Beware that if you are staying here it is $30/day for parking. It's valet only! This to me is a bit crazy and over priced. The hotel itself is very clean and the employees are very nice. The area is is not very "friendly" but it is clean.

I enjoyed my stay. Received good service from everyone. Enjoy the garden inn over Hampton or Homewood suites, because you can order a fresh cooked to order hot breakfast. Not a fan of microwaved, dry eggs at the others. If staying in midtown I would recommend using uber or walking, parking is $30 day at hotel and traffic is nuts! Marta is an options from airport to station close by the hotel. I drove to Atlanta , so I parked, valet service is excellent!

Even though I placed the "change my sheets" card on the pillow, I finally had to go to the front desk and ask that they be changed. Had to call the front desk almost each night when I returned to get sugar and a stir spoon for coffee. You get a knife with your steak dinner, and you'll need it. Great looking hotel, disappointed by these avoidable fails. Hilton added 10k points for my trouble.

This is a new hotel. It was completed withing the last 2-3 years at the most. It already seemed outdated. Old fashioned doors and locks surprised me. The room was noisy. There was plenty of noise from the room next door (if you know what I mean), noise from the hall, and noise from the street. We were on the 9th floor. $30 to valet park was very overpriced. We liked the rate considering it was Memorial Day weekend, but if we can find a Hampton Inn in the future we would definitely choose Hampton... Read more

We stayed here for a wedding so didn't care too much about location, but the price for the room was average (although parking is a little expensive) and Hilton usually puts out a good product, this place being no exception. The only issue was that when I booked our room I asked for a crib, and then I called the day before and verified there would be a crib, but when we got into the hotel at 11pm, there wasn't a crib in our room. The staff was very nice about it and eventually found us one, but i... Read more

I stayed on the 5th floor, which is really the first floor with rooms. It is also the floor with swimming pool. I would try and stay on the westside of building if on the 5th floor. I had just left Athens from my sisters wedding. We arrived in Atlanta around 12:30 knowing that check in isn't until 4:00, we went around downtown and explored before going to the hotel. (There's a Marta station not too far from the hotel!) I had previously completed an e-check in through the HHonors app. Meaning you are able to pick and choose your room prior to arrival or let the front desk staff choose for you. It was a hot, hot day in Atlanta when I arrived at the Hotel after a four hour flight delay. As you can imagine I was happy to have finally arrived, but doubly so as I was handed an ice-cold bottle of water along with a warm welcome. Overall I enjoyed my stay. check in was simple through the app and I was able to pick my room which was nice. The lady that gave me my keys during check in was nice as well. Only complaint I have is the valet service was not good and every time I called for my car it was never ready and I always had to wait even when calling in advance. Don't think a Hilton Garden is a type of hotel that you have to pat valet fee. In addition to this charge you are really compelled to tip every time you ask them for your car. The set up for bathroom is not great for two people. I wish the sink and counter were outside the bath and toilet room Also my husband left a very nice shirt in the closest and staff knows nothing about it. He brought two and hung them up and wire one.

Stayed over Halloween weekend. Location of the hotel is decent. It is an easy walk to anything you want to do in midtown. Also very easy access to the Marta which can zip you downtown or to the airport. I would stay again and would recommend to friends. Rooms are average size but do offer microwaves and refrigerators which was nice. The complimentary treats/fruit and coffee in the lobby were a nice gesture.

Clean, overall pleasant staff. No complaints about either of those, and those two things are most important in choosing a hotel, in my opinion. However, the breakfast was far too expensive at $11.95. Go elsewhere for better and less expensive options. It also hurt my feelings to pay $30 for Valet-only parking. I know midtown Atlanta is expensive, but $30 is a bit over-the-top.

This is a great hotel in a great location for a great rate! I like the new "pick your room" but the maps need to be a little clearer about the location of the surrounding area. I normally like a lower floor room so I picked the 5th floor but the hot tub was right outside our room and I could not tell that from the map.

Great location just off highway. Good value. Breakfast excellent for what you pay. Hotel is in midtown. Near office buildings, and Israeli Consulate. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Would stay at this hotel again when visiting Atlanta.

Overall, the stay was good, bed was comfortable and kept pretty clean. There supper menu was very good but breakfast was a bit of a let down in relation to coat. There were a few things which should not have happened due to the cost per night.

Everyone we encountered from the valet staff, desk staff and restaurant personnel were very friendly and efficient. The hotel was very comfortable and close to some really good restaurants. An overall very positive experience.

I spent one night at this hotel for an out of town leisure trip. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The lobby of the hotel was welcoming and the cookies were yummy. The room was clean and we liked the whirlpool tub, although we could have used a few extra towels in the end. The experience would have been perfect, if not for the parking. I wasn't happy about paying $30 for valet parking, but I was less happy when my car was returned missing the programmable garage door opener... Read more

Room was on a high floor facing the street. The room was a little noisy but was well-appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice, outgoing and delightful. The restaurant at dinnertime is someplace to be aware of. Many items listed on the menu were not available. The salad and pasta choice was a disaster with the salad past limp and the pasta was a large mountain of goo.

My husband planned a birthday/Thanksgiving trip for me/us. He chose the Hilton because of the location. For that purpose, it worked well. But there are loads of problems with this property. But first, what it's right: except for the luau who checked us in, every single member of the staff was wonderful. The valets were helpful, more than pleasant, and welcomed us back every time we came back to the hotel. The bartender Wed evening was adorable, extremely pleasant, engaging and funny. We r...
