I would like to take a minute and give positive feedback on this property. I came to the city for business and had one heck of a long day before touching down at the hilton atlanta airport hotel. Once there i was greeted by a very friendly and helpful desk staff. My room was not done, but I was given access to the lounge while i waited to be called. The hotel is showing its age. For a Hilton hotel I expect there not to be patched holes not completed, lights in halls to be fixed when chipped or cracked.... HOWEVER, the staff is ALWAYS pleasant - stay on the 5th floor and make sure you say HI to Yolanda when she straightens your room! One of the nicest people in all of Atlanta!!

We recently stayed at this Hilton twice, on either end of a trip through ATL. This was our 3rd and 4th stay at this inn. The Hilton Atlanta Airport inn is conveniently located, just off of the ATL property, with efficient shuttle service to/from the airport. Hotel staff was curteous, helpful, kind. I felt safe and protected.More choices to eat breakfast than I'm used to.Never felt exempt from advantages, asked me if my needs were met and gave me an overview of my surroundings. Late night meal was delicious and staff was helpfull and friendly.

This is one of those hotels where you need to carry lots of tip money with you. The rooms are nice, but you must walk a long ways to get any services. Parking is additional $16 per night or valet, I believe, $25 per night. I would not recommend staying here in less you are attending a conference or event at the facility.

Don't expect the managers to make anything right, the cooks make anything they don't want to even if it's on the menu, the hotel to deliver your Romance Package to your suite, pay for a very nice room and great service, the toilets to be fixed or the staff to treat you with respect. I was so disappointed with Hilton.

Our group of 22 had reservations for 22 rooms a week prior to our stay on June 2nd. Upon arriving the group waited for a hour and half in the lobby area waiting for the check in staff to get our rooms. Upon finally getting our rooms several of our group arrived to their rooms dirty, beds not made, etc. We were not early check ins this was at 5pm

Have stayed here several times and staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Location is close to the airport and several restaurants. Restaurant on premise is also very good.

This was such a disappointment, I had to actually write a review from my vacation lounge chair. My wife and I overnighted at the Hilton on our way to the Carribbean and as a Hilton Diamond Member, I am accustomed to staying at many Hilton family hotels across the full spectrum of quality and I have to say this one was a "loser". Location good but not great it took $20 ride from the international airport as the hotel shuttle dos not come to the international section. During that visit the room quality has visibly improved now seemingly offering digital key, which by the way did not work. Work travel meeting back to Atlanta, not my favorite airport property but close to airport for those traveling in or out. guest rooms comfortable. lobby nice, but not a fan of the escalators. due to storm passing thru we canceled our dinner reservations off site restaurant and had dinner at the hotel. regular hotel fare, leave if you can for meals..

Spent a couple nights at the Hilton for business. Property was very nice and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. Front desk staff was lacking at times, with just one person apparently on duty a number of times. Still, they took care of things promptly. Spent a few extra bucks for the executive level amenities and it was a good value. Enjoyed some finger food during the evenings and a good continental breakfast in the morning. In all, it was a good stay and I'd return again.

This hotel was the biggest flop I have experienced in my business travels in a long time. Most of the management andost of the general staff were the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I probably will stay somewhere else if I ever return to Atlanta.

This is the perfect fit if you're all about convenience and efficiency--and of course, flying to/from/through ATL. This property has implemented the digital key - so my iphone was my room key. The front desk sent me a welcome text message. I had a few questions and they always replied via text quickly and politely. I felt like the front desk really understood my needs as a busy business traveler. The property itself is your standard airport Hilton.

Overnight stay after a flight delay out Atlanta. Arrived at the hotel near midnight not having eaten almost all day. No hotel dining facilities open except room service. Ordered 2 sandwiches listed on the menu for $11 each. Turned out to be a big mistake. Bill came to $33. Additional charges for just about every extra fee you could think of.??. I come here all of the time for work and I absolutely love this hotel. I know a lot of people may say that there are not things to do around, but they are wrong. Just get out and walk around, and you will find amazing places to eat. You are a short walk to old town hapeville and some wonderful restaraunts, there are many places right on the same street as the hotel. Also, the shuttle will drive you to places that are close. The hotel is very close the airport which makes it convenient. It has all the amenities you could need so no need to leave the hotel. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are up to date and nice. The executive lounge makes the staff even better with complimentary snacks and drinks which are accessible throughout the day.

