Very nice renovated rooms. Quite large with a separate tiled shower. Definitely would stay there again. Staff was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in whether my stay was as I expected. Well managed hotel.

Renee is a very hepfull front desk person. Thankfull to start my vaca with such pleasantries. Atmosphere was incredibly nice. Check in was easy and she helped with any questions we asked. She was able to give us information on nearby restaurant and activities for tourists such as ourselves that helped make our inquiries easy. Never been to Atlanta before so we love the attention to detail we was able to receive from Ms Renee.

I arrived at the Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Suites on May 20, 2016 with very little time to spare in getting to my nieces graduation. This is where I met Ms. Francine. She was oh so kind to me. The location was very nice and the room we got was a great value for the price paid, but unfortunately, the housekeepers who cleaned our room left our room door open, and the front desk person tried to cover it up and brushed us off. It was a bad isolated incident, but bad nonetheless

The hotel is nice looking but the dront desk staff is horrible. The staff at the front desk need a serious course in customer service and how not ti make people feel like they are bothering them. There also needs to be provisions with respect to the types of activities that they allow to go on at this hotel. I understand you cant always control your guest's, but blatantly smoking weed relaxing on yhe balcony isnt exactly my type of hotel environment.

We had a problem with our room so they re accom me and Hilton Corp gave me a full refund ..a refund trumps any bad exp .. Going forward, work on customer service and updating the hotel .. Overall the hotel is in a very nice location

The room is beautiful, modern and clean!!! Check in was fast and easy. Friendly staff Lakesha was very friendly and helpful!!! Close to the mall and restaurants. They serve breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff is AWESOME!!! I would suggest researching dining places if you are interested in going out for meals. I would advise guest to stay away from the disgruntled and overwhelmed employee in the breakfast area.

The hotel itself is very charming and the room was cute. Loved the French doors and the balcony. As cute as the room was there's was plenty of flaws. There were stains on the walls, the bathtub door was off as soon as we opened the door, the air conditioned never cooled the room. I had a 1 night stay here back in March. I booked online with the romance package, which was to include wine and in room breakfast. We checked in and the gentleman never mentioned wine or breakfast. Room was amazing, nice king size bed. Enjoyed the whirlpool tub, it made a funky notice but it was still enjoyable. Booked threw Hilton website. Very good rate. Hotel facilities were top notch. Staff was very helpful. My wife forgot a book in room went back later that day and they made sure it was found and returned as I waited at desk. Hotel was booked up that weekend for a family reunion and it was perfectly quiet in our room. Room was perfectly clean also. I highly recommend.

We began in room 543 which was nice overall with a few issues. The hot/cold water was reversed on the sink and there were no covers/curtains over the french doors to the bedroom. When we arrived the room temperature was reasonable but quickly increased as we were getting settled. Sleeping was very uncomfortable in the heat. Really enjoyed my stay - large rooms and comfortable bed and pillows. Nice large desk area and couch. Very friendly staff who are dedicated to positive interactions. Stayed for a few days while family member was receiving medical treatment at nearby facility. Excellent, helpful front desk staff! Terrific breakfast buffet and wait staff. Clean hotel. Centrally located. Only a few minor negatives: 1) wifi was terrible; 2) there was never a server at the Starbucks coffee counter (I had to go to the restaurant and get a "to go" cup); 3) only one elevator - there are two elevators but one was inoperable for our entire stay. The hotel was clean, the service was adequate; only problem was one of my personal items came up missing. If it were not for that, I would rate it higher. My family and I were on a family reunion with probably over 80 people or more. I did not hear anyone say they had an awful time or a really bad experience at the hotel. The children had a good time in the pool also.

