My first trip with my service dog, and I was so thrilled. This is a lovely hotel. Not a flat spot, more like being in a park, and you don't feel like you are in Atlanta city. The front desk was wonderful, polite and caring. Our room was clean, comfy, sunny; the next morning we wanted to stay longer in bed. The lobby has nice, fresh water right when you come in, valet parking if you so desire. We ate in, which is something we don't often do, but we enjoyed the terrace area so much and the w... Read more

Was a convenient place to stay given area shuttle. Housekeeping needs improvement. I would return if in area. Breakfast is really good and so is the service at breakfast. Sam, our shuttle driver was the epitome of good and friendly service. I enjoyed my stay and actually wished I spent more time in the hotel relaxing.

I simply loved the hospitality of the staff here. They are all so nice and well behaved. The location of the hotel is amazing. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast is served hot and tasty. It's highly recommended if you are visiting Atlanta. However with this kind of hotel, the fitness center they have is very small and disappointing. A lot can be improved in that front. Overall it was worth the money i spent at thi hotel.

Great stay, comfortable beds, excellent staff. Chlorine level seemed high in hot tub. Location was quiet and close enough to the aquarium and Stone Mtn Park to be a perfect choice for us. Rooms were quiet and very comfortable and clean. Hotel was completely booked and the staff still had plenty of time to quickly take care of concerns.(ie more towels for pool)

Rooms are too small. They put too many furniture that walking inside the room is challenging. Lousy people talking on the hall. Parking is an inconvenience because it is located on a hill and for old people is challenging.

I stay at this hotel regularly, every 4-6 weeks. I'm a Hilton Diamond member and always use online check-in. I got in to town, dropped bags at the hotel around noon and headed out for the afternoon. My online check-in arrival was scheduled for 3:00pm, I returned at 5:00pm and went to the desk to pick up my bags and room keys. I wasn't greeted as a Diamond member and my room wasn't ready, two hours after scheduled arrival time. I was told they had a late check out so my room wasn't done. So, I ki... Read more

This was the only positive thing about my stay here. The self-parking is on a hill that, at night, is not well-lit and it is a lengthy walk from the parking lot to the hotel. As a young woman traveling alone, not only was I concerned for my safety, but I had an extremely hard time carrying my luggage from the parking lot all the way to the hotel. The is a well known chain and I am use o the quality that it normally gives, this hotel was not of the quality that I am use to. The staff was accommodating and friendly. I would love to see this hotel upgrade the rooms be... Read more

The rooms and public hallways have chipping paint and just look tired in general. Only decaf coffee in room, etc. I stayed there because of the location to corporate offices. The staff were helpful and polite but the restaurant cannot be recommended.

Overall it was fine. Our bed was pretty broken and the sheets were worn out. There was some sort of party going on on our floor into the early hours of the morning and no one was making any attempt to quiet them down. Our room was drunk dialed several times and that was also unpleasant. The room overall was clean and the staff was friendly, but the broken bed and the loud neighbors made it hard to relax. The food was very good, a little pricey, but a pretty fair deal.

Not my first choice, but as hotel rooms were going fast I grabbed this at a great price on Priceline Express ($60). Staff was friendly, and location was good. Having the mall very near with "Tweens" was a plus! Room was standard. But housekeeping did not come and clean room till almost 5:00 p.m. and we intentionally left (and notified housekeeping) for lunch so they could get in to clean room. Granted the hotel was full due to all the evacuees from Florida and South Georgia, BUT they should... Read more

The greeting staff, cleaning staff, and catering staff were very nice. I came with a large conference group and I think we overwhelmed the restaurant staff. The room was nice - what you would expect. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The a/c worked fine. The best part was the shower was nice and hot and never lost pressure. Although some parts could use a little updating (i.e. dated tile floors, dated carpet/colors), it was comfy and worth the price!

It was my friend's first time visit to Georgia, I've been to Georgia 3 times but this was my first time to this area. I really enjoyed the Georgia Aquarium and shopping in the mall. I usually go to the underground and shop. The mall had some different stores that I had never heard of before, so i had the opportunity to go and visit them.