We stayed here the night before a trip and had a really nice stay. The room was big, clean, and nicely decorated. The shower was huge with a sliding clear glass door and nice tiling. The hotel has free shuttles to the airport and the staff was really great. They have a big gym and two pools which were great to get some exercise. They also let you park for a week for $40. Would definitely stay here again. The only downfall was we thought the AC was not the best.

I have stayed at this property with my family many times in the past. It has been declining slowly. Last night we checked in very late and saw dirty linens in the hall and a bad odor. The most upsetting was house keeping knocked on my door at 7:40 in the morning to verify we would be checking out at noon. We spent a week with the great staff at the Hilton Atlanta Airport. The hotel is clean with good service. It's a quick 10-15 minute drive to downtown Atlanta on the highway during off-peak hours. We enjoyed the pool area - it gets a lot of sun in the afternoon. Perfect for those working on their tan. It is mainly a business hotel, but anyone vacationing will enjoy their stay!

Restaurants not far. Awesome shuttle service to airport. Starbucks on site. Restaurants and bars in the hotel are great. The property is dated but they are keeping it up . Room sizes small. Do not get the Concierge level. It is nothing extra at this property. You are better off getting a full breakfast in the restaurant and going downstairs to the bar. Great staff there.

Really nice hotel with courteous staff and nice ambiance. After a mix-up with my room, after I was assured it was taken care of by the 800 customer service, I found myself with the wrong type of room (king bed), despite my reservation (2 double beds), and because there were 5 family reunions and no more double rooms available. I checked in on line for the digital key. I was never sent a link so I still had to use the front desk. The clerk was very nice and gave me a key. The room was nice with lots of Windows alsthough you can't take a picture through them as they are filthy. My bathroom was not clean with dirty used Kleenex on the floor and an off odor from a dirty mop. Not a bad hotel at all. Great bed, great service. The only thing wrong is you have to pay for parking, the Internet goes in and out, no microwave, and a small refrigerator that barely does what it's supposed to do.other tHan that the place is great.

We were visiting Atlanta for a family reunion and stayed at the Hilton. The rooms (we reserved two, our boys need to have their own room) were very nice. A lot of space. Not small at all. Rooms were clean. The only problem we had was the AC in the room was horrible. Not cold at all. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel itself is nice but it was a few things that were disappointing. Our room was clean and the bathroom was okay just that the shower door didn't fully close which cause some spillage on the floor. Our view was of the parking lot and neighboring hotels. I was initially checked into an occupied room and then, once into my room, found it to be extremely dirty! Definitely not Hilton standard. You name it, it was dirty AND dusty! Not cleaned or inspected properly in quite some time!

Need to request daily maid service! Rooms were dirty and DUSTY. Maids only dropped off clean towels each day. They never emptied the trash, swept, vacuumed or cleaned the rooms. We were fine with same linen.

Love the friendly service from the curb until you leave. Every employee is there to help. We used valet parking that was great. The check in was quick and professional and the staff at the sports bar were friendly and helpful.

Good Location, excellent service. We were taking a baby with a lot of luggages. The staff helped a lot and was very nice. The shuttle bus to the airport was on time and convenient. Additionally, the room was clean, tidy and quiet even it was super close to the airport.

My first time at this Hilton. Easy access to the airport and they had bus service to and from. Room was a bit small and bath needs updating but overall it was okay. Very nice gentleman at intake and departure, (Xavier) was very helpful and attentive. Maid service at bit spotty. Had to ask for toilet paper - (I've never had to ask for amenities such as this ever at a Hilton.) Concierge service was non-existent. But, Executive service was spot on! I would use this hotel again!

I recently stayed at the Atlanta Airport Hilton for business. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. While I had a rental car, they do offer a shuttle service direct to the airport. They offer free Wi-Fi which is great for connectivity. The service was strong everywhere I tried it. There is a Starbucks in the lobby for quick coffee in the morning. The hotel bar, the Finish Line, has great service and food.

Stuck in Atlanta because of flight cancellations. Did my normal routine and got a room at the Hilton (I'm a Honors Platinum member). Got to the hotel at 1100PM. Took 30 minutes to check in, and had to leave at 0530 for flight in the AM. About 1.30AM, woman and daughter walks into room. Seems there's confusion on the room and whether they had been extended in the room and had their stuff there. What a terrible night; with not much sleep.

