"I stayed at The Georgian Terrace from 3/14 to 3/17 and over all it was a good expeierence. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly and kind, and my room on the 14th floor had great views of the city. Now with that said even thou my one bedroom suite was very spacious the furniture was dated and there was some minor ussues with the room but nothing that had detracted me from the rest of the Hotel. I did say something to management and they were very kind they offered to switch me to a remodeled room but I was already settled in mine so I did not want to transfer. I just wanted to be assured that my card wasnt going to be charged for anything that I had pointed out. But like I said the manger was great and I can't complain about anything else. Even at check out the young lady gave me a credit for my parking because of my concerns and I wasnt expecting that so that made me very happy. Anyway like I had stated everything else was great, I loved the fact that I had stayed in a historic hotel and when I come back to Atlanta I will make sure to stay there... The Georgian Terrace & the staff is a yes for me & I advise anyone to stay there..."

"It's not fancy, but very comfortable and very friendly. I rated it down a little overall because there was no coffee available very early, and the in-room coffee had powdered whitener. There is, however, a 24-hr diner just a block away."

"this hotel obviously stays booked because of location. As a result, customer service is non-existent. On arrival I was met by friendly guys who took my car to park without informing me of the option to self park(cheaper). Then on check-in, I was told that 1 parking swip card was included with room...extra one would be $25 . Next morning I had a $25 bill stuck in my hotel room door. When taken to front desk, was informed tha tbecause I made reservation through an agency, I would be charged $25 for parking. I explained what I had been told at check-in and the desk person said I had ben misinformed. Then when I expressed unhappiness about this he said, 'Have a nice day' very sarcastically. Husband came up for supper...he had to pay $25 too!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Georgian Terrace! Every member of the staff we dealt with was extemely nice and helpful and made us feel like family. My wife left a couple of items in the dryer and did not realize it until we got home. She called and spoke with a gentleman in the security department. He found them, boxed them up and is shipping them to us! Beautuful hotel that I would recommend to anyone!"

"The common areas of the hotel were charming and the restaurant was very nice.
We had a standard room, which was extremely small. Even the bed, though quite comfortable, was only a full, not a queen. Although mini refrigerator was listed as an amenity, there was none in our room. There was no counter space in the bathroom, and the luggage had to be put on a shelf in the closet. "

"Room was very, very small. Cigarette burns all over the sink, even the tissue plastic holder had a hole in it and rug fringes hanging all over. Not very welcoming. People greeting at the door weren't exactly inviting. The people at the counter were very nice and the place itself was very appealing."
