By far the most accommodating hotel! Staff are very nice and southern charm shows! I traveled there for a business trip and while there I got a cold. Felt terrible! Lady working at the little food shop (Wanda) took care of me. She recommended hot tea and was very nice. Love this place!

Okay, anyone familiar with my review history for the city of Atlanta knows that 99 percent of it involves a massive multi-block multi-hotel sci fi convention that happens every Labor Day. I was actually in Atlanta for another event hosted earlier in the summer at the Sheraton, and now I know why people who bunk there during DragonCon try to rebook there. One, the beds are what the Hyatt beds want to be when they grow up. This was the second time in my life I have pulled a hotel bed apart to se... Read more

I was pleasantly surprised by the five star feel of this hotel. Upon our arrival to our departure we were treated like royalty. The entire staff (except one) was very friendly and extremely accommodating. Our bellboy, Lax Mi , went above and beyond to assure that our stay was pleasurable. We also enjoyed our late night dinner and our balcony overlooking the pool area. We will be back!

Across the board, my stay at Sheraton Atlanta was great! The rooms were nice and the hotel staff was fantastic. Everyone went above and beyond in service, along with gestures as simple as a 'hello' while walking in the hallways. I was an exhibitor at a conference hosted at the hotel, and while finishing up, needed some packing tape for shipping materials back to the office. I went to the hotel bellstand and was kindly greeted by the bellman, Laxmi, who was extremely helpful and accommodating. ... Read more

Stayed at the Atlanta Sheraton for a conference in the hotel in May. Traveling alone, I took MARTA from the airport to the hotel. The train stop is maybe two blocks from the hotel - very easy. I arrived at a busy time - lots of other attendees were arriving at the same time. The front desk handled checkin very efficiently - even with the line, it went smoothly and was fairly quick. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but as I was traveling alone it was fine. If... Read more

Pool was a nice space but partially covered. We were looking for something outside. Also, the restau prices were shocking with little else close by to go to. $50 for two and the eggs benny were inedible- we said so and got a discount. Otherwise, rooms were very comfortable and clean. Hotel is only two blocks away from local train which served us well as most of our interest was in midtown- where the hotels are more expensive.

But lots of both street noise in sleeping room and rowdy people in hallways late at night. Confusing layout in a big two building hotel. Very slow service in the deli trying to get morning coffee. Sleeping rooms very clean and comfortable, and bathroom the same. Good conference hotel and banquet food so if that is your need this place shines.

Also toilet seat was high. I am here for a national student conference. Staff is friendly. Elevators are not adequate if hotel is full. Luckily they let you use the service elevator. My room is small. I have a single king and not much room for walking between bed and desk. Bathroom is probably the.smallest bathroom I have ever had in a hotel. It is conveniently locates near restaurants but would not recommend for anyone with health issues as the climb up the hill to these restaurants can be hard.

First- I have to admit this was luck of the draw in choosing this hotel. I paid $88 plus tax per night (5 days/4 nights) thru P****line. I visited the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel on August 4th and had the opportunity to work with several members of the staff, specifically the Concierge, Security and Valet. Really, this was a very refreshing experience in this day and age. Thank you for all your attention and the great service!

Best part of stay was 12th floor club lounge. Mr Jeffery K. made you feel like you were a guest in his home! Love him!! The service and cleanliness was top notch. Food was hot and delicious and plenty! Well worth the upgrade price to the room.

When it was all said and done we truly had an exceptional stay at the Sheraton in Atlanta Georgia. When we first arrived and attempted to check in we encountered a problem. However MEGAN was incredible and helped us in the midst of our crisis. She was extremely polite and attendant to our problems. After we checked in and entered our beautiful room we were in love with the king size bed and it's comfort. JEFFERY K and ANITA were absolutely tremendous in the club lounge. I stay at this Sheraton, and lots of other Starwood properties, regularly throughout the year (Lifetime Platinum). Whenever I visit this hotel, its as if I've come home. The lounge staff is always so warm, and they're always happy to see you. Jeffrey, Wanda, and Erica really represent the level of hospitality and service that the Starwood Brand is about. I appreciate all of the staff at the hotel as they are all excellent, but after a long day, I can always find a bite and smile in the club lo... Read more

I was attending a conference at the Sheraton Atlanta, and wanted the convenience of staying on-site. I began to question my decision when I checked in, seeing very large groups of young people (hi-school? college?). They were gathered in the corridor outside my room, having loud conversations. Fortunately, it was not noisy at night, but the large numbers made the hotel feel like a dorm. The room was good, the bed very good. It did take some time to connect to Wi-Fi, and one had to go on the hote... Read more

Stayed here for a conference. Very nice Sheraton in downtown Atlanta. Hotel has a nice, modern feel lobby area. Small gift shop inside not just the "pantry" a lot of hotels like to have now a days. Room was well appointed and standard. Nothing to write home about. Restaurant, separate bar and snack bar area all located on the second floor. They do serve Starbucks coffee and you can also get the fancier coffee drinks as well. Hotel staff were super friendly. Always there with a greeting or to ask... Read more

After having to change hotels in the middle of the night. I found this wonderful hotel and wondered why wasn't this my first choice. It was an excellent stay, great customer service and centrally located to get to where ever I needed to go. One of my best stays and travels. And was very gracious to say the least due to my nightmare of an experience at another hotel. Thank you Sheraton for a pleasurable stay.

I stayed at this hotel for a conference. I was upgraded to another room, which was not ready yet when I checked in. I opted to wait for the upgrade install of the original room; it was not a big deal as I had a meeting to go to. For the inconvenience, the hotel left me a fruit plate and a letter in my room the next day. Nice touch. The room is quiet and clean, although a little dated.

I visited Atlanta for a conference and we were hosted by the Sheraton. The staff was efficient, professional and friendly. The room (mine had two beds) was a reasonable size, clean and nicely furnished. I had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed several good nights is sleep. My only minor negative is that the bathroom was barely enough space to turn around. Overall I would recommend the hotel. Good value!

Jerome Smith was the star of our stay here. I called the day before arrival to insure my wife would have a beautiful view and when we got to the room it was not spectacular. So we went back down to the lobby to get moved and Jerome called me over to take care of us instead of me waiting in the check in line. He got us the perfect room with a balcony that goes out into the pool solarium. He then gave us sky lounges passes and 60$ off of our dinner at Fandangles for our special evening. He more ... We don't stay at pricey places often. The only reason we stayed here is because a convention was being hosted here. The only plus was the convention rooms on the first floor were nice. I was very disappointed with my whole stay. For the price I expected luxury and got way less. The room was nice enough as far as rooms go. Tiny fridge which was okay, no microwave which sucked. Spent one night stay on a family trip. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. No issues other than the shower did not provide any hot water either in the evening or the next morning regardless of the operator position or the length of time it ran. When I say no hot water, I mean not hot or warm but cold enough to take your breath away. A 4 star hotel shouldn't have this sort of issue.
