This was my second visit to this hotel, chosen primarily for its good location. This time I was disappointed with the level of service. The check in process was mechanical, without a smile or a welcome. The breakfast spread was average, and the service was as if they were doing me a favor. The bar was in an open area, and was always crowded. Did not feel like visiting.

I have stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times over the past year. I have always been greeted positively at the front desk and had my room available upon arrival. There is nothing fancy about the hotel, but it does provide a clean bed and room. I have utilized the work out facility each time and there are two independently controlled televisions that are on either side of the room. There was never a wait for the elliptical machine which is my preferred machine to exercise. Exiting left out o... Read more

Have stayed here multiple times on business and I really like it. It is one exit down from Perimeter Mall, but somehow feels like it's away from the hustle and bustle. I find most of the staff to be friendly and accommodating. Recently updated facilities and guest rooms. Even the rooms the face the expressway are nice and quiet. Only problem I have experienced was a bad mattress the last time I stayed. It didn't ruin my stay, but was a little frustrating at the price point and in light of how n... Read more

We stayed here over night for business. We pulled up to a guy getting arrested at the entrance of the hotel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, service was ok. The front desk lady didnt bother to point the direction of the elevator and acted like she didn't want to be bothered with us. We were supposed to have a king but had 2 fulls instead. It's right on the highway and you could hear the traffic outside. Breakfast isn't free, just an FYI. I travel to this area often for work. This was my... Read more

I wanted to recognize Channell, at the front desk. I came back a week after my visit to personally thank Channells employers for hiring such an exceptional employee. During my visit Channell made me feel like I was appreciated and valued as her guest first, then an honored guest of the hotel. She spoke to me as if I was her friend and I was convinced that she really cared about me. That is all someone could ask for and I had to recognize her for this. She is a reflection of employers who are fai... Read more

When I check into the hotel on Tuesday the 21st of June. I was greeted by two very nice women at the front desk and they both had great smiles. While the clerk was checking me in there was a problem with my room rate. She politely step to the back to get her Assistant General Manager to assist with problem after talking to the AGM the whole situation was taking care of. The AGM was name Sophia Parks and hands down she is excellent along with her staff. I would go back there because the staff was... Read more

In early June 2016 en-route to Florida we spent one night. Rooms for people with dogs appear to be segregate on one wing on the main floor. When you reserve a room, for a few dollars more, the hotel will provide a buffet breakfast, that we would recommend.

We booked two rooms for two nights. We had out grandchildren so we requested adjoining rooms. We were told they did not have any available but had two across the hall. When we went to our rooms they were not across from each other, one was several doors down. One room had a refrigerator, that did not work, and a microwave the other did not. One had a Keurig machine and one had an old single cup coffee maker. Both rooms were shabby and not very clean. The carpets are very dirty and the wallpaper ... Read more

I was here with a group for a dog show. The hotel was friendly to the dogs. Check in was ok, but they never called when the room was ready, we were early. Several people took issue with the restaurant. The food was good and an appropriate price. But service was lacking. Everything was slow. I don't blame that on the servers, I think they were short staffed. Room service, however, was quick. I know many people, including myself, tried to eat during mid-day..(2:00pm)..but the restaurant was closed... Read more

Broken curtain rods, no light bulbs, key cards that don't work, not given requested room because you are with ball team, no refrigerator even though everyone else had one and there is an empty place for one. Was told not every room gets one. How cheap! Just great when you are playing ball for a week. Don't come here. Cheap, cheap, cheap!

I decided to stay at this property last minute for my Birthday weekend. Not only was the deal amazing but the parking is convenient and easy to find. The hotel can use a little updating but what hotel can't use some improvement. The Front Desk staff is overly accommodating and friendly Everytime I walk through the lobby. I checked in with Tammy who was extremely pleasant and memorable. I had a minor issue this morning and Chanel was pleasant and very attentive. I just love this property. Also ma... Read more

Unless you run a campground, if you rent places for people to sleep during the summer in Atlanta, Air Conditioning is part of what the customer pays for. At least a campground has the opportunity for an occasional breeze. This hotel does not quite understand that AC must be working all the time. As part of a several day stay, many people in our party as well as others we spoke with suffered through intermittent AC outages. Sometimes at night people would wake up in oppressive heat. This hotel appears to have recently updated furnishing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. There was a little bit of mold around the air condition vent as well as an odd noise whenever the HVAC turned off on and on. Bathroom was a nice size and was clean as well. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The rooms are very good and the location excellent for visiting business prospects but I did have a problem that the hotel can do nothing to improve... access and egress. The auto entrance to the hotel is off Chamblee Dunwoody Road near 285 which is very busy and the entrance is not controlled by a traffic light. This can mean at commute times an extended wait to exit and sometimes involves risky driving maneuvers (waiting in the middle of the road). I will not book here again as there are ... Read more

The reception clerk was very nice when I checked in on Monday. The hallways were very clean but getting into the room was a hassle. The hinges were very loose so it was hard to actually open the door with your key card. Once in the room it was very clean and the AC worked perfectly. The bathroom was nice expect for a leaky pipe that didn't give me any trouble while I was there. Room service was very prompt at straightening up the room when I left for work each day and the breakfast was very goo... Read more

Some sort of group had gathering at this hotel on Friday and Saturday night. I woke up Saturday the 2st to some idiot singing at the top of his lungs. I comeback from a Braves gam... Read more

I want to personally thank all of the employees of this awesome hotel for their kindness and service during this difficult time in our lives. We were evacuated from Savannah Georgia on October 6th for Hurricane Matthew. We arrived here very late to a beautiful, clean, well kept hotel whose staff was fully aware of our plight. This is a pet friendly hotel that is totally family oriented. Very clean and well kept. Rooms are huge and fully equipped with microwave, mini-fridge, and big screen HDTV. ... Read more

This hotel looks to be newly remodeled and is in a convenient location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was uncomfortable and sheets very scratchy. My first floor room faced the front lot and was noisy. Bright lights shone in from the parking lot at night even with the drapes closed. A different room might have made for a better stay.
