We visited for a volleyball tournament and were booked into this hotel. The parking was $25-30 per night. No other options were available. There was a music festival downtown and it was very loud coming through the windows of the hotel, even when closed. The sheets on one of our beds were dirty and had rips in them. We asked for replacements. The hotel itself hosts events which, in the wrong rooms, can be a very unpleasant experience in trying to sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpf... Read more

Cost of hotel was slightly less than other downtown hotels. I would recommend this hotel. Parking is a little expensive.

Stayed for five nights on business. First night, there was a loud wedding band playing in the penthouse from 9pm-12am. Next three nights, there was a loud electronic music festival across the street at Centennial Olympic park. Nice hotel, but Due to all the activity, I didn't have a restful stay. Will stay elsewhere next time.

The Hilton Garden Inn provided an excellent stay experience for my daughter and my. We were visiting Atlanta for a whirlwind weekend of visiting the Georgia Aquarium, the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, The World of Coca Cola, and a tour of CNN. The location of this hotel was right in the middle of everything. We chose the hotel for convenience, but loved the hotel due because of the excellent customer service.

We had a quick get away without the kids. When we checked I'm they only had a 2nd floor room which was fine. Did not have much of a view but still the room was fine for 1 night. We had a Jacuzzi which was clean and in good shape. Only complaint is the ac would go off when no movement in the room so it got rather warm at night. Hotel was very convenient to the aquarium. Had lots of restaurants around also.

I was going to be in downtown Atlanta for a convention and had to check in early. Looked at their website and called the local phone #, followed instructions for 'in house reservations' (btw the voice mispronouncing Centennial is hilarious) to have our reservations confirmed. Everything was good except the cost of breakfest. I stayed 3 nights with valet and spent nearly $600 and breakfest was an extra $16 per person. Was not worth what was there really. Free or cheaper breakfest, please look into that as not everyone has the funds for those unexpected costs.

Love the location which is close to Olympic Centennial Park, the aquarium and other attractions. It is a lovely areacl of Atlanta's downtown but more pedestrian friendly. The hotel itself is great! My room was comfortable and had a nice view of the midtown skyline. The restaurant attached to the hotel is a solid place for cocktails and/ or dinner. Very frustrating trip staying here, and had to do a lot more walking than I'd planned because there's no taxi line and they won't call one for you. Room was ok, if small, and it's about four blocks to world congress center. But can't safely walk to downtown areas. I had a So-called Penthouse room (13th floor renamed) and I'm a Hilton Diamond member but the room was still small with an uncomfortable arm chair and no sofa, and it looked into an elevator shaft!

The hotel was nicer than what we expected from a Hilton Garden Inn. My only complaint is that the elevators were really slow during our stay. There was literally a line wrapped around the corner Sunday morning as people tried to get downstairs to check out. This is a great location right next to Centennial Park, Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium and Center for Civil and Human Rights.

This place was great when it was new. It's time for an update. The air conditioner was pretty noisy and made it a little tough to get to sleep. We were woken up at 9 am by some girls in the pool dropping F bombs right underneath our window and my kids could both easily hear it. The staff wasn't unfriendly, just not really warm and welcoming like the staff at Hilton's in South GA and Florida, or the Carolina's. Nevertheless, the beds were very comfortable, and the convenience to The Georgia Aqu... Read more

I stayed here over a long weekend for a conference. I took the Marta ($2.50 one way-cheap and easy)in from the airport and got off at CNN Center and had a 10 minute walk to hotel. Check in was fast and courteous. The room was big and comfortable. WiFi was fast. Shower was great in a huge garden tub. While I didn't eat in the restaurant at this hotel, our meals were supplied during our conference, The food was excellent and the service was very good. Besides the typical quality ... Read more

We stayed here with young grandchildren. This hotel was perfect! Very short walk to Aquarium! Room was large, city view was great, beds comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and kids ate free! Parking was easy-self park saved money and was in same garage as valet. Indoor pool had splash buckets which kids loved. Outdoor pool was great for laps! Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent staff!! Very helpfu! I would definitely recommend this hotel! Fabulous seafood restaurant attached to hotel! Plus, a arcade for kids and adults! The aquarium is literally across the street and other amenities are within a short walk.

My husband and I came across this hotel last week as part of the Delta drama. Our flight was delayed, delayed, delayed and finally cancelled. It was after 2 a.m. at the Atlanta airport and after being put on hold by several other Hilton properties and never returned to, my husband contacted this property. They had a room left. We took the long walk through the airport to ground transportation. Taxi fare from the airport to the hotel was $32 (cash only) for the two of us plus tip. We arrive... Read more
