I stayed at this hotel Memorial Day weekend and I was beyond pleased and impressed. The hotel was in great condition, it was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the price was great! Any time I am staying in Atlanta I plan to stay there! May 2016

I planned on leaving a 5 star review. The room was nice. I stayed the night before a 15 h flight to Europe. Bed was comfy and room clean. First thing that slightly annoyed me was the vending machine. It said a dollar so I used Apple Pay. Charged $6 for two sodas! Really not cool! Avoid the vending machines at all costs. One star off for that. Prior to us booking, it stated the room included a balcony, microwave, & refrigerator. We had NONE of these ammentities. Had I known prior I would not have booked.

I had a pleasant stay whilst staying here at the Wyndham galleria. The room were spacious and clean and the beds are so comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here. Also I was amazed by the service provided from the bar tender 'Tracey' she was so friendly and made excellent cocktails!!!! I was also happy with 'Rayven' at the restaurant excellent customer service!! I will be returning! Thank you so much!

My mom had to make a quick trip to Atlanta in May to pick up my niece. I made a reservation at this property for her because I'm a Diamond Member and used points/cash. She said the lady at the desk was extraordinary (wish I remember her name), gave her a comp upgrade to an amazing room, and her stay was great. I'm quite upset because I felt like I missed something by not being there! lol Thanks Wyndham for taking care of Mom! My points were well spent.

If you are looking for a room with a decent price, and a relatively clean facility, and average amenities then this location fits the bill. As an extended stay guest I have had more than ample opportunity to observe cleanliness, facility maintenance, guest interaction and service. This place exceeded my expectations. The room and bathroom were spotless. The bed was amazing, as were the pillows. The pool was always clean, the staff was friendly, and the only complaint I have is that we couldn't stay longer. Lol.

I had a very nice stay at the Wyndham. The staff were all very polite from the greeters at the door to the cleaning staff. We lost access to air conditioning for one of my days - that was hard. However, I had no other issues while I was there. The bartender Janet, is a very lovely woman. The Wyndham is very lucky to have her and I hope to see her again! Finally, I think you guys should allow free wifi for guests who stay. It is a nice gesture to patrons who stay there.

Hotel staff was great friendly and caring!!! Housekeepers were excellent the front desk staff gave me Band-Aids cause I had cut my toe and Ms Mary and Carol have me special attention in the food service arena!!

I just spent five days at the Wyndham Atlanta Galleria for a sewing licensing event. The staff was first class, paying attention to every detail. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The in-house restaurant had great food and I ended up eating several meals there. Also, the group meals provided were absolutely delicious- something you don't expect at a hotel.

On arrival the lady at the desk was unhelpful, no chatter just here's your room key. We had our room booked for months in advance! upon arrival we were informed that our room we ordered was not available due to the sales team overselling for the week. Absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this wonderful hotel because it has all the amenities you need and more. The staff was beyond helpful, friendly and accommodated all my needs. If your looking for clean hospitable place to stay look no further. Mary Doyle (breakfast) was genuinely sweet and her omelets taste like they came out straight from her kitchen. I hada nice stay and weekend here. I did however have to constantly call downstairs, due to NO coverings for pull out sofa BED AND EXTRA TOWELS. it was stated how many guests I had but it seemed like pulling teeth to get housekeeping to fix needs. i even offered to meet them downstairs to GET MY OWN ITEMS. Hotel Staff was excelent. I was part of a large party. We met at the bar every evening. Janet, the bar tender wals always friendly and was very accomodating learing everyones names and personalized her service even though she had to take care aof a very large crowd and a very busy bar.

