I was happy with my stay from the time I pulled into the parking area. Check in was fast and easy. I had a single king room and I had more room then I needed but it was GREAT. I think by far the best part about my stay was the bed. I stay in a Hotel / Motel at least twice a month but the mattress in my room was the BEST by far I have EVER had even when I stay at much more high end Hotels. This hotel is a real disappointment. Huge turn off was the elevator , passage to the rooms and the room itself had a very strong odor and made breathing really uncomfortable. I booked a king sized non smoking bed room. Only Good part was the checkin was fast and front desk was welcoming .This room ad a decent sized TV, King size bed, three night lamps with charing ports, small refrigerator, microwave oven and ironing board. The lobby was nice. The lady at the check-in desk was very helpful. The breakfast area was clean and had all the necessary supplies. The pool was not heated, but it was nice. Our room...bathroom was clean. However, the room itself could use an update. The furniture is outdated. Would not have attempted to touch the phone...dirty! The beds were very comfortable. I would've like for the pool hours to have been extended 9 pm we were just getting back to the room and the pool was closed...overall it was a decent place to stay over night...

Our company was there for a 6 month period, Jan thru June 2016, therefore getting to know Mgr. Jay and his family very well. The staff was always courteous and helpful. Will definitely stay there again. They are in the process of updating some fixtures and such in the rooms... thanks again for all your hospitality.

TV was broken in first assigned room, and A/C in both rooms really struggled to keep rooms cool. I had A/C set on lowest setting and was sweating all night.

It's horrible Non smoking rooms smells horrid of smoke. Left ac running for 3hrs and it's 90 degrees in the room. Lady at desk basically is telling me I have to deal with it. The pool is tiny enclosed area parking sucks. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone.

Average road hotel, clean and quiet. Easy access to i-75 just one traffic light and you are on the high way. Well located just 20 minutes from down town, is very quiet cause is located on a little valley, so u do not hear the hight way cars. Many great food chains with in 10 minutes radius; Chipotle, Starbucks etc Get the rooms facing North. The hotel was clean and the young lad at the front desk was pleasant. In my room the sink was stopped up and it was never repaired I stayed there two nights and it was never acknowledge once I reported it. The pool area leaved a lot to be desired the windows were open and from the heat outside getting in it made the pool area very undesireable. The breakfast buffet did not have any meat ,they had wonderful pancakes you make yourself but no meat.

We were in for a workshop being held less than a mile away at the Marriott where the room prices were through the roof. I decided to take a chance on the Days Inn. ///I was SOOO pleasantly surprised!! The room (3rd floor) was outstanding. Very clean, The front off staff were incredibly helpful. When we (wife and I) were on our way down the hall the housekeeping staff actually took their stuff out of the elevator to give us access. Gotta say that my stay was easy and clean. I'm rating this a 4...is it a '4'? No. But, consider the pricing, this hotel is a great value...it's $60-$100 less than nearby hotels. Yes, this place is not a 5 star resort, but it's not tying to be. What it is, is an affordable and clean hotel with great service. Everything was okay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and quiet. We did have a power outage that lasted for about an hour. When we asked for additional blankets etc we had to go to the front desk to pick them up they would not bring them. The staff was efficient but not the most polite.

Power went our twice during my two-night stay. Once at like 2am and a lady was in the hallway screaming "EXCUSE ME WHY IS THE POWER OUT" and people were heard in the hallway talking and saying they were scared. Second time power went out during a storm and stayed out for like 8 hours. Not to mention no hot water during this time. We made our reservation for this room after reading the reviews here only to be sorely disappointed. At check-in we were charged an extra $10 for double beds instead of a king and had to initial that we were getting a nonsmoking room and would not smoke. The elevator had a slight smell of weed and cigarettes but when we got out of the elevator on the 2nd floor we were overwhelmed by the smell. The gentleman Vassi that took care of my family and I while our air was out in our home had excellent customer service and made our stay very pleasant. The rooms were decent and clean no bugs the mini fridge and microwaves worked and the breakfast was right on time for parents with children, and the coffee was great! Thank you for a pleasant 3 day stay and for a great rate.

I was VERY disappointed in this place! I made a telephone reservation, they took my credit card info to reserve. They then ran my card through at check-in. My bank had 2 separate charges for the same stay! It took me DAILY talks to the manager to get this resolved! Then after talking to my bank, found out they had run it a 3rd time.,, which thankfully my bank denied! The place is not up to par at all. Needs updating majorly. The hotel was decent, clean enough, and the perfect price for us. We booked three rooms and were barely in them because we went to a concert and stayed out in most of the night in downtown Atlanta. We only stayed for 2 nights for business but I wished it was longer! The location was convenient, staff was super friendly and rooms were really nice, large and well equipped. Definitely a great value and would absolutely recommend! I had a room on the 3rd floor I Didn't have time to go to the pool but it was pretty area Looks Decent And Clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Staffs are nice and got a decent room! We have no complain at all aside from the noisy neighbour but overall it was an amazing experience! I am sure to be back soon with the whole family again. The have a very affordable price by the way!

It was nice staying in this hotel, very decent price without sacrificing the quality of service. The accommodation they provide is satisfying. Staff are approachable. My family enjoy the breakfast, they have amazing pancake. I will definitely come back in this place.

I've stayed here a few times as just an overnight stay for a quick stop in Atlanta. It's clean and comfortable and convenient to the highway. They've done some updates but wish they would have done the showers also but still overall a good stay. The breakfast could be a little better .

The shower had hair all over it. I brought it to the manager'said attention and nothing was done about it. All I asked was if someone could clean it! While the linen appeared to be clean, it made me question how clean everything else was in the room. This made it very difficult to get a good night's rest. Although the bed was comfortable, I kept questioning how clean it really was.

My stay here at the Days Inn was beyond horrible. for starters, they assured me that it would be no late fee.... but once i arrived i was still charged after speaking with someone notifying that i would arrive later that friday morning. For years, this property has been 'just off the beaten path' in Northwest Atlanta. A reasonably-priced stay; recent remodel has made the decor of the hotel more attractive.

I had to leave early because my wife got sick had to leave 2 days early tried to get a refund but they denied it when I booked the trip i did it with a free cancellation but that didn't happen will never go back there again and I plan on going back to the area but will choose another hotel

I was in town for a conference. I wanted to checkout a hotel brand I had not stayed in before. First thing I found wrong was the TV did not work. Called the front desk and someone came down. When we check to a hotel the first things we always check are the operation of the heating/cooling unit, condition of the bathroom, and the operation of the TV. I took three trips from hotel staff -- including switching the units -- to get a working TV in our room. For a weekend get away for a group of men that would not be in their room much we weren't looking for anything fancy or expensive so we went with this hotel. Upon arrival the property did seem to be very old and the pool area definitely isn't inviting, it just looks unkept. The biggest complaint we had was the continental breakfast. I stayed here for over two weeks in October. The hotel was great, especially the landscape design and pool. They had a decent breakfast with coffee, biscuits and gravy, hot and cold cereal, eggs. When we reviewed the information it was all a fraud compared to what the place really looks like. We booked through the website once we arrived front desk person had NO customer service. Every room was horrible my first room had feces on the toilet, so they moved our room.
