biker group and family reunion groups and each time, staff was... Staff was wonderful and attentive. The breakfast was good. Beds comfy and clean. Pool is small but was plenty big for our family. The shower curtain was not clean and the room could use some touch up paint. The privacy curtain was broken. All minor things. All in all it was a good stay for the money.

I've stayed at The Jameson several times and every time I've enjoyed my stay every single time. The front desk representative (Jaime) is always the nicest I have never experienced such good customer service. I'm a corporate trainer in the customer service field and this hotel in addition to (Jaime) has not disappointed me EVER.

We stayed at the Jamison because our ac unit went out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. They had sausage, bacon, cheese omelettes, boiled eggs, waffles, biscuits, and sausage gravy just to name a few. The rooms were clean, and the room rate was excellent. It was quiet and very close to many great restaurants.

I stay at the Jameson several times a month, and as always, everything was super. One of the best deals out there. The hotel is clean, rooms are large, and the staff is super friendly. Jamie is always super helpful, and greets you with a smile. Cynthia is awesome, and they get you in and out quickly, and cheerfully. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Plus, they are pet friendly!!!!

An 18 day stay( due to a death in my family), gave us an extended and in depth view of the Jameson Suites in Augusta, Ga. . Delicious breakfast bar, large clean suite, doggie walk, etc., were super, but most of all, the entire staff from maintenance , breakfast hostesses, front desk to manager made us feel part of an extended family at a very stressful time. The warmth, friendliness, efficiency and helpfulness created an uplifting environment and caused tears(on both sides) when it was time to... Read more

Two night stay resulted in great care by a friendly and wonderful staff notably Cynthia, conciere, Helen and Raven front desk and another great day shift angel I failed to get the name of on that day. I had a need form information on restaurants which they provided. Also in a hurry to leave home I had forgotten my toothbrush and razor both of which were graciously furnished by the front desk. Rooms were clean and property well managed.

t.We traveled to Augusta for our daughter's wedding in September 2016. As I looked through Trip Advisor I read the reviews on this property and was impressed. I knew it was in an area where most hotels were $100.00 or more a night, yet this was less. I asked our daughter to go check it out. She did and she met Helen. Helen was our key to a wonderful experience. Not only did she show our daughter a room, she told her if we were planning on staying for several nights, to have us call her and... Read more

I stayed at the Jameson Suites for three nights. This is an older hotel that has had a decent facelift. The location is conveniently off of I-20 and Washington Rd. Some of the age showed through: the bathtub was very slow to drain, the shower head hangs low, the bathroom fan does not vent to the exterior and is virtually worthless, the TV could not show wide-screen HD content. The breakfast buffet was uninspired. I could live with all of this, but they dropped the ball on customer service. ... Read more

Cannot say enough good things about the staff at the Jameson. We Have stayed at the Jameson for the last 5 years when participating in the Augusta 70.3 race. The staff goes above and beyond to welcome athletes and families during what is usually a very stressful weekend. It is just far enough away from the crazy downtown area to afford one the chance to focus on the upcoming race. But at the same time, close enough to make that early morning drive on race day. What a wonderful place. Huge thank you to Cynthia and Cassy at the front desk for their warm welcome and hospitality. This hotel is clean and beautiful. We stayed here during Hurricane Matthew. These people cared about the people that were there as well as their pets. They made every effort to make it a home away from home. So, there we were, watching Matthew like hawks to see where his next stop might be. As he approached Haiti and destroyed countless homes and lives, worry set in that he was on his way to Charleston, SC about to launch his fury on us. We we fortunate to have gotten a room for several nights at this hotel during the evacuation for me, my son and our family dog. The rooms were clean, staff very friendly and very convenient to numerous activities in the area. They even provide a dog red carpet with doggy treats and people treats (subs/ chips and dip) Friday night. If we every stay in Augusta again, they will have a consumer for life here!