This hotel is old and dirty - the elevators for example are stained with dirt. A/C did not always work. Room had fruitflies, doors SLAM shut so it's noisy, elevators very slow. Internet is TERRIBLE, rarely works. If you're staying for business, I'd find another hotel. I saw housekeeping doing someone's bed and had all the pillows on the floor then put them back on the bed! Tough parking. Also, local restaurants solicit to the guest rooms and constantly shove menus under the door

Check in was a joke, the guy who handled our reservation had us waiting 2 1/2 hrs to check in. The room was not cleaned up thoroughly causing us to clean up and having another person come in again. Grease was all over the headboard. The pool area was not as suggested in the pics.

housekeeping was terrible i stayed 3nights 4days, one night the room was not cleaned at all, i asw the hosekeeper and told her and replied that my room was not hers to clean, i had saw the manager on elevator taking care of another person whom room was not cleaned either and reported to him and he called on radio for my problem, when the housekeeper came in room it happen to be same person i spoke with earlier and seemed to be upset and i asked her was there a problem

On arrival, our initial room selection had a use douche bottle behind the towels in the bathroom vanity; parking was very limited with construction equipment and no construction being done; our second room selection had doors that needed lubrication; elevators went from slow to not working by the time we departed. Trash was constantly over-flowing receptacles at entrance.

Was greeted at front entrance by young men drinking beer and smoking cigarettes. Clerk was not very friendly. She acted as if we were bothering her. Not used to this at a Hilton hotel. We are Hilton Honors members and expect better service.

Rooms were clean and spacious. However service was considerably awful. I arrived late in the evening for dinner and the hostess seemed not to happy to be of service. Extending a stay an additional day was awful and they charged a higher rate as well. If you book, please be aware the rooms are nice, but the service here is awful. Will not return!!

The staff here is very nice. But this is a tired and worn-out hotel. My room, where I stayed for three days recently, had dirty carpet, torn carpet, peeling wall paper, and mold in the seams of the tile/bath. Our room was great and the staff was very friendly. They made sure our stay was a great one. Use the shuttle to get around, it is very convenient and runs until 10:30 or so if you're out. They also put out freshly baked cookies. They were great and a good variety.

I reserved a double bed room, but since my flight and rental car were delayed, they sold my room and was give a King for my family and that the couch would be a bed. Upon check in, I was told that they would call me and change my room that it would not be problem to change. Upon my 5 day stay, I never received a call that they would change my room. The hotel was perfect! Almost a studio apartment! The staff was phenomenal and took care of every need. They were charging for an out of block rate on one of my nights but Tisha and Jarobi made a rate change, in my favor, to accommodate the rest of my stay. Great shuttle service - well worth staying there if I go to Atlanta again!

I stayed at the hotel on a Saturday night to participate in a training course taking place in a conference room. During that weekend there were three (3) family reunions taking place at the hotel. The hotel was full and the service and accommodations were excellent.

We ended up at Hilton Perimeter because the hotel we had reservations for lost power. It was a very beautiful hotel, friendly staff, clean large rooms and bathroom. We were only here one night but the kids enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pools. We would definitely return!

Me and my wife stayed here for the weekend with our oldest daughter and her two cousin's. Our room was good except for it seemed as if the air wasn't keeping the bedroom cool, i told front desk about the issue and the only thing was done about it was they turned the air down to 68° which i had it set to 69°and/or70°. Lovely hotel, spacious rooms and very clean. About 30 minutes from Atlanta but an easy drive both ways. Not very many restaurants in the area so plan on driving a bit. Lots of construction going on but it didn't affect our sleep. No complaints from us and would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was convenient to my customer location, and very near the Perimeter Mall. The rooms are sizable, with a living area, desk, and large bedroom and bathroom. When I first entered the hotel i was amazed by the fresh smell and cleanliness of the lobby. My room was amazing with a great view. The bed are so comfortable. This was our first time staying at this hotel. We've stayed in a couple different ones in the Perimeter area and this is now our favorite. The rooms are very spacious - at least the suite we stayed in was. I would have given this hotel all 10's, but customer service is EVERYTHING to me and on the last night of our stay, I was told by LaKeesha that the hotel was over sold and there was no parking so we could park behind the grocery store (about 4 blocks away). We stayed on 2 separate occasions at this hotel. Room will roll in shower. As with many roll in showers water escapes onto the marble floor. Rolling up a towel next to the shower seems to do the trick. Separate living room with sleeper sofa making it ideal for a family. Breakfast is good and included as a choice for gold members.

