A Hampton Inn on the north side of Atlanta. A little tricky to reach from the interstate based on the business park location. Easy, however, to exit and return to the interstate. As is often the case, the in room air conditioning unit was noisy. Everything else was fine.

My stay was very good. The boys enjoyed the room and the stay. They loved the big bathrooms and the flat screen tv. The beds slept really wonderful and the rooms were neat and tidy. We had a basketball tournament at Emory University and will surely stay at the Hampton Inn Perimeter in the future.

My golf group returned to this hotel this year. Last year I said we'd give them another chance after one member of my group was 'bumped' from his reservation & had to stay at a competing hotel for one night. We had a good check-in, excellent room conditions, and an overall good experience. We will seriously consider this to be our hotel of choice for our annual trips. -RCH Sr-

My stay was absolutely amazing! My cousin came into town and our room was cozy and clean! We loved the breakfast it was great and the staff was so sweet and caring! They said hello and good morning every morning they cared and checked up on you if you needed towels or toilet paper and things but other than that they were just there when you needed them I loved my stay and any time that my family wants to come and visit I promise you we will be staying here at the Hampton !

We stayed for 3 days and they never changed our sheets. We had to track them down to get towels. They need better house keeping management. Staff action is the direct reflection of leadership. For the price that you pay, the room experience made me never want to stay again. The breakfast was very good. Hot and Fresh food. In total, wouldn't recommend to my friends.

Very nice and clean. Friendly staff. Great location to where we needed to be for a reasonably price. Breakfast was great. We had fresh fruit chocolate waffle and muffins. Check in and out was easy. I would stay again next time we are in the area.

Convenient if you are to be in Perimeter area. Beds comfortable, breakfast good, clean rooms. Staff not as overly friendly as used to in other Hampton's, but were accommodating and friendly enough. Hampton Inn seems to have the most comfortable beds compared to other hotels, and have several pillows to choose from on the bed of varying thickness. Nice as everyone has different tastes. Always comfortable at Hampton Inn's and this one was as well.

The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and very kind. The complementary shuttle to and from Saint Joseph's Hospital in Atlanta, GA was a blessing, and eliminated the stress of having to leave and arrive at the hospital early in the morning, and late at night. I stayed here to attend classes one weekend in Buckhead. The hotel was close to the interstate and was easy to get to and from. The staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival and departure. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was comfy. The only negative was the hall way on my floor was extremely hot for some reason. PROS: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They welcomed me there as an Honors Member. The Breakfast staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. CONS: I did not get the room request I called and asked for and my bathroom was not clean. There was hair everywhere. I always stay in Hampton Inn hotels and this was my least favorite of all.

I felt like I was at a low budget motel. Room had knicks all over door and walls. 1. NO CLOSET?? 2. Had to walk back to car to put a note in that I am a Hampton guest in the rain?? 3. NO bottled water in the room for silver member 4. WIFI won't work 4. YUCK

The experience was great for the money. My room was on 613 across from the elevator. The Concourse at Landmark Center is what you see out the window. They have an excellent free breakfast too. The staff was very friendly and they made me feel at home durng my stay. This is a place that I can recommend to anyone.

Location was kind of confusing, however the hotel itself was exceptional. Front Desk staff was nice and the room was clean. Business center unfortunately doesn't offer any kind of privacy to do business as it sits right in from of the desk. Otherwise, nice place.

This Hampton inn is quite dated. Very few electrical outlets in the room and the room was musty smelling. The staff is very nice and cordial. Looks like they have newer carpeting on the floors but no upgrades anywhere. Location makes it hard to get out of the area. Also the Internet service was horrific

The front desk staff (I didnt get the names of the man and woman but I checked in 7/14 around 645pm) made me feel so much better and even made me smile after having a frustrating day. From the very first second we arrived we knew this was going to be a great place to stay. We were in Atlanta for a baseball tournament and had to stay at a property recommended by the tourney host. Well it was horrible from the staff to the accommodations. This Hampton was the bomb so if you have a chance to stay here please do.

