Hotel said we couldn't check in until 4 because no rooms were clean. Check out is at 11 so how could they tell me there were no rooms clean at 2?! I've worked at plenty hotels and know that wasn't true. Ended up getting to check in around 2:30. Thankfully because I was attending the falcons game which started at 4:35. Bathroom fixtures were broken and falling apart with the touch of a finger. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Also asked for a drink of water and the bartender hesitated act... Read more

Stayed at this Hotel during a recent trip to Atlanta. Holes in the carpet, in dire need of paint and some general maintenance. Garbage collection bag was left in my room. This property needs a great deal of help.

Everything in this hotel was outdated and in disrepair. Two mornings I did not have hot water. I had to constantly "fix" my toilet that was leaking or not filling properly. I did not expect this low of a level of fit and finish in a hotel in this price point. There were no food options available on the premises so everything involved a shuttle ride. The shuttle was the lone bright spot. Dietrich, or Mr. D, as he called himself, was a great person and driver. I had never gone to Atlanta, but feel... Read more

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel but enjoyed the staff even more. Everyone so friendly and helpful! Dining area was closed due to remodel so the bar was serving food. Excellent service and fabulous food. Can't complain about anything ?

After traveling all day long, my business partners and I got to the hotel, stood in line to attempt to check in. Finally, after 30 minutes of standing there, I get up to the counter and the gentleman behind the counter proceeded to tell me that they over booked the hotel for the weekend (After I received a phone call the week before confirming my reservation and charging my credit card $2,800) also, they were experiencing power outages in the hotel and that he would need to re-book us at another... Staying here was like staying with family. Everyone was so welcoming and jovial especially the ladies the bar and Brian the shuttle driver. I would have given them five stars. It I couldn't find the ice machine and my keys were deactivated after one night. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

My family and I were not impressed with the hotel itself. The quest room seemed clean enough, but the hotel including the elevators did not smell good. The ice machines were on alternate floors so we had to go up or down a level for ice. The shuttle service was good and the guys that drive the vans are wonderful.

We were promised a continental breakfast. I even called the front desk the night before and was told that there would be one. When we arrived for it, the only thing there was coffee. We were told that this was due to construction in the restaurant. This caused us to not get breakfast the first morning as we did not allow time to go out for breakfast. Also the vending machine would not accept change. This prevented us from getting much out of it as we didn't have enough dollars. Because of... Read more

Overall we did not have a bad stay. The rooms were very clean, but The whole hotel needs to be updated. The rooms looked pretty rough. The restaurant was under renovation when we were there. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a free shuttle that takes you anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel, which to us made it well worth everything else.