Great location, clean, quite rooms that the HVAC unit could be set to run 100% of the time. Having that ability to set the fan to run 100% of the time creates a nice white noise for sleeping. I major benefit.

The hotel is barely average. Ac is inadequate for rooms. Housekeeping is shows up at 4:30 or 5:00. Litter in hallways and elavator. Showers run hot, cold, hot cold. don't waste your money on breakfast buffet. Food is cold.

The hotel is very clean and enjoyable. Its a good place for the family, a business trip, or just a weekend get away. The staff is friendly. The check-in/out process was quick and easy. The pool is not heated though. The hotel is placed in a convenient spot close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping.

I have been looking for options for my frequent trips to the Atlanta Area. I understand that the hotel has just been renovated, and my room on the 2nd floor was very fresh and clean. It sounded so nice...an all suite concept in a great area of Atlanta. High end dining and shopping all around you---and then the disappointment. I stayed here for a romantic weekend but picked the Hotel expressly for the Jacuzzi tub. I was not disappointed. The suite is large with a large sitting area and wet bar. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed with a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. I was able to fill the tub without losing hot water. I took the best bubble bath. We were very happy with our stay. We were able to get late checkout but know it cost extra.

I am Diamond Member with Hilton and Platinum with SPG. But this is my first complaint. It was a really unpleasant stay from very beginning. The suite has large living area with fold out sofa/bed, desk area, wet bar area, extra seating, a large flat screen tv, and bathroom access. The separate bedroom has King bed, dresser, flat screen tv and access to bath. Bathroom has nice tub, separate shower, and a sink/vanity area with large closet. Stayed 2 nights. On the survey they asked for my "gender" which I felt was an odd way of asking what sex I am, since gender refers to the type of words one uses and not male/female!

The rooms are really nice. Breakfast could have been better but it's a typical hotel breakfast and made-to-order omelettes. The staff was really great and the location was good. There are a lot of places to eat around the hotel and there's always an Uber or Lyft in the neighborhood. The internet could have been easier to connect to. You have to have an account even for the free Wi-Fi. It's free but there is information to fill out. Overall I had an excellent stay.

Older hotel but very nice overall. Had no complaints. Staff was very nice and very helpful when needed. Room had everything we needed and was clean. Shower was a bit small but we also had a whirlpool tub in our room which was nice. Close to Perimeter mall and highway access. Great pool and very kid friendly. Would recommend if stopping over in Atlanta for a few days.

Had a great room with separate bedroom. Very spacious and even a balcony. The breakfast is good, not sure I would have paid the price for it, but it was for free since I was diamond hilton member. It is located very close to a supermarket as well. Did not have a good experience with 2 persons from the reception, but no problem, I am there for other things. They also have a shuttle service, on the day they could not offer it, they ordered me a taxi which I shared with another guest.

I've stayed at this hotel on more than 20 separate times for work. The suites are nice for the price. The decor has been updated recently. The staff is always friendly. The breakfast bar is great. Great booking and check in process. Staff was fairly friendly. Booked room for 4. Only enough towels etc for 3. No cots. No coffee in lobby. Room layout was horrible. Walls were paper thin. The Front desk staff member by the name of LaKeisha gave me EXCEPTIONAL service she assured my stay here at the Hilton suites in perimeter was the best stay ever!!! Room was dirty. Rug needed cleaning. The staff in morning was very loud and knocking on my door while I was showering at 750 am was not nice. Room service was great - very nice server. Traffic around Perimeter Mall can be a nightmare. This hotel is a couple of streets over from the main drags and getting to 285 is a breeze. Plus it is a delightful hotel with free parking unlike other hotels close by. The staff is extremely attentive and caring. The onsite restaurant food was great. We booked this hotel from a third party website that told us that the hotel was "dog friendly". Upon check-in we were told that is was in fact not a dog friendly hotel. However, the amazing staff allowed us to stay and even gave us a room on the ground floor for better convenience and a cheese and fruit tray. AMAZING!!!!