From the outside and the lobby you think you might be staying in a nice hotel. Wrong! Turn around and go somewhere else! Their dining food is terrible and overpriced. We stayed for 4 nights ( Fri - Tues)for our daughters 10th birthday and to visit some friends and family. After a 17 hour drive and getting in close to 8pm I couldn't wait to check in. This hotel is okay, but does not have my preference for staying in Atlanta. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean, but there are several things which I do not like. The breakfast is not very extensive and the technical state of the hotel is not 100%. The tap of my bath is loose and sticks out for about an inch but does work. My room was clean and the hallway always smelled nice. I still cannot wrap my mind around the absence of a fridge or microwave in a regular room. You have to pay additional $10/night for each item as an add-on.

Everything was gr8. We had one incident. My husband key didn't work to get back into our room.. I had left and went to the mall.. The front desk reps wouldn't assist him on getting back into our room because his name wasn't listed.. That is crap to me. I've never added him before and things went pretty well for us.. I stayed at Wyndham Atlanta for a conference and I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and it was an overall great stay. My only concern is the lighting-especially in the bathroom. It is very dim and I had to turn on almost every light in the room to really see anything. Other than that, I'd gladly return and stay again!

The room was very nice and comfortable. Even though the hotel looks dated from the outside, the inside was kept up extremely well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the amenities in the bathroom were on point!

I came for our 50th High School Reunion.. Check-in and the room started out really nice .. the nights I was there.. a loud noise came from a vent in the bathroom all night .. Nit sure why.. I thought it was a one time thing the last night it was really bad.. a fire alarm went off in theAM never heard why , etc .. Also we wanted a late lunch and had to go elsewhere with nothing available .. ugh .. just trying to celebrate but had to track down Rays..

First, the place was exactly what I needed. A bed to sleep in, and a quiet room. I walked in after arriving in Atlanta and got a room for a few nights. Parking is easy, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the whole building looks nice and clean. I loved seeing the same employees working here from our last visit November 2015. The dinning room has the best food, loved every meal, the bed was so good last year we ordered the bed, sheets and pillows! The employees really make your stay memorable along with the comfort. The hotel rooms were decent. The bathrooms are cramped though. The Conference and restaurant areas were well decorated and staffed well. Biggest complaint is that it is 25 miles away from the ATL Airport.

This is a top-line property from the Wyndham chain. It's situated just outside downtown and in close range to the Galleria Mall. They have a shuttle service that will drive you within a few miles. I loved this service. I was even able to phone in a take-out order to a restaurant, and the shuttle actually waiting a moment for me outside while I went in and pick-up my dinner. The overall staff was wonderful and the room was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel while attending a family wedding. Pulling into the parking lot we did not have high hopes as, from the outside, the hotel is not that aesthetically pleasing. We had to make reservations at the last minute due to an evacuation of Hilton Head and I was lucky enough to book with the Wyndham. The staff understood our situation and was more than willing to work with us on a daily basis with our needs - we weren't sure how long our stay was going to be. And as far as the restaurant, it had some of the best food I've had in a hotel - I typically don't like to eat in hotel restaurants. It's a great hotel with terrific staff.

James the Chef was always happy to see us when we came down to eat at 6am. He was always a pleasure to talk to. He also went above and beyond to make French toast for some of us if it wasn't on the line. The rooms are old here and need updating but I will always come back to see my friend James and staff. Just a one-nighter on the way home. Great front desk staff. Free shuttle to/from numerous restaurants was invaluable since we didn't know the area and it was dark. Room was beautiful, clean, and had a nice view.

Ez on/off I-285. Nice outside patio with a fire pit. Bar/lounge area is relaxing, say hi to Janet, she is very attentive. Chattahoochee Grill has a buffet breakfast with made to order omelettes that are awesome. Nice conference area. Superb staff. Went thru a remodel in the last couple of years.

My husband had unexpected surgery at Peidmont Hospital. We, my family, had to get several rooms for a several of nights in a hurry. Everyone was so nice & understanding. Even though there wasn't a suttle to the hospital, we still enjoyed the stay.

The front desk attendant, Alisha, was not very helpful when I checked in. She had a nasty attitude with me when I asked for certain information. When I got to my nonsmoking room it smelled like an ashtray. I will never stay there again!!