Valet service: Pay it. You're gonna need it. Otherwise, you will be walking up and down steep stairs, outside, with suitcases. Also, breakfast: looks like the free type, but it's over $10. I'm an honors member. I got free bottled waters and a candy bar of my choice. Nice staff. Regular room. Had a drawer handle hanging, held only by one screw. VERY nice, friendly, accomodating staff. Nice free shuttle. Good location. Don't get a room by the elevator! At their price, they need courtesy valet and... Read more

I love the lobby at this hotel! Great location near shopping. I would suggest they add clocks to the rooms and change the bed frames. I kept tripping on the bed frame banging my knee. My room did smell a little musty/fishy, but I didn't change rooms because it was late. The front desk check never asked how was my stay.

The bed had hair and had to wait for attendant to come change the sheets. She only changed the sheets and not the cover. The pillows were dirty under the cases when she changed them. There was hair on the shower curtain.

I rely on Hilton being a fair priced decent room. The filth of this room was bt far my worst Hilton experience across any of their brands. What made it worst was the staff only wanted to apologize, that is better than no apology, but again not a Hilton standard.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean. The food was over priced and you have to park up a hill or pay $15 for valet. That's really the only complaint that we had with our stay here. The children enjoyed swimming.

Was staying here for a 1 night. Overall your typical HGI with a good breakfast and clean room. Staff was friendly when I checked in. The location is a little odd and tricky to enter due to 1way streets. If you get a good rate and staying 1-2 nights max would recommend. If staying longer I would recommend something unique.

The ENTIRE staff was friendly, accommodating and very professional! They helped us get into our room a little early so we could nap, after a long night of travelling and checked with us make sure everything was okay, as we were heading out that night, even though it was a new crew at the front desk. Every shift at the front desk was equally outstanding! The rooms are quiet and the beds/pillows are very comfortable and luxurious. The hotel is clean, modern and very well appointed. Stayed here last weekend and was thoroughly disappointed in this property. Soon after checking in, we had to call due to the AC not working. Engineer came and said he fixed it. When we returned later in the evening, room was still not cooling properly. Hotel supposed to be renovating rooms and they need to. Restroom was small and cramped. Beds had cheap frames that stuck out on corners which made easy obstacles for our legs. Restaurant was very disappointing for breakfast. Cook had an attitude a... Read more

The hotel was excellent, but the best part of our stay was the employees and their exceptional kindness. Another absolute surprise was the restaurant which had a terrific chef whose creations were even better than Mom's! The prices were also quite reasonable, especially considering the excellence of the cuisine!!

The hotel overall was ok. I was there on business so was basically gone most of day and went out in the evening. My problem with this particular hotel was the odor in the lobby. It smelled like mildew the entire 4 days. It was as if the carpet got wet. TOTAL turn off. Luckily the rooms didn't have that same smell otherwise I would have checked out..

The rooms were filthy, there were never linens or toiletries. For the daily rate this hotel charges, we will never stay here again. The parking lot is very poor, they do offer valet, at a rate of 15.00. To try and get your luggage up to your vehicle is very difficult. The safety of the lot in the early morning and night is very poor due to the distance from the hotel and the poor lightening.

I've stayed at many Hilton Garden Inn properties around the US but this one was by far the best. Staff was very accommodating, room very clean and I just really enjoyed my stay there. Price was also very reasonable. It's near two malls, and a lot of great restaurants though room service offered a good menu of items. In fact, didn't want to leave, but business called.

Nicely renovated (parts still being renovated) hote that is off the beaten path, yet conveniently located with a nice mall and interstate access close by. I would have given this 5 stars, but the parking lot is inconvenient. It's uphill from the hotel and feels unsafe at night for a female traveling alone. They do have a valet option for $15/night.

My friend & I wanted a nice, overnight staycation that was located halfway between where she lived and where we were having Thanksgiving dinner. The Hilton Perimeter served our needs very well. We got to choose our room during the electronic check in, the room was clean, the bed was cozy, there were 3 different kinds of pillow to choose from and room service was available. It was a nice break for under $100.