Need Improvement. The hotel represents a legacy of history of excellence. This is not acceptable of this brand. The customer service , promises to fix things is not up to par. Terrible small gym with equipment in disrepair, missed one day cleaning my room. Although a pipe broke above me and filled part of my room with water, they did comp me one night. They are undergoing some renovation so perhaps in 6 months it will be better.

This property is centrally located near Perimeter Mall and many great restaurants. The staff provided great customer service and insured all of our needs were taken care of. It's the simple things in life, like hot water. Nope, not going to happen for at least the 2 days there. Not finding other people's underwear in your room. Yeah, I found that. A shower door handle that isn't falling off. Yep, that too. And not being checked out continuously during your stay. As long as none of this bothers you, this is a great hotel. Unfortunately, all of this bothers me. Will never stay there again. One thing to note.

I have stayed here in the past when working in the North Atlanta area. Easy access to highways, great food choices close, and quick to Buckhead or Downtown/Midtown. We stayed in the executive suite. Which was really nice. If you get the executive suite, breakfast is included. Nice room, which includes a balcony. I love it there because the room is big enough, no long waits for what you want or need and it's close to pretty much everything. The refrigerator and microwave are kind of small, so don't expect to put a lot in them. Overall, I loved it!

The hotel was conveniently located a short walk from a Publix strip mall. The landscaping and hotel were both attractive and well laid out. Our carpeting in the room had visible tears and one of the plugs did not work. Small exercise room, but the TV on the elliptical machine did not work.

I love their services all around, no matter if it was at the bar, or at the front desk, the hospitality level never fell short. One of there best features that the hotel offer is the shuttle van. It only takes you in the three mile radius but it's fast and convenient , and their driver malcolm is very friendly and always on time . I would come back for another week just to have the shuttle for my convenience again.

My mother and I checked in with Lloyd and he greeted us with a smile. He immediately got us checked in. Throughout the checkin Lloyd was very kind. He happily answered all our questions. The room it's self was amazing no complaints at all very spacious and clean couldn't ask for better and the price was such a great deal you really get what you paid for and then some

I stayed here last weekend to help a friend with her sleepover for her daughter. I left all my personal items. The front desk agent Lakesha made sure I had everything I needed for the next morning. Great customer service. Thanks a lot Lakesha

My daughter is in the military and she was in Ga on military business. I travelled from SC to see her. The location and accommodation were perfect for me. I enjoyed my suite and the veiw. Thanks for a good stay.

This is a fabulous property. Lloyd checked us in and was the perfect Hilton representation. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We stayed in a suite that was spacious, it actually felt like an apartment. I highly recommend this hotel to a family who wants to stretch out while vacationing and not burn a hole in their wallet. Hilton Suites Atlanta Perimeter is the place!! 5 stars!! This will be our 1st choice of lodging in Atlanta for now on!!

The staff was great. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Dinner was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean. It was quite quiet here. Everyone made sure we were okay and had everything we needed.

The hotel was very nice. Spacious, comfortable rooms for a great rate. Breakfast was a little pricey, but with a free coupon at the front desk when we checked in, it was worth it. Would stay there again.

Newly renovated spacious rooms. Staff welcoming and friendly. Upgraded for $15. Full Breakfast with fresh fruit, homemade eggs/omelets, danishes. Close to shopping and dining and major highways nearby. Easy in and off when traveling and a nice safe area of Atlanta.

Nice stay. Nice complementary cheese and wine setup in the lobby area. The bar with local beers was very nice. Thanks to Jim for the great bartending! Also, bar space was recently updated. Enjoyed the atmosphere.

Jim works the bar and grill Monday thru Friday. It is because of his excellent service and personality that I stay here. After working all day it is great to come to a place were you are treated like family and feel very safe. Thank you Jim for all of that you do for all of us.

I truly enjoyed the spacious, clean and modern rooms. The location is ideal to access great restaurants, shops and the expressway. I would recommend this establishment and will surely conduct business with them again. Great detail and lovely hotel!

Lloyd did an exceptional job throughout the check-in process. We had four rooms on our reservation and everything went seamless with such a warm, welcoming greeting. Thank you for an amazing experience.
