This is a great hotel. I am attending Secure Atlanta 2016, and wanted a hotel that cost less than the event venue. I found the Hyatt House via TripAdvisor. I booked a king standard room for $50 per day less than what was available at the venue. For $50 less a day I got free breakfast, free parking, free wifi, and a nicely appointed room with a sofa, desk, fridge, microwave, and flatscreen TV.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating from start to finish. The hotel is very nice, clean, and well run. The rooms have a kitchen and there is also a breakfast buffet that had a good variety of offerings, and the breakfast staff was amazingly patient and gracious with the mad rush of travelers every day who left the area looking like a hurricane had just passed through. Location is convenient and just a 10 minute or so drive to downtown attractions. I highly recommend this property.

This was my first time staying at a Hyatt House, and it will not be the last. We were there for five nights, and wanted to pick the right hotel in Atlanta. It's very close to the highway, but very secluded at first look. If you go over the hill on either side of Cumberland Blvd, you will see many shopping and food options. Check-in was easy and the one bedroom suite was great. I've never said this about a hotel, but the AC is freezing and is a welcome after being out in the Atlanta heat. Show... Read more

We went to Atlanta to attend Talladega race in Alabama. The staff is really friendly and accommodating and go out of their way to help. Room was nice, location was great for anywhere in Downtown area close by. The hotel taxes and govt fees were expensive $100 for 4 nights stay. Would recommend, but be prepared to pay$125 per night + fees for one bedroom + pullout bed.

Excellent location for Cobb/Cumberland area with easy access. Being a new facility, the hotel and grounds are in excellent shape. Everything is clean and well maintained. Room was perfect, comfortable bed, large bathroom and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast (included) was very good with a good selection of cooking, fruits, cereals and yogurts. Only complaint was NO GRITS!

The hotel is right off of the interstate, and there are several wonderful restaurants nearby. We were happy to be greeted as Hyatt Platinum members, and they gave us a suite upgrade automatically. They also provided us with drinks as we waited for our room to be ready. The breakfast was typical of Hyatt brands, and the bacon and omelette serially stood out as excellent. The room was very large with a full kitchen and living room, and the bathroom area was also oversized.

In all, I feel that my stay was average. I received what I expected: clean room, complimentary breakfast, etc. No thrills or exceptional service. The only downside to my stay was the extremely limited parking. I did return to my room late after a night out, but didn't expect to be told that I'd have to park my vehicle two blocks away and walk back to the hotel. Especially when I saw that several other vehicles consumed multiple spaces in the lot.

This hotel is next to highways which is very good for business commute. As usual, nice breakfast in Hyatt House style with free omelet station! I used the treadmill (and the fitness room was spacious enough for guests) and there was even a pool table! Very nice hotel and I will definitely pick this location if I am back for business!

My wife and I had a nice getaway to Atlanta and Hyatt House in Cobb County was a great place for us. The room was nice and service was good. The location was 15-20 minutes away from everything we wanted to do and is very close to nice shopping. Will definitely stay again when in the Atlanta area.

There is none better. If you have a large family and need suites this is the place to stay. The staff is wonderful. I had an issue with the time my plan left and check out time. The staff was so accomodating and arranged a room for me at no charge for a couple of hours so I wouldn't have to hang out in the lobby. I've never experience customer service like this.

I have visited this hotel a number of times. The staff is wonderful, the hotel and furnishings are modern and the hotel is very clean and well maintained. Though they allow pets, you would never know since it is quiet and comfortable. The breakfasts are very nice for an inclusive offering.

Stayed at Hyatt House June 19th for gourmet nights. Super friendly staff. Room looked new. Full kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave. Fridge had icemaker which saved some steps. TV had 12 HBO stations which the kids loved. the breakfast had both buffet style or omelet\waffle stations. Bustling every morning but the food was great as were the servers. Will stay here again, highly recommend.

I lived in Atlanta for 8 years and still have many friends who live there. I didn't want to crash with anyone for the weekend as it was just one of those times where I would pay for some quiet time alone. The rooms were SPACIOUS and very modern. HUGE bathroom with walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen and a widescreen television that boasted 150+ channels. Free breakfast, close to I-75, and would definitely recommend!