We stayed at this hotel because we had a free night's voucher for a Hilton and we had to be at the airport at 4:30 AM next day, so we thought this would be work out good since they have a shuttle to the airport. We booked an executive suite which cost $166 for the night. The room was no bigger or fancier than any normal hotel room. We got nothing special or extra for the $166. We enjoyed a confortable Junior Suite with 2 queen sized beds. Very spacious with huge windows w/ airport view. The shower in the bathroom was huge 2 people could fit perfectly inside. The bar located downstairs at the lobby was very nice as well. We enjoyed our stay in this suite so confortable. The location was very convenient for an early departure flight.

I stayed as part of a business trip on route down south to find a friendly pleasant hotel with a great breakfast of bagel's, omelette or pancakes to choose from. I had the blueberry pancakes which were excellent and worth a try if you are staying. Room was clean and had a safe.

I was at this hotel for church business and time with husband. Housekeeping was lacking. Full breakfast bar. Enjoyed the steamed veggies. Valet service wait is extensive. Great access to airport and interstate.

I am allergic to feathers so down items are a real issue for me. I showed up at the Atlanta Airport Hilton to pick up a colleague prior to the evening that I planned to check in, to double check that my room would be feather-free. Xavier at the desk assured me this at 8:30am. We stayed at this hotel for 1 nite, before getting on a flight in the morning.Not only was it very close to the airport, but it seemed to be a bustling meeting place..,the lobby was modern & very welcoming. Staff was great, & we also liked how our room had a chaise next to bed, & also a dressing area with sink outside bathroom, to allow use of the sink while someone else was in the bathroom. This hotel is just average. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke, front desk staff did not seem to care when mentioned. There were crushed chip crumbs between the mattress and sheets. While the room was pretty clean, the lobby could of used some attention.

If you need a hotel near the airport in Atlanta look no further. A short ride from the terminals and your there, I'd really suggest using Uber for a cab as it'll save you money. Rooms were good, air con for those humid Georgia nights, comfy beds and everything else you'd expect. They held on to my suitcase for a couple of nights in their secure storage area as I was travelling which was really kind of them!! Facilities have been renewed and furnishings were very nice. A couple of things were loose in the bathroom but I assume those will be fixed. Food and service in the sports bar very good. Did not try main restaurant. Very close to Delta Air Line Headquarters.

Ok, Price Great! Room clean and food in hotel amazing! I have stayed here before and the hotel always hit the mark. Pleasant staff makes your stay so wonderful. I wish all hotels had this high standard. It is minutes from the airport and has a good shuttle.

We had an awesome time. The staff was great and our room was perfect. Even though there was a convention, a pageant, and a family reunion the service exceeded our expectations. Only wished that the indoor pool was started at 3 foot so that my kids could enjoy it more.

My flight from Tokyo was delayed at the gate for 7 hours, then the route was changed to allow a fuel stop and crew change in route to Atlanta. Of course I missed the only connection onward so Delta put me up for the night at the Hilton Airport. I didn't see much of the hotel as I was exhausted and mentally out of it. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Airport hotel! Rooms were clean and the staff is exceptional! The only drawback were the speed of the elevator service. This was due to all the weekend festivities of the Sunburst Beauty Pageant and other scheduled family reunions. Overall is 5 stars!!!!!!

This is a 4 star hotel that needs some TLC. The room was nice, but a little worn -- missing paint and mildewed caulking. Carpets need cleaning. Gym was well equipped. Some of the chairs at the pool had torn sleeves. They also charge $20 a day to self park. Out of the half dozen hotels on the street they looked like the only on that charged at all.

Hilton Atlanta Airport Hotel is super convenient for the traveler flying in/out of Atlanta. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They really wanted to ensure my stay was great. Highly recommend this hotel!

I had a quick layover in ATL for one night and arrived at the airport looking forward to getting to the hotel for a late dinner and some sleep. Unfortunately the free shuttle was a no go. After standing around for at least 30 minutes and calling the hotel no less than 10 times, I ended up having to pay $15 for a four minute cab ride. I was on a 30+ day business trip. My stay her was overall decent I had a few hiccups but nice hotel. I have walked in from a long day and my room was either not cleaned or half way cleaned. If u do not put trash in the garbage the room service attendant will not.

