The Home2 Suites in Augusta Georgia has an unwritten credit card only policy, not accepting cash for the rooms or reservations. I was not told of this until I arrived at 1am to check in. NO flexibility. The Hilton property told me Credit Cards only, the twenty dollar bill in my pocket states " good for ALL debts, public or private" The currency is issued by the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, the hotel is located with the USA, apparently Hilton is To GOOD for American money. This property had no troub... Read more

When ever I go on a trip Home2 suites is the first place I check for. I love this hotel from the moment I step into the lobby. Suites are always super nice and everything is kept so clean and fresh. I love the amenities (pool, laundry, gym, lounge areas, etc..). Staff is always accommodating and friendly. You get a lot for your money. Try them & you won't be disappointed.

Also had a corkscrew! Nice walking path for pets. Breakfast bar was so so but free so can't complain. Relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely stay again! The room and staff are excellent. Like the exercise room and pool as well. However, the people above us were obviously children racing back and forth, jumping off the beds onto the floor and perhaps wrestling. We complained to the front desk with a short reprieve in noise each time.

This SHOULD be a great hotel given its location and amenities. However, during my stay with a physically disabled grandmother, we had an inoperable tub stopper and housecleaning staff neglected to change out urine-smelling sheets. I understand the "green" linen policy but the smell of urine trumps any such policy in my opinion.

Things happen and situations arise. The way a business handles the unexpected is a true statement of how much they value customer service. We had a few situations come up this trip and the way staff handled was very lacking and dismissing. Side note: raising prices from $120 a night to $180 a night on a weekday is INSANE...especially for a repeat customer that had already stayed 3 days this trip wishing to extend stay an additional 4 days. We packed up and went to another hotel were customer... Read more

My husband had to visit a consulate in Augusta and we read great reviews about this hotel...for the price you get a lot of space with a kitchenette and pull out sofa. We arrived at the same time there was a huge charter bus with a large crowd of basketball teams and their families. We had reserved a room with a king sized bed but we had a queen sized bed. We ended up also using the pullout sofa to sleep. Our room was on the first floor so you could hear the echoing of people's voices pretty la... Read more

This should be a great hotel given its location and amenities. Unfortunately, during my stay with a physically disabled grandmother, we found the tub stopper to be inoperable and the housekeeping staff to make up a bed that smelled like urine rather than change the sheets. I understand the "green" hotel policy but smell of urine trumps that.

Stayed at this hotel with my family (2 adults, 4 children 2-10) on the way back from a vacation. Due to our family size we are in need of a suite at hotels. The kitchen area in the room is so nice no matter if it's a short stay or longer. There is a nice pantry in the lobby if you get the midnight munchies. ( we have teens, so they are a,ways hungry ) And the complimentary breakfast in the morning is just lovely. Everything is always sparkling clean and the outdoor patio and fire pit is so relaxi... Fabulous spacious suites with HUGE bathrooms and plenty of wall outlets. Clean, full refrigerator and freezer along with ice buckets and ice access. Animal friendly. Not my favorite breakfast though. Needed cheese and more meat options on buffet and some more cereal options.

Suites full of modern class and elegance at an affordable price point. I was pleasantly surprised at both the "curb appeal" of the common areas and and beautifully furnished suites, themselves. The comfort level of the bed was exceptional!!!

Easy access to this hotel from the interstate. Easy access to the downtown area and the Savannah River. Very quiet hotel with all the usual Hilton amenities. Very helpful staff and 24-hour access to a wide variety of food and drinks. Well done!

Hotel location met my expectations and the hotel staff delivered the quality services advertised. The cleanliness of the hotel property was very good. The grounds and furniture all looked new and in excellent shape.

This hotel had a very young vibe to it. Modern and clean. Breakfast included was varied and had many healthy options. Gym available. Service was excellent. Rooms had everything a business travel would want including mini kitchen.

This has bigger rooms, but not as big and separated as Embassy Suites rooms It has breakfast, but not as nice as Hampton Inn or Embassy Suites. The "hot breakfast" they offer is basically Jimmy Dean breakfast bowls that you microwave or you can make your own waffles. Has the best WIFI I've seen in a hotel.

The details of the room were great, the staff was great and smiled all the time and they are very dog friendly! I would definitely stay here again! The breakfast was good with some hot and cold and wen I wanted to extend my stay for one night they were beyond accomodating!

We went to see our daughter which is in ait for the Army. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We got in very early on Thanksgiving and we were allowed to go to our room. The staff allowed to eat breakfast which was very welcome after driving all night!
