"This place was very nice and our room was above our expectations. We booked a room with a king bed and received a suite with the king bed and a pull out sofa bed which worked perfectly since we had our 9 year with us. The breakfast staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were great! It was also nice to have a microwave/refrigerator combo in the unit. Only two things could have made it a perfect stay. 1. Less noise- there were apparently some rambunctious kids upstairs who created quite a bit of noise. 2. Later check out time-We would have preferred a noon check out as opposed to 11 am."

"The hotel looked simple on the outside, but the rooms were exceptionally nice. There was a nice flat-screen TV, the rooms and towels were clean. The breakfast variety was surprisingly delightful. They had eggs, bacon, coffee, juice, waffles that you can make yourself, bread, pastries, and cereal, among other things. The front desk staff were not as friendly as I'd hoped, but the gentleman who stocked the breakfast area and cleaned the linens was a very helpful and kind man. This hotel is about 20 minutes ($30-40) away from downtown. A cab is easy to get. There are many restaurants nearby. I'd suggest Buckhead Pizza Co. for pizza."

"I called ahead to the hotel to let them know we were going to attend the FALCONS football game first and then check in after the game, but thold on to our reservation for the King room. We arrived after the game and the King room was not held. We were told we only had a choice of the 2 queen beds. We were disappointed. We were told by the clerk the resrvationist should have held our room but that did not happen. My question was why bother calling, if your request is not going to be honored? Very poor lighting and bathtub stopper was broken."

"Only negative is maybe alternatives at breakfast. The oranges were bad with worm holes and the apples were brown. If someone had a dairy allergy there was not much options on either day we stayed. Overall, the rest of our stay was great!"

"Stayed 3 nights in Atlanta. Very polite and helpful staff. Great comfortable rooms. Beds very nice. Bathroom big and shower nice. The only complaint is i have fibromyalgia and my back was hurting bad. i needed the hot tub,but when we went to it and turned it on it would never get hot. Also the breakfast bar had plenty on it but eggs way to cold pasteries stale and coffey very bitter, no matter how much creamer u used. Waffle only thing good because u made it fresh. Would stay at another wingate. getting ready to see what Piegieon Forge offers."

"This was a great place to stay for an overnight trip to Atlanta with two of our grandchildren. They couldn't wait to get into the swimming pool when we arrived. They loved the indoor heated pool after an afternoon at the World of Coke. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. It included waffles, bacon, eggs, fruit, cereal, pastries and various types of bread and bagels. We were well fed before heading off to the aquarium for the day."

"We stayed for four nights. If we ever come back to Atlanta, we will definitely stay here again. The room was spacious and comfortable with a king size bed and microwave and refrigerator in the room. The free hot breakfast had many items to choose from - bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles, cereals and breads, etc. and was good quality. All of the staff members we encountered were very friendly. the night clerk, was great. She was very personable and was a delight to talk to. The only things I can find with this hotel is that it is a bit hard to get to off of I-285, but that is probably more due to the Atlanta traffic than it is the hotel itself. The hallway to our room was very cold...the AC seemed to run constantly. Also, they need to steam clean or wash the shower curtain from time to time. Ours had a sour smell to it. Other than that, we think we got an excellent value for the money."

"We went to Six Flags and visited family there and celebrated my sisters birthday! We enjoyed our stay and the hotel it was wonderful. Two bedroom and we enjoyed the cleanliness of the room. The beds was so soft. The breakfast was wonderful waffles,cheese and eggs, bacon, sausage,everything you want and need and more.We felt like we were at our home away from home. The staff was so wonderful. The dinning area was so clean and the food was well kept.There was a Target and Walmart near by and the Waffle House next door. We stayed for the week-end Friday,Saturday and left on Sunday.You will enjoy it !! We will be back again!! Thanks!!!!"

"This hotel was great, the staff was really great. breakfast was great and the beds were comfortable. Great value for this hotel. Only thing is they need to hire a shuttle guy to transfer people M-F and also weekends. Right now they only do it M-F and they stop that at 6:00pm."

"The rooms were old, we had to move due to the cigaratte smell in the first room (it was a 'non smoking room). The beds were sunken in the middle and we had a double room and had to repeatedly request the correct number of linen/towels, there were only 4 of us and 3 were older childen. The new room was somewhat better but the bathroom still needed a cleaning and there was food in the vents of the air conditioner. The indoor pool and 'hot' tub are the same temperature and the hot tub needs a VERY deep cleaning and the jets seemed to not haved worked for a long time.
The good part.....The ladies at the front desk were pleasant and we realized it wasn't there fault for the state of the hotels' condition. The breakfast was enjoyable and it was close to White Water, but we would NOT stay here again. I can not believe this hotel is connected to Wyndham, maybe they should look into the hotels they allow use of their name."

"I was not at all impressed with this hotel. I choose this hotel based on the free parking, wireless, and breakfast.

My family and I have stayed at several different Wingates, but this was my worst experience. I give them an A for location, the hotel sits in a great area that was accessible to many attractions. The lobby area was very nice and clean, which lead to a disappointment when we entered into the room. The carpet in the room was terrible. It was very dirty and stained. The bathroom was not thoroughly clean. I went to a nearby Walmart and purchased cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and give the room that fresh clean smell. We also had an issue with the TV that only had a few cable channels. i questioned the clerk who informed me that they were in the middle of a transition with the cable tv and some rooms had more channels than others."

"My daughter, myself and grandson vacationed in Atlanta for five days. We stayed four nights at the Wingate by Wyndham Atlanta Galleria Center. Our stay was beyond all our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was huge and the beds were sooooo comfortable. We felt safe and secure. The hotel wasn't too far away from all the attractions we went to see like Turner Field, Zoo, Aquarium and Stone Mountain. We say hats off to Wingate. You are doing everything just right. We would definitely stay there again."

"Visit was just ok. Staff were very nice as indicated by others, but we did not find the hotel to be as clean as expected based on the other reviews; and this was concerning to me as we had 3 kids with us (5,3 and 20 months who touch everything, lie on the floor and put things in their mouth. Was often afraid to touch things in the room as they looked so dirty/old/worn out (desk chair, livig room trash can, etc.) In addition, We Were offered the same breakfast offering for 3 days straight and had to go elsewhere to eat on day 3 and 4. All in all, while this hotel is in a Great location with convenient and easy access to highways etc., i am not sure we'll come back."

"Our stay was excellent. This hotel is an excellent location,exceptionally if your visiting Atlanta for the 1st time. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast area was vey clean and the food was good. All the employees were very professional and helpful. This hotel is an excellent value for their rates. We would definitely return to this or in any other city we travel to."
