The hotel had just opened 2 nights before I stayed there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They seemed to have most of the kinks worked out. The hotel overall is very pretty. My room was clean and very functional. For me, after cleanliness and price, is comfort of bed. The bed and pillows were top notch. I will definitely return.

Great brand and a nice hotel. You'll stay and want to come back. Nice large rooms with plenty of work space. I used the fitness center. Plenty of space and nice equipment and weights. Only hotel at the exit so I am sure highway signage is soon to come.

This hotel is clean and pleasant. The entire staff is welcoming and helpful. You will not regret staying in this all-suite hotel. The beds and pillows and linens are all soft and comfortable. The pool is saline, which felt great for my sore muscles. The breakfast was THE BEST! My kids raided their "snack" section often, which had a very nice variety. As if that wasn't enough, the rooms include a full kitchen complete with sink, dinnerware, silverware, knives, glasses, coffee cups, dishwasher, an... Read more

I have been a HHonors family member for a while. Most of the time another one of my family members reserves the rooms so i don't have a lot of points. But i like quality so that's why i choose Hilton properties. But this by far has to have been the worst i have visited for the customer service.

We recently passed through the Augusta, GA area visiting a nephew stationed at Fort Gordon. Made a reservation at the Home2 very last minute based purely on proximity. It turned out to be very nice. The property is brand new, the room was clean, large and quiet, the breakfast was typical for Hilton properties like this. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Swamped with people escaping Matthew's evacuation, busy as Masters week. Suites were sufficient for a couples needs. Staff made you feel welcomed as some people were under pressure an didn't care. The rooms were clean, supplies furnished, free breakfast, and great coffee. They permitted animals, believe there were as many as people, as you can't Leave them home, still rooms were very clean. Home2 Suites is Hiltons entry into extended stay business and it is working.

We had to change our route to Florida (thanks to hurricane Matthew) and we ended up in Grovetown. Luckily we booked this hotel on the Hilton app, because by the time we arrived, all of the hotels in town were booked up. The hotel is modern, new and in great condition. We booked a room with 2 queen beds and we were very pleased with the size of the room. It also had a small fridge (not bar size- condo size), microwave and kitchenette. There was plenty of drawer/cabinet space. This place would be ... Read more

We evacuated Charleston because of Hurricane Matthew six days ago with our dog in tow and were very fortunate that Hilton directed us to this brand new property. The manager, Susanne, and her staff have been enthusiastic and could not do enough for us, down to having biscuits for the dog. They have worked with us to extend on a day to day basis as we wait to hear it is all clear to return home. Rooms are large with a kitchenette and common areas are kept very clean. Amenities are excellent, ... Read more

Wonderful pet friendly hotel! We had to evacuate from Hilton Head island during hurricane Mathew with a dog and a cat. The staff is wonderful! High thread count sheets!! Hot water and a kitchenette with big fridge and microwave. The hotel is brand new (2016) and location is great! It's quiet and easily accessible from i20.

Was in the room for less than 12 hours and wish it had been more. It was modern with all sorts off bells and whistles. I bought a beer and lasagna in the lobby and made myself at home. It was clear they were accommodating hurricane evacuees very well too by providing dog food and emergency contact numbers.

We were evacuated from SC because of Hurricane Matthew. The staff at Home2 Suites could not have been more welcoming. They were helpful and cheerful in spite of having to deal with a large number of "displaced" persons. The room was lovely and the complimentary breakfast amazing. We would definitely stay at Home2 Suites again!

We stayed here 1 night during Hurricane Matthew. We were in a 1 bedroom King suite. Very nice and clean. Loved the fact it was a new hotel. The laundry facilities were not the best. Clothes were in dryer for 50 minutes and didn't even get dry. Breakfast had limited choices. Overall, nice new hotel.

Mandatory evacuees from Hilton Head SC because of Hurricane Mathew. By our good fortune found this pet friendly hotel. The hotel was 3 weeks old and every room was occupied with families and pets just like us. We were all worried and frazzled our pets scared...we were all welcomed by warm, caring professionals. The rooms were pristine, every need taken care of. The kitchenette was well stocked, the free breakfast was terrific and the staff were very generous to us all. They had free pet treats a... Another Matthew evacuee here. We got a King suite that was modern (think Ikea design) and comfortable. No problems with WiFi or anything else in this brand-new place. The real standout was the staff, who were very helpful, friendly, and understanding. They really went out of their way to make a stressful situation feel almost like a vacation.

We traveled to the Augusta area on the weekend of Hurricane Matthew. Because the hotels were impacted by evacuees, we had to travel back 10 miles to Grovetown to stay in this hotel. It was also full of evacuees but somehow had room for us. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. Under very trying circumstances, they continued to smile and provide great service. They kept the lobby supplied with drinks and had a very appetizing breakfast in the morning. The hotel is f... The rooms have a fridge, dishwasher, sink, microwave and if far enough off of the highway so as not to be bothered by traffic noise. Good work out room. Good free breakfast, just do not be late, as stuff runs out they say "sorry we're out".

My husband, dog and I had to evacuate from Bluffton, SC because of Hurricane Matthew. This was obviously a stressful situation for us but from the second we arrived the staff did everything they could to make sure we had everything we needed and felt at home. Our room was clean and spacious. Every single employee we came in contact with (including front desk, housekeeping, engineering) was kind and helpful. The room was very clean, very modern and the staff was great. They also provide everything you would need to use in the kitchen as far as utensils go as well as an ice tray in the full size refrigerator they have in the room. Just wished they had an indoor pool, other than that they have a very nice outdoor pool and sitting area!

Very pleased with our stay at this property. The staff always greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to help us. A bit disappointed in the breakfast selection. One breakfast staple item at most Hilton properties: oatmeal, was only available one of the 4 days we stayed. Otherwise, good selection.

Great staff and great rooms are just the beginning. The King size bed, full kitchen, desk area, couch and large tv pushed this room into another level of stay. The complimentary breakfast over the weekend needs improvement but during the week it was always a great place to start the day. Location right across from a Wal-mart was also a great benefit. I would stay here anytime I am in the area and highly recommend anyone to do so aswell. Dave - San Antonio TX

My family and I came for a wedding. I had myself, my husband and his mom, and my two kids. Upon arriving. I noticed the room itself was more than I expected. The small kitchen area had a full size dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, and bowls for 6 people. A large microwave, and a full size fridge. (larger than the ones I have seen before in hotels) Two full size beds (I requested queen but the rest of the room made up for it..) and a sleeper sofa. This is my 2nd experience in this type property of Hilton's. It is of the extended stay variety which means you have limited maid service. With that being said, we were treated to an almost new room with a fully equipped kitchenette. The bed was a bit hard for our liking but those type things are such a personal choice. The hotel is lovely and the staff is great. I'll happily stay here again! The only things I personally dislike were the sliding bathroom door which doesn't allow to lock for secure privacy and the breakfast consisting of mainly oatmeal and cereal. Unless I missed an entire area of food, this is not typical for Hilton. I only had coffee and went back to my room.

Great hotel as long as you don't plan on having lights in your room. Lights went out three different times (just in my room, not the whole hotel) After multiple calls to front desk was offered a different room. No apology, no offer to comp a night (out of four night stay.) All they had to say was "this happens all the time". The hotel is less than a year old.