Stayed at the Hyatt House for 4 days during a business conference in Atlanta. My wife and two kids enjoyed the pool and the state of the art exercise room. There is also a game room with a pool table and big screen tv that we enjoyed. The daily breakfast includes and omelet and waffle station. There is also a regular buffet of eggs, hash browns and either bacon or sausage that was fresh each and every day. Our room was clean. The kids enjoyed the HBO package which includes 12 HBO stations. We stayed for 7 nights during Perfect Game Baseball Tournament. Great location to get to all the many fields the tournament is held at. Hotel staff super friendly and helpful. Used the kitchen in our suite everyday, and it was nice to have a convection oven and not just a microwave in addition to the stove top. Kitchen and island area were a great size. We were going to grill out one night, and it rained, but they did have 2 nice gas grills. Bathroom was huge, and very well appointed. Would de... Read more

Nothing negative to say about my experience at Hyatt House. The facility was clean, modern, very well kept and stylish in decor. The staff was friendly, helpful and seemed to enjoy helping and welcoming guest and working at this facilty. They arranged shuttle service for our transport to and from the conference we were attending to keep us from having to drive in the traffic and having parking issues. The rooms were great, kitchen area with more than enough appliances for a short stay. The li... Read more

Hotel was clean, breakfast was wonderful. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. Our first Christmas travelling away from home and after this stay will definitely do it again. Having a full kitchen area made it much easier with a family of five. The Atlanta City Pass and the Hyatt house made wonderful Christmas memories.

Will at the Front Desk during our check-in on Wednesday, July 13th, around 4:30 p.m., was phenomenal to work with! There was a misunderstanding with our reservation, and Will went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had just traveled from Maryland, and Will showed compassion in assisting some very tired travelers. He not only found us a wonderful room, he also made great suggestions concerning places to eat in the area. He made a potential unhappy situation into a positive and pleasant ex... Read more

We chose this hotel to host out family reunion, the Sales staff was very accommodating and professional however the front desk, cleaning staff, and breakfast staff were extremely RUDE. Everyone had an attitude and treated us as if we were bugging them. We were on the 3rd floor and witnessed the cleaning lady open a room door and scream at the top of her lungs "oh my lord Jesus". They refused to make the bed because there were clothes on the bed, I have stayed at numerous hotels and those items... Read more

It's sunday, no plan for tomorrow, just a real good sleep in a decent hotel in Atlanta. Away from the airport, let's see what we can find on the smartphone. Wow, Hyatt House discounted a standard king room from 246.00 to 129.00 dollars. Hyatt do have a reputation, so when we checked the amenities, it should be ok. Let's spoil ourselves with a first class hotel. So what to expect? A good bed, silent and proper working air-conditioning, a quiet room without noise from the streets, a flat screen, f... Read more

We stayed at Hyatt house for 4 nights. Overall we were impressed with the hotel. The staff was very nice and the hotel/room were clean. The breakfast was decent - your typical hotel hot breakfast with the added bonus of made to order omelettes. Unfortunately like most hotels, the bed was not very comfortable; however, it wasn't the worst hotel bed I have slept on. Also, I was a little disappointed that the pool was inside. The pool was somewhat small and the room was very humid since it was indo... Read more

Great hotel for long term stays in Atlanta. Full kitchen, great suites with separate bedroom, bar and light fare open in lobby until midnight, great complimentary hot or cold breakfast. Hotel was a good value overall. Clean, quiet room. King size bed was super comfortable. Free breakfast had hot and cold choices. There is no restaurant in the hotel but they serve some simple fare and have a small bar if you don't want to go out. Staff was very accommodating. If you don't have a car, use A & M Limo to get there from Atlanta airport (about a 20 minute ride). $50 round trip. Very reliable service. Will definitely use them again, at half the price of a taxi.

I am at platinum status with Hyatt. Currently, I have a pending transaction of $524.12 on my bank account for the past 30 days! My balance is zero. I have left messages with Assistant GM, who has yet to return my call!! I called front desk and was told she would put info in their shift notes. When I told her what to put, she cut me off, stating she would put my name, number, and pending transaction!! That's it!!! I explained I WANTED them to know I've been calling.. Stayed here for 2 nights for a visit to Six Flags in between. Good location (although the GPS had trouble finding it...just use your own eyes); the breakfast and pool were great. Staff was attentive to details. Mall, theater, and restaurant options are nearby. They provide grill tools and the outdoor eating area was great for us.

Very nice hotel with very clean and spacious rooms. Had everything we needed. Only complaint was that our room was on the highway side and the traffic was noisy and constant. I think a room on the opposite side would have been great. Would definitely stay here again.