Poor poor customer service. It seemed as though the staff on duty really did not want to be there! Very slow service to get even a cup of coffee. Did not service my room and took several hours to bring freah towels. Air conditioner needs upgrade-very loud!

This was a excellent stay. Love everything about this hotel. It was central located to all activity in Atlanta. Easy access to the freeway. The staff was very professional and knowledge of there job and mainly respectful and courtesy. The room was clean and everything in place. Love the restaurant and sport bar on the property. We had an early flight at KATL and decided on the Hilton. It was nice but needs a little deep cleaning. Carpet was dirty and the vent fan in the bathroom was covered in dust. Doors were scratched up, which isn't a problem except to the eye. The location is a little shady but it seemed ok. Parking lot needs brighter lights. Overall for the 9 hours we were there, not bad. Just some cleaning needed.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in Club Level rooms with access to the lounge which wasn't bad but also not great. The room was nice and big which was a bonus, very clean and felt more modern than the rest of the hotel. The lounge offered snacks which tried very hard to be fancier than they were. I've stayed here twice for workshops in the past two years, and have absolutely no complaints. The manager on duty 9/9/16 between 8-5pm needs to be retrained on how important it is to talk to a guest when the have an issue. I waited 20 mins for that person to come to the phone and I was in the hotel is one of the training rooms with a group. Stayed at his location on 9/10/16 while visiting family in Atlanta. Staff was friendly, helpful & the beds were comfortable.......BUT.......I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of our room at this property. Good enough to spend one night. Great shuttle service and below average appearance facilities for a hotel bearing the Hilton brand name. The room and bathroom were in need of a full remodel. The caulking on the tub wall was flaking off and in some parts gone. The Executive Club service was good, but again the facilities and amenities were in desperate need of revamping. The food was stale and monotonous. The staff, accommodating. This hotel is too expensive for what it's worth.

We stayed at the Atlanta Airport Hilton prior to our flight to Honolulu. We parked our vehicle at the Hilton during our week long trip. We prepaid all services and it was very easy for us to check in, park, use the shuttle to and from the Airport and pick up our vehicle. We were very happy with the smoothness of this process.

Went to see concert nearby. So decided to make a romantic getaway also. The Hilton was the nice hotel near concert also better restaurants. Once you leave that area you end up in projects. This hotel has been my choice for a number of years since it is simpler to rent a car onsite versus the airport. Over time, the rooms have deteriorated and are not clean. The food menu in the restaurant has stayed the same for at least 2 years, and is far from tasty. I only stay at this hotel for convenience, but likely to change soon.

I needed to stop in Atlanta for a quick dinner meeting before heading on to New Orleans. As a Diamond Hilton Honors member the Hilton at the airport was an obvious choice. the staff and management was not adequate the rooms were old outdated and smelled the bathrooms were just as bad. Most of the staff didn't give a damn about you or your party. These people have to be retrained on managing a hotel so guests can feel safe and comfortable and have a terrific stay, that did not happen at this hotel it was awful I will never stay here again off

Nice hotel but pricey. Parking was additional and they even charge for a local phone call for pizza. Overall a nice hotel that is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee. Rooms were clean but a bit expensive. I also got bad information from the clerk. They didn't seem too knowledgeable.

There is an airport shuttle. The rooms seemed to be renovated by the bathtub looked like it's been there a couple of decades. Someone posted pics of their bathtub so I think that's a major issue. It looked disgusting. My cell phone wouldn't work...I had a hard time getting on the internet while I stayed. Stayed at this hotel for a business meeting. All in all it was very disappointing for a Hilton. Arrived to a room that was dusty and dirty in the bathroom. Have stayed here many times in the past for business meetings, but had not been back for a couple of years. The hotel has not been well maintained. My guest room was filthy with fingerprints all over the mirror and the trashcan by the desk had not been emptied. I paid over $200 a night only to find long dark hairs throughout my room during my stay. Additionally, I had to wait hours for my room to be ready. Needless to say those are things you expect any hotel to be able to do, much less a Hilton. I'm a Hilton Honors Member and I've stayed at several hotels in various places. Over $560 for two nights in a dirty hotel room. Absolutely ridiculous.

