I have never felt as disgusted about anything in my entire life.I arrived at the "hotel" a little while before my fiance so I decided to check us in. I walked in and was greeted by the security guard (the only positive part about this place) who confirmed that this was in fact the Howard Johnson. While checking in I was a little disturbed by the mess around me but they said that they are remodeling so I let it slide. I got up to my room to find that it was just as nasty looking as the rest of th... Read more

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. If I was Hoeard Johnson I would have my name removed from this hotel. It is so dirty you can see the dirt caked on the walls. It took 20 mins to check in. There are no enterances other than the main because the doors were chained shut from the inside. There are holes in the walls so if you have little ones don't even think of being here. The elevator only holds 5 people and again it's dirty. You could see the dirt. The fire hose was used. The glass ... Read more

My expectations were low because of the price but this place was disgusting. The sheets, comforter and towels were stained. The ceiling was falling apart. Half the lamps in our room didn't have light bulbs in them. I didn't feel comfortable walking around without shoes and I'm still waiting to see if I had bed bugs.

When I got there at 3pm no room was available for me. I had to wait til 5pm to checkin. The room was dirty and nasty. Shower was disgusting. Curtains was falling down and trash was behind curtains. The door that connects the two rooms was open because the lock on it was broken. This made me feel very unsafe and I took all me belongings outside when I left out. I really think they need to burn this hotel down.

The hotel is still had "Fairview Inn" on the sign and building (Howard Johnson logos were only on front desk and in rooms). The place was very run down, people living there and they were loud and obnoxious. There were USED SYRINGES in the parking lot and gate for the parking was broken. NOT a good area to stay in ( prostitution, drug deals, ect...). Staff was very friendly but seemed content with the environment. I did not sleep well for worrying about my vehicle and other property.

Staying by myself, traveling by myself, I had made this reservation ahead of time, so I felt like I was stuck. Everything was broken or broken down. The staff didn't seem to know what was going on. My room was on the 4th floor, but the elevator was broken or appeared to be since it took so long to arrive. When it opened, out rolled a bunch of really nasty laundry, there could have even been blood on it! Terrible, terrible stay!

I was extremely dissatisfied with this hotel. I would be ashamed to have the Wyndham name associated with it. It was dirty, stinking, disgusting place. Please don't waste your time or money at this hotel. I emailed the General Manager to request a refund for the night we didn't stay (left and went to another hotel) and have not had any return communication with him.

I don't even know where to start. So, going to keep this short and sweet. Most filthy place I've ever been. Avoid this place like it just told you it has herpes. Because it honestly might. Room was trash, hotel is trashed, and stinks. Front desk lady was a sweetheart, and despite what everyone says about the people staying and hanging around outside, they were all extremely nice and friendly. But it doesn't make up for how gross and under maintained the hotel was.

Hotel was not good. There was no hot water in the shower and the a.c. could not be turned down. The phone didn't work. There was black stains on the curtain and stains in the shower. There was a smell in the hallway of pot and it was very strong on the main floor.

This hotel shouldn't be in service. First off none of the pictures on the website match the actual hotel, Howard Johnson should take its name away from this place. I forfeited my second nights stay because this was just pitiful. Most of the rooms have pad locks on the outside. It has no pool. Hookers stayed in and out of this place and they had weed smoking going on in front of the main entrance. Now to my room, sheets wasn't clean and also had holes in them, pillows had holes, curtains was st... Read more

There was too much going on at this hotel to be considered a family spot. Employees not behind the desk was not in uniform, being unrecognizable from guests, wearing regular clothes. There was no breakfast as they advertised and the pool was not clean. The hallways were dirty but the only thing that was appealing was the air conditioner and hot water. There was no working phone in the room and the curtains were half hanged and balcony was not fit to stand out on. At one point when I went outside... Read more

The worst hotel ever when we arrived there was a fight at the front desk check in. And we got into the room the bathroom was dirty it was everything in the shower that you could imagine also the refrigerator or microwave did not work. I thought having then switches to another room would be better but it got a little worse once we got to the room that we could actually stay in we stayed for one night and check the hell out of there

Seeing the Fairfield Inn signs made me start to wonder about this hotel--only one Howard Johnson sign was present. Check-in was slow, but the Asian employee was friendly. After check-in, my friend was actually approached by a prostitute in the elevator, which is a huge no-no for any place to stay! My friends and I told the police officer downstairs later that night in hopes that he would take care of it. We noticed that the police officer was also there because some things fell on some guests fr... Read more

The hotel is very run down, the room had a funny smell. When we first arrived we noticed women walking around in the hotel with really skimpy clothing, tried to think nothing of it but I checked the reviews and saw other reviews saying that hookers and the pimps worked the hotel. Very upsetting, also they had two elevators but only one was working or should I say barely working it made a strange notice and it had a 5 person max. We extended our vacation and found this hotel was closer to Six Flags than our previous hotel. We knew it wouldn't be a resort but decided one night would be ok so I booked it in advance. I burst into tears at arrival. I have never run from a hotel so fast. Screw the money we paid already, my family is more important. I've stayed in some pretty jacked up places before but this one takes the cake. Before even setting foot in the lobby, there is 24hr Atlanta Plain Clothes Police posted outside. Th... Read more
