Never will stay there again, I was not told that parking was $20.00 a day and breakfast was suppose to be a buffet and it was not. Our room was never cleaned. But to top it off, the last morning of our stay went to pull blankets off bed and there was old blood on the blankets...

The hotel was very busy that weekend, and even though the customer service was good, my traveling companion was bitten all over her face and body from bed bugs in our room.

This hotel is not I the best neighborhood. The interior of the hotel needs major repairs. The food choices are limited. First day we they had two shuttles running and after that, only one. Hotel amenities were not replenished. Lacking management or accountability. Positives, Mike the shuttle driver, melody the waitress and Cesar the chef. I would not return to this hotel.

The room was is pretty good shape. Some stain on an ottoman. Bathroom tiled and marble, pretty good for price range in Atlanta. However, I was very upset to have a lukewarm/chilly shower in the morning.

The Grill is good but limited on what to eat. The employee there are nice and will try to help with what ever they can but seem to be some issues with planing. The Holtel it self is the 80 look and room are outdated as well with the future. The bus Mr D" and Brain are off the hook to help.

My room was awesome - but. The coffee maker did not work. The TV did not work and there was no phone to call the front desk to complain. Had to walk all the way down and wait in line to tell them something I bet they already knew. Won't be coming back any time soon.

The room was nice... the entire floor had a bad odor tho.. the only thing I didn't like is the door connected to the other rooms and that we could here those who were next door conversations.... the room had a great view...

If I had the opportunity to post pictures I would but the rooms and hallways to the rooms were awful. If there wasn't a marijuana smell in them there was a mold smell. I had a suite but had no urge to step foot into the other "adjoining" room let alone walk barefoot in the main sleeping area. Worst hotel ever!

First the good: only minutes away from my travel assignment. The room was clean, the food in the bar/grille for breakfast was good. Great price found on Groupon. With that being said, the old agage 'you get what you pay for' comes to mind. The place as others stares really needs a facelift. The tub had bad water/rust stains. The carpet and furniture was dated in the room. My phone did not work and still waiting on someone to fix it after telling three different front desk people. Which brings... Read more
