I did not realize exactly what I was booking when I found this gem, but I was pleasantly surprised. Check in was a breeze and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little small, similar to that of NYC but the decorations and amenities make up for that. The bed was so comfortable. Great location in Midtown Atlanta, just steps away from the Fox Theater and great restaurants.

Since I'm a member of IHG Club, I decided to give the Indigo brand of Intercontinental a try. As a business person, I wasn't sure I was the right demographic, but I booked a room for two nights at the Atlanta midtown location. I know the property well, since as an Atlanta native and kid, I stayed there at the old Cox Carlton hotel with my parents. It was great to see how new life had been breathed into an old property, and it was made to look "hip and happening". I got off to a rocky start o... Read more

I left my iPad in my room when I checked out and called 2 hrs later to let them know. They said they couldn't find it. I called back and they said I should file a police report. I wouldn't leave anything valuable in the rooms.

Nice little hotel by the airport. Close to a couple restaurants and nice rooms. Stayed here on a layover. Rooms are nice, showers are huge. Staff is great and friendly. There is a small restaurant there. We did not have dinner. Menu is small. We had breakfast. If you do, leave yourself time as they are not very fast, and being by the airport, many people try to get out early. Food was ok, they are happy to pack you a coffee to go though. They do have a shuttle bus to the airport. That ... Read more

Just spent over $1000 on 3 night stay. Left my cellphone on the bed. Came back and it was gone and being used by someone right after they took it. Hotel said I must be mistaken, would not even discuss it beyond telling me the housekeeping woman was trustworthy. Frustrating and depressing.

Friendly and helpful staff, wonderful little bistro and bar downstairs with beer, wine, great coffee and breakfast. Michael at the front desk was wonderful. Great pictures, graphics and art to enjoy in the well furnished lobby area. Outside chat groups with center gas heating were awesome.

Great location-right across from The Fox Theatre and great staff who go out of their way to accommodate guests. This hotel has undergone a recent face lift too. The only drawback is the tiny bathrooms, but the rooms themselves are quite comfortable and quiet.

I liked that parking was easy and you could come and go from the garage all day. It would be a great place to stay if you're seeing a show at the Fox Theatre across the street. The hotel was very modern and fairly clean. My only complaints are that the bed was very stiff and the bathroom was tiny. We were warned that the bathroom was small, but that is an understatement. There was barely enough room to change clothes. If you're a larger person, or like spacious bathrooms, I would look somewhere ... Read more

I find small European style hotel rooms quaint....when Im in Europe. In US...not so much. Tiny bath ie if you take one step back from sink you fall in toilet. Locations great if youre going to The Fox Gym is worthless, old tired clunky aerobic stuff and just a couple free weights Key timed out had to reboot for late dept Shower curtain track screws coming undone from ceiling Beds firm, pillows good incredibly noisy!!! Every car, motorcycle, and non-stop emergency vehicle is heard like its outsid... Read more

This hotel was just what we were looking for...clean and comfy with reasonable rates and in a great spot (close to the dome and good restaurants). Our only issue was with inconsistent water pressure in the shower, but it wasn't worth complaining about...not a big deal and seemed temporary. Staff were great, and the friendly bar was a plus.
