We stayed at the the Twelve-Centennial Park location for the weekend of April 23-24. What an awesome stay!! Everything was perfect! The staff (two guys at check in) were so polite and welcoming! The room was beautiful (2 bedroom) and very clean! We can not wait until our next stay!! My husband really enjoyed his birthday at the Twelve!

Twelve first of all is a condo building turned hotel and I love that! Check in was decent, only have valet so plan on the cost but for Atlanta it wasn't too extreme. Around $30. The location is tough. The hotel is beside a bus terminal and overlooks the interstate connector. All rooms have wonderful balconies (at least I think they all do) but it is loud. And don't let the picture fool you. The hotel is actually the short building not the fantastic highrise you see. It has 16 floor... Read more

We really enjoyed our stay at 12 Centennial Park! The rooms were very spacious with a modem appeal. The only issue is the slight noise interference from the highway. But we will definitely come back and stay when we're in the Atlanta area.

I stayed at this hotel for a wedding I was attending at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure the bride and groom were happy. The hotel is modern hip and has live singing in the evening which was great. The bar and restaurant were both inviting and enjoyed the meals and drinks. The front desk staff are so personable and remembers your name and speaks when they see you. The staff was great - very friendly and were happy you were there. My room was on the sixth floor - great downtown views. The Atlantic Station are has a lot to offer the inbound visitor. Felt very safe here. The management staff spoke and wanted to make sure your stay was flawless. I like how the room was set up- with a king size bed. The full kitchen was an additional perk. We used our Marriott points to stay here for a night. I loved the floor plan. Besides the balcony, we had a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. It was like a stylish home away from home. I also loved the fact that Marta was across from the hotel. Parking can be high at the hotel, but right around the corner weekend parking is $3.

The front desk staff was very helpful and greeted me by name every day. The restaurant And bar are good. There was a nice mix of residents and hotel guests at the bar. New southern charm and friendliness. You can hear a bit of highway noise. There are some good skyline views as well. Very easy walking distance to MARTA that makes travel around the city and to the airport a breeze.

This was my second consecutive week staying at the Twelve and I will not be back. It started with no iron and ironing board. Thirty mins after requesting one (3 phone calls in total) it was delivered by a gentlemen who said "here." No apology from him or the front desk - just attitude with each call down. Day 2 housekeeping never comes to clean the room. OK I travel every week for business - I can skip a day here and there no worries. In the am on day 3 I phoned down to request shampoo and condi... The room TV's had Russia Today but not NBCSN, so I could watch Kremlin Propaganda but I could not watch the Stanley Cup Finals. The TVs at the bar were showing the game, but there were Penguins fans there so that obviously wasn't an option. Additionally, the internet would intermittently go out all over the property: in guest rooms, in common areas. It complicated getting work done and made streaming the aforementioned Stanley Cup Finals a choppy experience.

I am a devoted marriott member and decided to treat myself and stay at an Autograph hotel. First, it's hard to find the hotel as the GPS for it is off and the sign is kind of tucked away. The staff was phenomenal, the room was subpar for an Autograph hotel. Very worn down and used. It's time for an upgrade. I won't be returning to this hotel when there are other 4/5 start paves with better quality. The pool and view looked nice.

For starters, understand that the exterior walls of this hotel are glass, which means you hear the interminable sirens (from local Emory Hospital across the street and adjacent fire station) all night long, plus the local "crew" who hot rod up and down downtown Atlanta all night long. The glass is not sound proof so either bring ear plugs or sleeping pills. Also, the hotel seems to be a party venue. We heard parties in rooms all night long. Then, there is the bathroom. We stayed at the hotel on our college visit trip winging our way from WI to FL. Modern and clean....this was our kind of hotel. After staying in a poor choice followed by a fabulous Hampton at Green Hills thus far on the trip, this was just awesome. We were weary when we pulled in and the staff were so helpful and chose an alternate room type to best accommodate our tall family of 5! Our room was fantastic as were our meals at Room. I don't want to discuss my room because the rooms here are very beautiful but I don't understand why it is a nonsmoking balcony downtown Atlanta Georgia. I understand no smoking in the room but no smoking on the balcony is ridiculous. When we first arrived the guy parking the car was like no smoking and we were like we know that and we come in and check in and began to get judged because we are in our 20's and college students so he did not understand how we had that much money so he began askin... The hotel is in a awkward part of downtown atlanta. If you stay here you will definitely need a rental car or an uber. The staff is okay for a 3 star. The grounds are modern but very dirty. My wife stays here every week on business, and I have joined her a couple of times. The whole team (Marquis, Landy, Aimee, and most especially Beza) have made her feel so welcome and by extension I have felt like I am walking into a family environment when I visit. The rooms are spacious and all have a great view, either of the pool or of the city, and the rates extremely reasonable. We stay in high-end hotels all over the world but none have made us feel quite as welcome as Twelve!

This place has some things going for it--friendly staff, nice architecture. But there are some down sides, especially considering the price. The complimentary continental breakfast was nothing special--yogurt, blah fruit, a dry croissant, and uninspired coffee. But the worst was the bed. Not the quality I expect from a Marriott.
