This hotel is hard to locate. There weren't many cars in the parking lot so we were concerned about that but we realize we were travelling in an off-season. We asked the night clerk how to get to Augusta National Golf Club and she had no idea what we were talking about. She said she had been asked that question before, DUH!! Being off season, I think the rate was a little high or maybe it was all the extra fees and taxes (total of $17 in fees and taxes). Breakfast was very good as we have fou... Read more

Contrary to some reviews, very easy to find. Front desk was very friendly and helpful even with a "new girl" on the desk. Gave us a bottle of wine upon arrival. I left it for the cleaning lady. Paid the inflated rate due to Master's week but that is to be expected. Breakfast was open at 600. Place was packed with golf fans. Many items were gone by 630. They seemed pretty overwhelmed for a Monday morning. Basic accommodations, plenty of parking, would stay here again for easy access (15 minut... Read more

I can tell you the room was very clean, bathroom was wonderful. Staff were helpful and very understanding. But the sheets are very crispy, rough on the skin. The beds aren't that comfortable. I never slept because of that but I'm sure some people would love crispy sheets. Great breakfast.

Was checked into a room that was out of order with water leaks, mold and an air purifying machine going on full blast. Was switched to another room that was also leaking water under the AC unit with mold underneath and the carpet recessed from the water. The AC unit was at 60 degrees but was not blowing that cold at all. Smelled bad as well. Carpet was old and nasty. Bathroom didn't even have a toilet paper roller installed with just the rolls on top of the toilet. Room smelled bad, felt bad and... Read more

We were here passing through, called from our car for the room. The price was right, the beds were right and it has a good breakfast and the rooms have refrigerators. The pool appeared good, since people were enjoying it though we didn't. The staff was friendly, and helpful. Gave a few suggestions for dinner along with directions. Hotel was quiet enough for being near the interstate.

We got here early and had to wait 3 hours to get a room. Busy the night before. Got assigned a room on the top floor (3) and the elevator number was missing from the key pad so an employee had to run up the stairs to the floor and call the elevator to the floor to get you there... believe it. Overall it was similar to a Hampton Inn for less money.

I loves this hotel. The service was great. The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. I asked for a first floor room upon arrival and it was no problem. Everyone spoke to me as I passed the front desk. I have paid a lot more for way less service. This will be my go to hotel when I travel to Augusta. Tip: There are not many dining options in the immediate area but the the lady who checked me in told me to hop on 520 and take the first exit to find restaurants. It was very easy and... Read more