Airport Hilton, what can you say. Room pretty much as you would expect. I have never had my bath towels placed in the room, not in the bathroom. I found that odd. We were evacuated from our home during Hurricane Matthew and we decided to stay at this hotel for most of our trip. The hotel was wonderful and amazingly, pet friendly. Hilton ATL has been a legacy hotel that remains consistent. Staff is friendly, Service is great, Hotel Shuttle on time, makes staying here for business streamline. One thing that they can improve on is the Finish Line Restaurant, needs a thorough cleaning, insects flying as you try to enjoy your meal/drink. The place smells like a dirty wet rag. If anything, this restaurant/bar is not at the level of the Hilton Brand.

Unfortunately of all the Hilton's we have stayed in we have found possibly the dirtiest one. Fingerprints on the windows housekeeping staff left their hair in the bed, the carpet was ripped off the floor and the bathroom smelled funky! How is this possible ? These folks are the model of great service. Very nice, very acommodating, and they performed like professionals. Very clean as well. One Exception: The Finish line Restaurant was HORRIBLE. Food and service was terrible. Not a reflection of the rest of the hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon night. We arrived later at night and the check in process was easy. Room was great, bed was comfy. We got up early to take our flight out, but we did eat breakfast which was great. There is a shuttle that can take you to the airport which runs every 15 minutes. Very convenient to the airport. My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Airport at ATL in July to catch a flight to LAX. The carpet in our room was worn with stains. The lounge chair next to the bed was stained with a red substance. The park and stay program worked out well. As an HHonors member, I have stayed at Hilton properties across the country. This room was definitely not up to Hilton standards.

I checked into my room and there was white crust on the headboard along with dirty sheets. I had to call customer service and change hotel rooms at 10:45pm. While I am glad customer service was able to help me, the hotel room should have been properly cleaned.

Walking in you see dirty floors and elevators and then when you get to the room it proceeds from there. My room had the following issues: 1. The hotel overall was clean and good value. The hotel bar was not customer friendly at all. After traveling for 4 hours I wanted to get something to eat and a drink. Upon arrival to the bar I could NOT get a server to come my table to take an order. I had to leave the hotel and drive to restaurant in order to get a meal.

The rooms at this Hilton are very nice (I stayed in 1608). Big comfortable bed, nice soft pillows (but I always travel with my own down pillow), down comforter, high thread count sheets and the bathroom shower was big and beautiful with a great shower head. If it wasn't for being an HHonors member and being able to check in and receive my digital key with the app. I would have probably marked this hotel as a one. Overall service is very good! Concierge is very customer focused! Great service! Dust visible on tops of counter in restaurant near lobby. Not well maintained. Would not recommend! All staff very good.

The hotel is ok. the service at the front desk is great. the rooms could stand to be cleaned thoroughly. the valet is ridulous for it to cost $22 a day i shouldn't have to wait 10 mins to get my car or even just go get it myself. they need more people out there to run valet one person is simply not enough for the busyness of this hotel.

The staff is exceptional everything we stay here! From check in receptionist, concierge, to wait staff at our meals. The food was served professionally and always looked and tasted great. The rooms are nice and clean. The business center is good. The Starbucks..lacking. the gift shop..closed.

Close to airport. Great location. Close to a couple good restaurants. Shuttle service will take you and pick you up. Hotel store was the under construction. If you needed something had to go outside hotel.

Trademark of Hilton Hotels (Except for Some) - They will not offer the extra mile and they absolutely don't train their people on how Customer Service works. They lack staff, The staff lacks the knowledge. There are a few people that work in that hotel with passion which i feel pity off because they really work hard but at the end of the day you will feel like the management does not make them feel important. After a late arriving flight, I settled into my room to watch the second half a football. The room was showing some wear, but was overall comfortable. At 7:30 this morning, housekeeping is knocking at my door. I called the front desk to find out why this happened. The lady at the front desk hung up on me because she had a customer in front of her. This Hilton Hotel is next to the Atlanta Airport and provides a great place to stay when leaving on an early or late flight. The service is fabulous and the amenities are plentiful. Really is great for any occasion.

King suite...pretty expensive...smelled like a cigarette shop restroom. Offered 10 percent off...I laughed aloud as I left at 3a, but they still gave a credit of 20 bucks...they should have kept it and spent it on decent room cleaning.

