By far the most accommodating hotel! Staff are very nice and southern charm shows! I traveled there for a business trip and while there I got a cold. Felt terrible! Lady working at the little food shop (Wanda) took care of me. She recommended hot tea and was very nice. Love this place!

Okay, anyone familiar with my review history for the city of Atlanta knows that 99 percent of it involves a massive multi-block multi-hotel sci fi convention that happens every Labor Day. I was actually in Atlanta for another event hosted earlier in the summer at the Sheraton, and now I know why people who bunk there during DragonCon try to rebook there. One, the beds are what the Hyatt beds want to be when they grow up. This was the second time in my life I have pulled a hotel bed apart to se... Read more

I was pleasantly surprised by the five star feel of this hotel. Upon our arrival to our departure we were treated like royalty. The entire staff (except one) was very friendly and extremely accommodating. Our bellboy, Lax Mi , went above and beyond to assure that our stay was pleasurable. We also enjoyed our late night dinner and our balcony overlooking the pool area. We will be back!

Across the board, my stay at Sheraton Atlanta was great! The rooms were nice and the hotel staff was fantastic. Everyone went above and beyond in service, along with gestures as simple as a 'hello' while walking in the hallways. I was an exhibitor at a conference hosted at the hotel, and while finishing up, needed some packing tape for shipping materials back to the office. I went to the hotel bellstand and was kindly greeted by the bellman, Laxmi, who was extremely helpful and accommodating. ... Read more

Stayed at the Atlanta Sheraton for a conference in the hotel in May. Traveling alone, I took MARTA from the airport to the hotel. The train stop is maybe two blocks from the hotel - very easy. I arrived at a busy time - lots of other attendees were arriving at the same time. The front desk handled checkin very efficiently - even with the line, it went smoothly and was fairly quick. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but as I was traveling alone it was fine. If... Read more

Pool was a nice space but partially covered. We were looking for something outside. Also, the restau prices were shocking with little else close by to go to. $50 for two and the eggs benny were inedible- we said so and got a discount. Otherwise, rooms were very comfortable and clean. Hotel is only two blocks away from local train which served us well as most of our interest was in midtown- where the hotels are more expensive.

But lots of both street noise in sleeping room and rowdy people in hallways late at night. Confusing layout in a big two building hotel. Very slow service in the deli trying to get morning coffee. Sleeping rooms very clean and comfortable, and bathroom the same. Good conference hotel and banquet food so if that is your need this place shines.

Also toilet seat was high. I am here for a national student conference. Staff is friendly. Elevators are not adequate if hotel is full. Luckily they let you use the service elevator. My room is small. I have a single king and not much room for walking between bed and desk. Bathroom is probably the.smallest bathroom I have ever had in a hotel. It is conveniently locates near restaurants but would not recommend for anyone with health issues as the climb up the hill to these restaurants can be hard.

This is quite a nice hotel and looks to have great facilities for a conference, especially since I was upgraded to a corner suite (thank you).. First- I have to admit this was luck of the draw in choosing this hotel. I paid $88 plus tax per night (5 days/4 nights) thru P****line. I am 100 percent satisfied as this beautiful 4 star hotel presented us with a wonderful poolside room- private patio with a gated entrance to the heated saltwater pool, good food on site (a bit pricey but within norm for this caliber of accommodations), and convenient to all touristy sights such as the Georgia Aquarium ($8 cab ride from hotel to aquarium entran... Nice modern hotel downtown, easy to reach by car, self parking about $ 20 a night . Good restaurant with friendly staff, nice pool area with hot tub. Coca cola and cnn which we chose to visit for our one day in Atlanta within a few minutes drive - would have been walkable in a cooler climate

I visited the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel on August 4th and had the opportunity to work with several members of the staff, specifically the Concierge, Security and Valet. My interactions with Nick, Andre, Maurice and Ali were top notch! Each team member was attentive to my requests and provided creative solutions to my questions. Really, this was a very refreshing experience in this day and age. Thank you for all your attention and the great service!

Great downtown location, close to many restaurants, Underground Atlanta, World of Coca-Cola, etc. It's a bit of a maze getting into the hotel from the parking garage, but it's very nice and the beds are fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

Room is smaller then expected, the parking garage and walk to and from the hotel is a disaster while carrying bags your literally walking out in the heat no public elevator to get back in hotel, the bathroom is soo small, my room at home is bigger that was a shock, next time I'll check the square footage, parking is $22.00 a night which wasn't posted on the booking.com website

During my travels I have been to many hotels and some better than the others The miracle that makes hotel guest feeling well or not is not lying in sophisticated furnishing or expensive overall appearance but the staff attitude Sheraton Atlanta hotel is not the most expensive or most luxurious in the city but it has the ‚??thing‚?? that made me felt most welcome and satisfied. From the very moment of our arrival, Magie at the front desk welcomed us with warm smile and open attitude. And the welc... Read more

Room Service food was delicious! A pleasant surprise! Free ride to the Zoo from the Hotel was a plus. Next time I visit Atlanta I for sure will stay at this Hotel again!

The hotel staff was very friendly! They go out of their way to greet you and to ensure everything is ok! Hotel is clean and the pool is centrally located and is not besieged with children!! The only issue we had was that our room was on the third floor where the internet lounge and several other eating places where. Security was on our floor during the wee hours of the morning trying to calm down folks loitering in the hallway and It was noisy as hell. This went on for both nights of our stay.... Read more

I decided to do a staycation for my birthday and pretend to be a tourist. Every last team member of the Sheraton that I encountered provided exemplary service and courtesy during my 2 night stay. This is already our favorite hotel because of the pool, now I have more reasons why we will definitely be back. Diana and Sagar stand out because extending my night was super simple thanks to Diana and Sagar kept great margaritas mixed up for the birthday girl. The concierge's were awesome as well. Kep... Friendly staff! I mentioned it was my birthday and they have been so sweet! Even sent me a cake! Rooms are nice, good TV and cable tv. Nice view of the city and the pool is INCREDIBLE! Good deal on rooms and lots of amenities. Free taxi to the zoo and the concierge can do anything from make reservations to calling taxis. They gave us a great list of walking distance restaurants. I love this place! We will be back very soon!!
