Stayed 1 night at this hotel and found it to be very nice. Had a non smoking room that was clean. Saw a little mold on the tile in the bathtub but it was no problem. The king size bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. They had a pancake making machine that made decent pancakes. Will stay here again if I am in the area again.

When we reviewed the information it was all a fraud compared to what the place really looks like. We booked through the website once we arrived front desk person had NO customer service. Every room was horrible my first room had feces on the toilet, so they moved our room. The second room had urine on the toilet and then I notice roaches coming from under the floor panel and crawling on the walls. The place was so unsanitary it's ridiculous and not only that the people who own it claim they only... Read more

I stayed here for over two weeks in October. The hotel was great, especially the landscape design and pool. They had a decent breakfast with coffee, biscuits and gravy, hot and cold cereal, eggs. The pool was indoor/outdoor. Not under the hotel roof, but covered by glass windows and skylight. The room was nice. We had a single queen bed. There was a little fridge and microwave. They had a flat screen TV (with direct TV I believe) so there were lots of channels to watch, including HBO. The ho... Read more

We recently visited this location twice in a week. On the way north, we left a pillow in our room. The staff was called and alerted and we were told the pillow would be secured. We booked a reservation for the return trip south and the pillow was there! After we left, on our way home, we discovered that one of our phones was left in the room, A call was made to the desk and the staff person said she would call me back after looking in the room. The phone was found and the call was made. The shor... Read more

For a weekend get away for a group of men that would not be in their room much we weren't looking for anything fancy or expensive so we went with this hotel. Upon arrival the property did seem to be very old and the pool area definitely isn't inviting, it just looks unkept. The biggest complaint we had was the continental breakfast. It was horrible to say the least. So bad that we ended up walking down to the McDonalds and around the corner to the Waffle House each morning to get something to ea... Read more

When we check to a hotel the first things we always check are the operation of the heating/cooling unit, condition of the bathroom, and the operation of the TV. I took three trips from hotel staff -- including switching the units -- to get a working TV in our room. While the staff was pleasant and helpful, you would expect a hotel to know the condition of all the equipment in a room and to have made necessary corrections before check-in. Other wise the room was fine for an overnight stay. Br... Read more

I was in town for a conference. I wanted to checkout a hotel brand I had not stayed in before. First thing I found wrong was the TV did not work. Called the front desk and someone came down. They could not figure it out. They said maintenance would be back between 8 PM & 9 PM. Then I decided to look at the TV myself. Found the HDMI cord unplugged. Went to turn on more lamps in the room and noticed they were unplugged along with the clock. Then I went into the bathroom. In here I found hair in th... Read more
