This Hilton hotel is wonderful. We arrived a day after they opened and were pleasantly surprised. Everything was clean and everyone was friendly! I took my daughter and her friend to Atlanta for vacation and the front desk clerk Starlet was a great help! She stepped away to help me purchase cheap Six Flags tickets and gave me a bunch of places to take the girls while we were in town. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely stay here every visit.

Me and my best friend had been on vacation in Philly when due to weather, we got stranded in Atlanta for the night. I booked a reservation at this hotel the day of and choice it because, although downtown, it was the closest to the airport at a reasonable price. I also had never stayed at a Home2 and was curious with the brand. It absolutely exceeded my expectations!! We literally checked in about 1am and checked out the next morning at 5am Wed, 7/6/16. The staff at this hotel was the greatest I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I stay at hilton properties weekly and this one was better than all of them. My only complaint was that online it is advertised that the hotel has a pool and a specific type of room, which they do not. When told about this the management decided to comp my room for one nights stay. I was very satisfied.

Wow how lucky were we to find this fantastic new hotel in downtown Atlanta. Living up to the Hilton standards the staff is amazing, rooms are very comfortable and clean and the location can't be beat. This hotel just opened two weeks ago so they are ironing out a few kinks. Note there is NO POOL and the room type of 2 queens with a pullout does not exist! They are aware and are working to correct this error! The beds are some of the most comfortable I've slept in. I stay in hotels for work ~50 nights per year. Most of them blend together. This one had two things that were worth writing home about: 1) The staff was really incredibly friendly and welcoming. By and large I feel like the same can be said about most good hotels, but this seemed above and beyond. It seemed like they really got along well and enjoyed working with each other, and within that there was a culture of excellence. At every level, they seemed to really personally care about the ... We picked this hotel because it was within walking distance of the CNN center and Centennial Park. Clean, friendly staff, great free breakfast included and hot coffee all day. Parking costs can get steep so be sure to check on that before you stay. We thought we'd pay a daily rate but they only charged us one time per vehicle in our room. I would definitely stay here again.

We have no complaints about our stay at this hotel. The beds were comfortable, the view was great and the decor was really nice. The Aquarium was within walking distance. The front desk staff was nice. Parking through the hotel is expensive. Fortunately there is a parking lot directly across the street in front of the hotel where you can park for $5 a day as opposed to $15 per day. There are others that are $4 per day. All in all , great value, great stay

The rooms are incredibly nice and include a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher, and stove top if needed). The rooms are nicely decorated and spotless. The bathrooms have a neat overhead waterfall shower head that you don't often see in hotels. The staff is so helpful and kind. The one downfall is that it is highly suggested that... Read more

The staff is very attentive. It's a brand new hotel so there are some quirks, like a bulb missing in our room that wasn't replaced. The Valet staff Alicia and Jonathan went above and beyond to help us get our dead battery jump started and locate the nearest battery center. The Home2 Suites is in a great spot in downtown Atlanta, just off Centennial Park and near to everything else in downtown. The hotel is newly opened so is in great shape. I stayed one night for the GNR concert. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I loved that the room was modern, clean, and check in was a breeze. No bathroom toiletries, but shampoo and body wash were provided in the shower. The bed was sooo comfortable and I'm considering purchasing it from the Hilton site. Very nice and clean hotel. Everyone was friendly, the hotel was close by all the fun things to do in the city. the only thing is that our heater wasn't working that night so it was very very cold inside of the room.

Great location. Clean, modern accommodations and friendly staff. Was not told about the daily parking fee (valet only) when booking the reservation but valet staff was awesome. Very knowledgeable about the area. Amazing pizza place just right around the corner called The Slice.

I stayed for four weeks. It was a great place to spend time in downtown Atlanta. The staff were really helpful with any requests I had. I would stay there again without hesitation. Highly recommended .

I checked in on-line the day before, but when I arrived at the property (at 8pm as I'd advised at on-line check in) I was told that my room wasn't ready. I was given a room which was not (in my view) 'spacious' as described when I made the reservation. (The room was internal, not far from the elevator shaft.) I noticed that the floors hadn't been cleaned properly, and nor had the sofa. I saw that the trash can hadn't been emptiedâ??so went to Reception to point this out. At this point I was give... First thing was the bed was so comfortable when I laid down I felt like I was in Heaven. The shower was the same I don't know if it could have been better. The room was great. Breakfast was ok not great but I had what I needed so it was ok. The front desk personel was very professional and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The room was beautiful and spotless. The location was great as well especially if you are going to the aquarium or World of Coke. The only downside was that valet parking is your only option.

All was good except for poor air conditioning- I am unable to sleep if it is not cold - had to change rooms but then, the second room also had air conditioning problems. First room we were in was spacious and lovely.

Very friendly helpful staff. Clean modern hotel. Very close to Centennial Olympic Park, the Tabernacle and a streetcar stop. Parking is a little expensive but all parking in downtown Atlanta is. The valet guys were very nice and helpful though. I'd definitely stay again.

From the manager to the desk clerk to the valets to the guy sweeping the floor, everyone was cheerful, warm, friendly, and helpful. One night we wanted Coke Zeros, and they did not have any at the hotel. The night manager walked to Walgreens for us to get Coke Zeros. When we told him that wasn't necessary, he insisted, and told us he'd feel better if he knew we "were safe in the hotel." The location is near Olympic Park, World Congress Convention Center, CNN Building, Civil Rights Museum, and Wo... Read more

Great stay at the Home2 suites. Great staff and rooms. Breakfast leaves a little to be desired, but since it's included, I could not complain. Would recommend. Centrally located in downtown Atlanta for a reasonable price

Home2 Suites is a great new addition to the Hilton family. This Downtown Atlanta location is in a renovated building downtown a block or two from Olympic Park - my room (704) had a view of the ferris wheel and Olympic Park. The studio rooms are spacious, with hardwood floors, a queen bed, a sofa bed, portable desk under the stationary desk, a small closet with a curtain, and a kitchen with full fridge, microwave, stove top, and other small appliances. Queen beds are the only option though there ... Read more

Smack in the downtown area. CNN studios just down the street, Centennial Park one block away. The staff from valet to front desk, housekeeping....everyone I came in contact with was superb. The continental breakfast was out of this world!! The room was clean, well appointed and well connected for the business traveler. I will stay there again!

Only issue was 1 person working desk. Needs to be at least 2. Friendly staff especially baggage / valet people. Only other issue was the hotel hallways were really warm. Clean rooms and very comfortable bed!

Great brand new clean hotel in a restored historic building. Also, located in midtown Atlanta near everything (World of Coke, Aquarium, College Hall of Fame). A great value for the money. My only complaint would be the service was not that as good as it could have been. It would have been nice to see a smiling face from the employees.

Arrived on Friday evening to a massive water line busted outside the property. Checked in and found out no water was available. We were told hour by hour that it was coming, and didn't. The room was very nice. A few mistakes were coffee grinds still in coffee machine and trash not removed under sink from previous tenant. In the middle of the night the water was back on. Bad news was we woke up to no hot water. We called and were told water back on at 1pm. At 2, no hot water. Took cold s... Read more
