By far the most accommodating hotel! Staff are very nice and southern charm shows! I traveled there for a business trip and while there I got a cold. Felt terrible! Lady working at the little food shop (Wanda) took care of me. She recommended hot tea and was very nice. Love this place!

Okay, anyone familiar with my review history for the city of Atlanta knows that 99 percent of it involves a massive multi-block multi-hotel sci fi convention that happens every Labor Day. I was actually in Atlanta for another event hosted earlier in the summer at the Sheraton, and now I know why people who bunk there during DragonCon try to rebook there. One, the beds are what the Hyatt beds want to be when they grow up. This was the second time in my life I have pulled a hotel bed apart to se... Read more

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, good dining. Good location for access to downtown (15 min walk to Georgia World Congress Center) and Marta. Club lounge worth the upgrade (good breakfast, simple but tasty evening food, free WIFI). Great customer service!

I was pleasantly surprised by the five star feel of this hotel. Upon our arrival to our departure we were treated like royalty. The entire staff (except one) was very friendly and extremely accommodating. Our bellboy, Lax Mi , went above and beyond to assure that our stay was pleasurable. We also enjoyed our late night dinner and our balcony overlooking the pool area. We will be back!

Across the board, my stay at Sheraton Atlanta was great! The rooms were nice and the hotel staff was fantastic. Everyone went above and beyond in service, along with gestures as simple as a 'hello' while walking in the hallways. I was an exhibitor at a conference hosted at the hotel, and while finishing up, needed some packing tape for shipping materials back to the office. I went to the hotel bellstand and was kindly greeted by the bellman, Laxmi, who was extremely helpful and accommodating. ... Read more

Stayed at the Atlanta Sheraton for a conference in the hotel in May. Traveling alone, I took MARTA from the airport to the hotel. The train stop is maybe two blocks from the hotel - very easy. I arrived at a busy time - lots of other attendees were arriving at the same time. The front desk handled checkin very efficiently - even with the line, it went smoothly and was fairly quick. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but as I was traveling alone it was fine. If... Read more

Pool was a nice space but partially covered. We were looking for something outside. Also, the restau prices were shocking with little else close by to go to. $50 for two and the eggs benny were inedible- we said so and got a discount. Otherwise, rooms were very comfortable and clean. Hotel is only two blocks away from local train which served us well as most of our interest was in midtown- where the hotels are more expensive.

But lots of both street noise in sleeping room and rowdy people in hallways late at night. Confusing layout in a big two building hotel. Very slow service in the deli trying to get morning coffee. Sleeping rooms very clean and comfortable, and bathroom the same. Good conference hotel and banquet food so if that is your need this place shines.

I have stayed here several times and have always been pleased with the room and service. This hotel has easy access to the interstate. It is walking distance to Peachtree Plaza, Georgia World Congress Center and restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel has an indoor/outdoor pool and the club lounge offers evening appetizers and a decent breakfast as well as fresh fruit, coffee, soda, water and granola bars for snack. Walking out of the parking lot is awkward if you self-park, but the offer valet p... Read more

Hotel was well suited to 600 person meeting. Meeting rooms were a bit cold, and AV equipment had some flaws (mic making noises), Guest room had too few outlet sites for modern day. Also toilet seat was high. Nice amenities in bathroom; refrigerator in room; a no-clean-towel option (though I would have liked to have bed made without clean sheets, and the eco option meant housekeeper would not have come in). Uphill to interesting restaurants and to Coke, CNN headquarters, aquarium etc. An ea... Read more

Parking and luggage can be a haul--the hotel is almost a mile to convention center--shuttle will take you it isn't free but it's better than a taxi--Saturday night valet parking got crazy--we stayed club level--breakfast was great --afternoon snack was good but it is a snack--this hotel is in the middle of SEC country and holds many SEC games--gonna watch the SEC baseball tournament-guess what -they don't carry the SEC channel--went to pool it was nice and clean

I am here for a national student conference. Staff is friendly. Elevators are not adequate if hotel is full. Luckily they let you use the service elevator. My room is small. I have a single king and not much room for walking between bed and desk. Bathroom is probably the.smallest bathroom I have ever had in a hotel. It is conveniently locates near restaurants but would not recommend for anyone with health issues as the climb up the hill to these restaurants can be hard.

This is quite a nice hotel and looks to have great facilities for a conference, especially since I was upgraded to a corner suite (thank you).. As you drive up to the front wondering whether to valet or not, there is a big sign on the entrance to the underground garage right in front of you which say "Self Park". The entrance looks like a normal underground lot which is attached to the hotel, but as you enter, the cars you see are the Valet cars. You now have to drive through the tunnel, unde... Read more

I went to the Sheraton for a conference for Future Business Leaders of America, a nationwide high school organization. During my stay, I was on the club lounge floor. The room had plenty of space for me and my roommates, and the club lounge was great as well with complimentary beverages and snacks and breakfast. Great Hotel, very nice CLEAN rooms and friendly staff. The hotel is located across the street from a night club but security is very tight for the hotel guest. Didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant but was very pleased at the all night cafe on the 3rd floor.

From the moment I walked in to the bar tenders; the bell men who helped me get an umbrella and got me a menu of the restaurants nearby, to the beautiful and very helpful front desk staff: Kaila, Momina, Ms. C Heard, Juanell and the awesome Dolores (and her manager) who helped me extend my stay. Great property with a friendly staff! Especially helpful was the concierge, Kiki. From tourist locations to transportation to where to go for a pedicure, there was nothing that Kiki did not know! The rooms are spacious and comfy, and housekeeping did a great job of keeping our room neat and tidy, which is no small feat when two teenaged girls are in the room! The only negative was that breakfast on the property was grossly overpriced at $15 per person for the buffet, which did not offer much. ... Read more

This is a very nice hotel, conveniently located downtown, 4 blocks from the Atlanta Convention Center at AmericasMart, where I was attending an event. The room was not large but certainly comfortable, with a glass wall offering a nice view. The garage entrance is next to the hotel, though the garage itself is across the street, accessed by a tunnel under Courtland St, so it's a bit of a walk from the hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms with coffee maker and mini fridge. Only downside, and it's a minor one, is that all 4 available outlets to charge phones, etc are in the bathroom!ū??? Can't comment on hotel dining facilities as each time I stay, I go out to enjoy one of the many, varied restaurants. LOTS of dining options nearby. Very nice, helpful staff and fast check in. I stay at this property twice a year, and I am amazed at the staff who remembers me and takes the time to make sure everything is A-ok. This stay was not typical. We stayed here last night for a concert at the Fox Theater. It is a clean hotel with a super friendly staff. It's very, very convenient to everything. I was in town for work for the gift market. Overall the room was clean and nice. The shower leaked water all over the floor. Front desk staff was helpful.
