Usually all goes well; myself and staff stay here 2X/Year for trade shows, booking several rooms for a week each. This time during the first 4 nights of my stay, housekeeping never bothered to stop by. That's 50%! First morning I did not have any sign on my door, second time I had do not disturb on until 9:30am. I removed it before leaving, and yet the room wasn't cleaned. Both times when I called Guest Services, all I received was "Ok, we'll send someone up". An apology would have been nice. Th... Read more

I loved this hotel. The service was wonderful, staff was very attentive and professional. The room felt REALLY clean. I usually am very weary about hotel rooms but I felt comfortable letting my 11 month old son crawl and play freely. Water pressure was great but I did have to put the bath mat towel in the tub to bathe the baby since it was very rough and seemed like it might scratch his bottom. Small bathroom but the room was spacious. My only complaint is the parking situation. $35 for valet... Read more

I stayed here for a Conference which was also the Conference venue. Upon check-in I found the hotel staff to be friendly and courteous even though it was 1am. The room was clean and comfortable but the furniture and carpet are now showing their age. The breakfast was average with a limited selection available. I also found the bar food in the evening to be good. Also it is worth noting that the area around the hotel can be a bit dangerous at night - upon arrival there was two squad cars on the ... The staff of this wonderful hotel have spoiled me for future visits!! We were lucky enough to get a room with access to the Club Lounge. Miss Shirley Richards made sure all of our needs, and wants, were met. She engaged our kids, early teens, with a smile and lots of great recommendations. Miss Shirley quizzed my 14 year-old son, complementing him when he got an answer correct. Jeffrey K took VERY good care of us during our time at the Club Lounge in the evening. On our second night, we arr... Read more

Our trip started off shaky with a room that smelled like smoke, stained carpets, a rep lying telling me there were no more rooms and miraculously there were 2 rooms when speaking with another rep 5 minutes later. They were supposed to send help for me to move my things but instead just brought me a key...oh well. So I figured I would go to the club level and have a glass of wine and relax. After a long day of travel and a stressful rooming situation it made my night to meet JEFFREY AND ERICA in... Read more

An important business trip before me, I sought a quiet room to prepare for an all-day worksession I'd be facilitating the next day. The women at the front desk must not know this hotel very well, or else they were trying to frustrate me. The first room was by the ice machine, the next was by a busy street, and the third was right by a busy elevator. Finally the staff found a quiet room the pool, but a small construction site was about 10 feet from the door. With my wheely bag in tow and tired fr... Read more

A very nice hotel in close proximity to all downtown locations. The staff was very helpful and proffessional. Spacious and clean rooms. The pool area was awesome (very nice surroundings, an lots of space). The hotel offers indoor parking (for a fee). The hotel has a nice restaurant which serves a decent breakfast (both menu and buffet), although a little pricey.

I stayed here a few days for business. Nice, clean rooms. The bed was a bit "springy" and the pillows were way too soft for my liking, but not a big deal. ALL of the staff (from the concierge, to the front desk, to the valet staff, to the cleaning crew, to the store clerks, etc.) were FABULOUS! Very friendly and extremely helpful!! I would definitely stay there again when back in Atlanta!
