My adult daughter and I shared double corner room facing the Fox and the Georgia Terrace on a Friday and Saturday night in May. We were there for business so we didn't spend much time at the hotel. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was tiny. Tiny as lift your left arm and reach with your right hand for toilet paper and be sure not to lean over while on the toilet or your will hit your head on the sink. The shower however is roomy and has nice water pressure! Nice for ladies is the lo... Read more

After a quick one night stay I think the other reviews for Hotel Indigo are very accurate with the exception of some service complaints. I had a very helpful and friendly man at the front desk and all the staff I interacted with was very professional. The hotel is a little worn but they did mention it's going to be remodeled soon. The internet was fast. The area is great for walking and it was super easy to get here using the Marta train from the airport. The station is just a couple bloc... Read more

Pros - great location and a friendly helpful staff, the wifi service is good and the bar area is fine. Nicely decorated. Cons - the rooms are small and the bathroom was tiny. Also no fridge in the room or ice machines on the floors.

Situated just across the road from the Fox theatre, this hotel is in a good location to explore the city. After a very friendly greeting at reception, I was a little early so I sat at the bar whilst waiting for the rest of my party to turn up. The bar service was superb and they had a great local porter on draft. After a couple of those I wobbled up to our room which was clean, comfy and well appointed. Breakfast the following morning was great. Again, friendly and efficient service. We re... Read more

We stayed only one night in this hotel but absolutely loved it. The location was excellent with all the attractions within easy walking distance. The staff are friendly and welcoming and there is a comfortable bar area. The rooms are relatively small but very comfortable. The bed was good and we enjoyed a good nights sleep. The shower was good and there hotel was quiet at all times despite the location.

This is a tough review. In general this is a good historic hotel. It is an older building and the first Hotel Indigo. And that is both the good and the not quite as good. The staff here was super friendly and bent over backwards to make sure everything was good with my stay. And everything actually was good. Considering the price for a downtown Atlanta hotel, around $130 before tax, title, parking, convention fee, courtesy to the mayor fee, downtown renovation and maintenance fee and of course ... I stayed here for 4 nights in June 2016. Staff is very friendly and the coffee is great. Thank goodness I do not wear a lot of makeup as the restrooms are very small. There is absolutely no room for your bath products and if you are heavy the bathrooms will be impossible ,so you might want to choose a different hotel. The beds are comfortable and they do give you 4 pillows per bed This really helps as the rooms are small. Since there is no sofa or chair other than at the desk you will have t... Read more

This was my second trip to the Hotel Indigo. It's in an old building, but the location is excellent, right across the street from the Fox. The bathrooms are tiny, but the coffee bar area gives you plenty of room to put on makeup and get dressed. The staff has always been friendly and super-helpful. The rate was reasonable, and the parking charge is inline with the area.

Stayed here on business rather than a standard cookie-cut style of hotel. Bathrooms are tiny but functional, super comfy beds and vibrant bar area. Air conditioning is very loud in the room but you get used to it. Would stay again next time in Atlanta on business.

Many times best things come in small packages or in a compact gem of a hotel. But when speaking about small, don??t be fooled, room was spacious and comfortable. Although you are advised on your first visit that due to being a historic building and some limitations on remodeling, bathrooms are on the smaller side, but the shower is quite spaciously big. Bed is so comfy that I was very rested to go to meetings. In the Midtown neighborhood, entertainment and gastronomic offers are also a plus. F... Read more

We had an unexpected layover from our flight back from our honeymoon. Not only did we find a reasonable price online, but the hotel staff upgraded us to the top floor with a view for our special occasion. We were very impressed with the historic building. The rooms were small, but luxurious. The bartender in the restaurant downstairs was delightful. We had a great experience overall!

Yes the bathrooms are small as I'm sure you've read, but knowing that going in this is solid hotel. Great staff and service, beautiful lobby, and not far from all Atlanta attractions. Midtown is not as busy as downtown but not far Uber ride away. We liked that we could walk to bars and restaurants in the area as well. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel has a very warm and friendly atmosphere throughout. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and pleasant and do what they can to help. The room was extremely clean and spacious, the bathroom was small but still adequate. The only negative thing about the room was there was no refrigerator but the staff provide ice buckets when needed which helps. The downside is you cant enjoy a relaxing beer sitting outside the hotel as you well get bothered by passer by's but the security is quiet ... Read more

After reading the reviews and choosing to stay here myself i must be quite frank , the bathrooms and lack of refrigerators are to be expected from such an historic building!. So with that in mind and an high patience level to ignore the rude food staff (the bar). I was still able to HIGHly enjoy my stay. Very posh feel to an older building and such a great location its hard to explain. If you can ignore these three faux pas , then i suggest you stay. If you stay just keep in mind the building is... The decor in this hotel sold my stay. The vibes were very "nightlife" like and the downstairs bar was wonderful. The food at the downstairs bar was a relief after a long night out. The only complaint I have would be that the bathrooms are tiny! However, I expect that in the middle of Atlanta.

Right in the center of midtown the location made it possible for us to walk everywhere and not even move out car to go to dinner! Stayed one night for business. Was upgraded based on my member status with this hotel chain. The room itself wasn't that large, but maybe for midtown Atlanta it is? Bathroom very small. Hardly any room to put your things. It's right across the street from Fox Theater and convenient if you need or want to be in midtown. We had a wonderful stay this past week. The staff was terrific. Not just courteous but also warm and good-humoredm- it felt a little like being on the set of Cheers at the end of each day when our team was sitting in the lounge debriefing our work day. I have stayed here 4 nights. The hotel has been recently renovated and the interior is very nice and clean. The room I stayed at was at 12th floor, with a nice view. Bed was very comfortable, the room cleaned every day and towels also changed every day. Hotel Indigo in Midtown was wonderful from the moment I arrived. The staff was attentive to my needs. The room was very clean and well decorated. The room had all of the amenities you come to expect and many other little touches. ex: complimentary treats and drinks. It was so pleasant sitting out on the front veranda, enjoying the breeze, having a glass of wine, and watching the people gather for the theater. The Indigo is the place to stay in Atlanta. Perfect location on Peachtree, 2 minutes from the Marta train that can get to to the airport or anywhere else in Atlanta. The hotel has a fantastic, yet practical room decor for the business traveler. Colors are bright, yet not overwhelming. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant is pricey, but the food is good. Best of all, the price was one of the lowest in the downtown area.

We caught a show across the street at The Fox and booked a room to keep from driving fifty miles back at midnight. It was an awesome decision. The freedom to enjoy Atlanta without any worries was a very welcome experience and the hotel itself, along with the wonderful staff was a plus. We will do it again! Only complaint is that if I'm going to pay $19 for a mixed drink, it should not taste like water, but it barely put a damper on our pleasant visit!

After a horrible trip followed by a cancelled reservation at another hotel, I found myself here. They treated me very well, the manager on duty was extremely nice and when I got to my room there was wine and food. I love the décor, it is so much better than the other chain hotels. A single is quite small but if your aim isn't about basking in the luxury of your room, and your stay is short than it's doable.