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. The hotel is just average and the room was very clean and there is always plenty of towels. However, most of us in our group could not sleep because of the noises that were emanating from the AC and the small refrigerator. We stay at Hampton Inn's often as they are usually decent and affordable. This was our worst experience by far. The room was not clean with visibly dirty pillow cases/sheets and a bath tub that would not drain. The breakfast was also not as quality as our other stays with a dirty serving area and uncooked eggs and sausage. The staff overall was nice and they did appropriately respond to our concerns but we will not be back.

Hotel was close to everywhere we needed to be. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. There were a lot of travel baseball teams staying at the hotel, due to a tournament in the area. However, you would have never known it, the hotel was peaceful. Everything was great except, I requested additional pillows and cover for the sofa bed twice and never received anything. We made do with what we had; we were so tired and ready for bed when we arrived.

Stayed one night and it was very quiet. The room was neat and clean, didn't have any problems with the water not being hot. This is a very mixed review. On the plus side, great location right off 285 and 400 in very close proximity to the mall, restaurants, etc. also on the plus side is the staff. Very pleasant and professional. The hotel rooms scream renovate me! My bathroom sink had a huge crack down the middle of the sink. Bathroom floor was worn and slightly dirty. Good location near offices, restaurants, etc. and you can actually walk to the hotel from the train station (MARTA). While the staff was very good, the hotel itself has gotten "tired" and is in need of upgrading which apparently is scheduled to be done soon. Stayed here for one night with my family. Hotel is convenient to Perimeter mall with plenty of places to eat and shop. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was well stocked with several warm dishes plus a waffle maker. The staff at breakfast bar was very helpful staff. Rooms were nice and clean. Hotel is close to Highway. There also is an outdoor pool.

The staff was courteous and efficient. Check in and out was quick and easy. Outdoor pool. There was plenty of parking and it felt safe. Great price for the area! Air conditioning was really nice but a little loud! Only negatives were bathroom fan did not work and the door stuck.

The staff was extemely helpful with everything. I accidentally booked a king bed room, when I arrived at the hotel I explained to them that I needed 2 queen beds and they were able to accommodate me. The hotel offers free printing and internet usage/wifi, buffet breakfast and they were also able to recommend a few great restaurants in the area, along with coupons. Great stay at a great price.

We rented a meeting room, and the facilities were fine. But, they booted my car, even though the lot was empty. When I came in to use the space (I was the presenter), they said nothing about needing a parking pass. They had no signage saying a parking pass was needed. The Hampton Inn at Perimeter Center is of course convenient to the mall but also to Northside Hospital. There are several restaurants nearby that offer a variety of very good food of different cuisines. The staff indeed are friendly and helpful. They really do go out of their way for you and the evening desk clerk gave us very good recommendations for restaurants. Our stay was very comfortable and convenient to the hospital and the mall.

Hampton Perimeter provided a very comfortable stay with additional amenities of a microwave and refrigerator in the room and a hot and cold breakfast bar that had a good variety. The price was quite reasonable, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location is convenient to many places near the Mall, hospitals, and other business venues.

I was in town visiting friends that lived nearby. Good hotel at a great price and very convenient location. The front desk staff was friendly. The room was nice and perfect for my trip. The breakfast was yummy and coffee was readily available. I will be stay here again when in the area. I'm giving a 4 because the carpet was frayed where it met the tile.

Hampton Inn is always a reliable lodging facility. The staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are nicely furnished and spacious. The bedding is nice with multiple choice of pillows. Location is great as this was close to restaurants and a shopping mall with easy in/out. Desk clerk offered us bottled water and when we noticed no evening cookies she offered us a package from her "stash".

My wife and I left a personal item in our room which we did not discover until several hours after checking out. After making several phone calls, over three days, I was told "housekeeping did not find anything." I will not stay at this Hampton Inn again.

The front desk staff was nice but the lady working the breakfast area in the morning was not very pleasant and would barely speak when you spoke to her. Stayed here for 3-4 times over the last 3 years I have never had a door close at this location that you didn't have to yank the door closed. Breakfast is just ok, I always stuck to the oatmeal, fruit and cereal as the none of the other looked appetizing.

