Hampton Inns has always made our stays pleasant and convenient, so we look to stay there whenever possible. Being able to book via phone or on line is a big help.Having a map of Hampton Inn locations would be especially helpful .

As has been my experience with most Hampton Inns, everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the free breakfast was good. They also had a complimentary evening "happy hour", which included beer, wine and taco fixings that could suffice for a light dinner if you don't want to go out.

Recently stayed and it is a very tight fit finding parking, only 20 or so spots in the front with a little navigating tight corners to access, they allow you to park in the street for a few spots ( not ideal as it does take up a lane for thru traffic) or down the hill in the back-for another few spots- not ideal. Check in was fast and very friendly, the agent was very nice, made eye contact though I do not recall recognizing I was a Hilton Honors member, which is always just a nice touch. Two bo... Read more

I love to come to Hampton Inn all the time. Its my getaway spot when I don't have the money to vacation. I love this place!!!! I especially love the indwoor pool area and hot tub!!! There's not enough parking spaces near the building or the place itself however there are other parking places to park in. Checkingin-in was a breeze and quick!

We had a booking at a near by local B&B. Upon arrival, the room had inadequate AC, was extremely hot. My husband immediately called the nearest Hampton Inn and was able to book our regular room request. When we arrived the room was cool. His first comment was "you always know what you will get at a Hampton". So true, this location was up to par in all respects. Will stay here again when we visit grandchildren.

The hotel is well situated for easy access off I-20. There is several eating places located nearby, and the staff and amenities are excellent. I was greeted with enthusiasm and diligence in getting me and my family situated after a long trip. Logan was especially helpful and very professional. Excellent breakfast and bed and linens were very clean and comfortable.

My stay at this Hampton Inn was the best I have ever had @ a Hampton Inn. After driving through severe weather for over 8 hours I got in my room in less than 5 minutes due to the digital check-in through Hilton Honors. That was amazing. The room was one of the cleanest I have ever been in, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone traveling for any reason at all.

Hotel needs upgrades. If staying with children do not visit the pool. We went to a team tournament and the team wanted to swim. The police were called for noise that was normal for a group of preteen girls and the pool area had more than a couple of complaints. The positive is there are plenty of eating places close and grocery stores.

Stayed here after my room at the Nearby Doubletree fell through. Had 1BR suite. Very spacious and clean room. Stay includes free continental breakfast. The usual stuff muffins, make your own waffle, scrambled eggs. My 5yr old doesn't eat bacon but that is what they had that morning. I asked the staff if they had sausage and she looked puzzled and said they had bacon. I told my son we'd have to go somewhere else because there was no sausage. The staff at Augusta/West are the most friendly and accommodating of any hotel we've stayed in and we've traveled many, many places. The maintenance staff far exceeded beyond exceptional and really made our stay wonderful. The breakfast people were incredibly sweet and the front desk people as well. We stayed at a few more Hamptons during this trip, but Augusta/West is by far the winner due to staff alone. We just felt overly welcome. The ladies that clean were always helpful, we wanted regular coffee and she was more that glad to get it for us. Thanks again

Our stay at the Hampton Inn was pleasant. The room included a whirlpool jetted tub that my wife and I greatly enjoyed. The complimentary breakfast featured a robust menu, and had differing options daily. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The only negative aspect of this hotel I encountered was their lack of parking - the entire hotel only offers approximately 12 parking spots (not including the spaces for Diamond Rewards customers). This was annoying, but not unnacceptable.

This is an older property. That said, bathroom sink and tub didn't drain properly, room was dim and hard to see to do paperwork. Gym equipment was old, worn and noisy. Missing weight equipment. Minimal parking space close to entrance. Overall, this property doesn't compare to other Hampton Inn properties. I will not return.

Quick visit to Augusta. Check-in took about 3 minutes, room was quiet, TV had a bunch of channels. Wifi is good and shower was hot. What more could I need? Breakfast in the morning was great. They had a small area where I could get drinks/snacks and charge them to my room. Convenient feature. All this made a difficult trip much easier. Thanks!

I've stayed at this hotel twice, a year between each visit. The rooms are neat, clean and nicely maintained and the staff has always been exceptional. The mattresses are great to sleep on and I've never been "disturbed" by noise or traffic. The breakfast buffet an added feature that is unbeatable. Parking is kind of a joke. Rooms seemed dirty. First room we went in the floor was extremely sticky. Could hear shoes picking up off the floor with each step. We stayed during Thanksgiving and I have to say that Connie always out did herself with our breakfast every morning. She always kept things so neat and clean and greeted us with a smile.