I stayed over the weekend, and I found the hotel to have a grungy feel to it. I didn't particularly care for it. The restaurants are few and it was just not my favorite. It doesn't seem family friendly at all.The good thing about it was the staff. Everyone from front desk manager, cafe, room service and housekeeping were awesome! The parking lot was a nightmare. Can't believe the policy they have - already paying for the hotel!!! The rooms were nice and clean but the overall appearance was run down. Lots of chipped paint around.

Fantastic hotel to stay at - service was excellent. My check in was a breeze - the view from my room was not the greatest but the Starbucks in the lobby so made it worth it. I would definitely stay here again when I need to come back to Atlanta.

Stayed for one night ahead of a flight back to the UK, the room was clean and well appointed but the food service wasn't really up to scratch. Dinner in the sports bar was very average and service a little slow, breakfast was much the same. The staff here is awesome! The room was great as well. The only problem was that the refrigerator in our room did not work but I believe that was the only issue. From the bellman to the ladies at the front desk everyone was great. We only stayed one night but we will definitely stay there again. There are nearby restaurants that were really good.

Great hotel, loved the app to use digital check in and digital room key. Great service, good coffee. It was a huge hotel which gave nice selection of rooms. If I ever had to come back, I would choose this hotel again.

I enjoyed this hotel so much stayed on the 12th floor and it was a awesome view. Next Time hopefully it could be for more than one night. I hope to visit this place again soon. There was a escalator in there also it was nice.

The hotel is conveniently located and has a great shuttle service for access to the hotel and airport. The staff was very courteous and respectful. The overall room was clean except for the bathroom floor (piles of hair). The coffee service was not stocked properly so we asked the front desk for the missing items. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent for the price and quality of food.

Very clean hotel. Staff was very helpful. Great location if you need to be by the airport. Good food within walking distance. Shuttle service was excellent. Rooms were very comfortable and quite. Slept great on their bed.

Exceptionally noisy and inconsiderate housekeeping staff, continuously slamming doors and very loud in hallways. Staff confusion all day long as to whether my room was occupied. Constant calling of and attempts by housekeeping to enter room despite DO NOT DISTURB sign on door! Was continuously awakened during the day bunGousekeeping while attempting to sleep due to night work schedule. Tidiculous

The staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. However I agree with many of the comments here that the hotel, overall, had an air of shoddiness. Our room (bathroom especially) smells musty, and the walls and flooring throughout the hotel are not well kept. Our hair dryer is disgustingly sticky and gross. Feels like the hotel overall just needs better maintenance.

We have stayed here before when flying into Atlanta, but I don't remember it looking this worn out. Edges and corners throughout the building are beat up looking, overall feel is tired. The mattress and pillows needed to be replaced (lumpy). We paid for the breakfast buffet when we booked our room. While the buffet has a lot of offer, we didn't find it especially good. For the most part I enjoyed my overnight stay there. Had a few problems at check in that were resolved. Nice comfy bed. Only one elevator operating caused extreme backup. Great location. Would return.

Wrong room provided. Had to pay hotel parking. Microwave rents for $10 per night. Brother slept in chair 3 nights and 1 out of 4 elevators worked during one of the busiest times of year, Thanksgiving.

Top notch staff and service. Staff went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied with my stay. shuttle service is provided. convenient location and only 15 minutes to downtown Atlanta. would highly recommend.

A hotel is to sleep in mainly. That is what our family did and the accommodations were acceptable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The internet was spotty at best. We checked in late- 930 pm. There was 1 staff member at the desk. We waited for 20 minutes to check in and there were at least 3 maybe 4 people behind us. The pool was average...nothing special. The checkin process was okay. The guy wasn't too friendly. He didn't tell me that we needed to use our key to exit the parking lot. The room was very warm. The refrigerator wasn't plugged in. I didn't know the rooms didn't come equipped with a microwave and if I wanted one there was an extra charge. This is my 1st time being a HH member and first time guest. I'm not too impressed. The beds were comfy.

Front desk staff, valet, bell staff and executive lounge staff did a great job during my stay. It was an excellent hotel to stay in for our church function that was held a few miles away. We were able to get parking, breakfast and fellowsip with our other members. the hotel was close to a shopping mall and restaurants. There was plenty of parking and other amenities. I loved my room. The food was delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved their attitude and patience in helping us. I loved the grits for breakfast; everyone cannot cook grits. Thanks for everything!