We had an over night stay here on the way to our destination. The hotel is showing it's age as the furniture was worn, and the doors don't seem to close unless you give a hard push. One major issue which is a deal breaker for me is power. We stayed here for one night while attending a Braves game. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great having easy access to 285, restaurants/shops close by and the MARTA station is just a short drive away. We will defiantly stay here again.

I've stayed in Atlanta two years ago at one of the more expensive hotels it was a night mare. But this week end at Hampton was great!!! Rooms were clean, front desk personnel were great and very helpful and the breakfast was delightful. An over all great experience will try them again.

The hotel was great. Clean, breakfast, coffee, etc. was exactly what you would expect from a Hampton. The people at the front desk was so poor that I would stay at another Hampton Hotel located close to this one. Her attitude was awful and the manager declined to come out when asked to. As if my experience wasn't bad enough I watched her have the same bad attitude and talk track with another group that cam in the next day, so it wasn't a bad day type of thing.

This hotel is everything it describes. Nothing was problematic during my stay. With this in mind, the entire staff was really great and I had three specific incidents where they went above and beyond to be helpful. Two shuttle experiences with the staff on duty were excellent. They were pleasant, helpful and knowledgable. I left an item in my room and staff helped me get it back with effortless process. Overall a great experience.

My car got a boot because I wasn't given a parking pass or told I needed to have a parking pass in my dashboard. It ruined my day and trip! I had to wait 2 in half hours to have the boot removed. Although it was their error that put me 3 hours behind from my day.

This was our destination as evacuees from Hurricane Matthew, and it was a great destination choice. The facility is conveniently located near Perimeter Mall and Dunwoody. Fantastic shopping venues and a plethora of restaurants to suit everyone's budget and palate. The rooms are large and comfortable; well kept; and modern. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with...especially under the stressful conditions which brought us there. It's a definite keeper.

Not up to usual Hampton quality - needs refurbishing! Evening front desk staff was very disrespectful and rude - made guest feel unsafe in hotel. General Manager did become involved and try to remedy situation - very professionally although stay was altered at that point. Rooms: linens very old and discolored - had to request additional pillowcases. Baths: upgrades necessary - broken molding.

I stay here frequently because it is close to my company's Atlanta location and is cost effective. The staff is friendly and the free breakfast is good. They almost always have coffee available in the lobby. The rates are cost effective. The rooms are ok. Some rooms need a little maintenance. Unfortunately, the wifi is awful and frequently cuts out. Had a medical emergency-called the hotel and they wouldn't cancel my room cuz I was within the 24 hour cancel. The front desk said the GM would never honor this and always charges people. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The mirrored closet door literally fell off the wall/tracks. The gentleman from maintenance was very nice and removed the door altogether for safety because the job would have been quite involved to fix it. My family had to up quite early the next morning for a softball game and it was quite inconvenient to be interrupted by this and getting to shower and in he bed later than planned. This location is dated, the carpet in the rooms has various holes in it, and the over all appearance needs to be updated. There is a lot of construction around the hotel and parking is challenging. Once you check in you have to go back out to your car to put a parking pass on the dash, this should be available via the email pre-check in so you don't have to back out to your car after check-in. The location was awesome.. The stay was good..customer service was great.. The price was on point, couldn't have desired a better to be, they truly stands up to their claims will definitely stay again ..

I've stayed at many Hampton Inns. This is not one of the better ones. I found most of the staff at the front desk except maybe the African American male to be less than friendly and definitely not welcoming. If wifi access is important to you, don't get a room on the top floor. The lower floors have better connectivity. I spent 4 hours trying to connect on the 8th floor. all was great just bathroom needs some work shower walls were dirty or just old. Bathroom needs a makeover to bring it up to 2016 year. All other parts of my stay were great parking and the location all were close to the mall and restaurants,

Stayed at this property 11/24 - 11/25, 2016. Room 418..check-in was quick with Nimeeed...? The room clean, quiet rest, really enjoyed the standard fare breakfast. Parking is a little tight but sufficient. I did not notice many restaurants close by.
