The staff at the Georgia Tech Hotel are awesome! They are very courteous, kind, and considerate. Jennifer was so understanding and helpful as I stored my luggage until my room became available (way ahead of normal check in time). She helped me navigate my way to the places on campus I needed to visit which are so conveniently close to the hotel. She also had some great tips for terrific eats in the area. The room was ready way ahead of check in time and it was roomy, clean and comfortable. ... Read more

I recently stayed at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center in which I had a great educational experience. Along with that I left my Charging cord in my hotel room. When I figured that out on Monday morning I called Grace Donohue in which she overnight the cord to me and I received it at 8:00 am Tuesday Morning. I could not be happier with the whole experience. Thank you!

Spent four days at the GT Hotel & Conf Center and it was a very good place to host a meeting for a large group. There were many various foods available for each meal and the were able to satisfy any dietary needs. The salad bar was outstanding! Great location right on Georgia Tech's campus. Plenty to do in the area and many dining options. The hotel fitness room is large and in the week I stayed I didn't experience a wait for equipment. Staff was eager to great and assist. No refrigerators in the rooms unless requested, but with all the dining options in the area it was okay. Keep up the great work!

The Georgia Tech hotel was such a pleasant place to stay during my conference. It is in a nice district and was the perfect size (not too big or small). There is a comfortable lobby with a small 'gift' shop of snacks and other necessities. The place was very clean, nicely furnished and decorated. Rooms were comfortable for my roommate and I. If you are visiting Georgia Tech or are making a trip to Atlanta and don't want to be right downtown, this hotel is a great choice. It's right on the Georgia Tech campus, convenient to much of campus and a short (complimentary) bus or trolley ride to where you need to be. The facility is very well-kept and the staff is very helpful. Rooms are spacious and modern, though the walls are a little thin. Had particularly noisy neighbors so this probably isn't an issue under normal circumstances.

We stayed here while visiting Atlanta. I wish breakfast was included and they had cheaper parking, but overall Georgia Tech Hotel is what you would expect from a hotel on or near campus. It is close enough to attractions that you would not necessarily need a car but can take public transit to the most popular tourist attractions.

At first glance the place is great...it has a nice bar area with pool tables (very nice addition). The bartenders and hostesses were nice. When we went to our room it seemed great until we noticed the little things: the bed had little dark specks on the cover (weren't bugs - we checked - but what are they?). We shook them off and overall the bed was comfortable. Took a shower and noticed the shower curtain facing the liner was dirty- like lots of spots dirty - but someone had turned it insid... Read more

Our daughter attended GT and we always stayed here when we could. The hotel is super clean and the staff is friendly. If you can get it on game weekends, it's a really good deal because the parking is included!

Top notch bedding, room decor, cleanliness and comfort. Excellent service. Extremely convenient location. Room was nicer than pictures portray. I had a very quiet room at the end of a hallway and couldn't hear a peep from other guests. As an indication of cleanliness, I walked barefoot in the room, which I typically never do in a hotel. (Not to get too personal, but in my mind that is a huge indicator of perceived cleanliness.) Bell captain was very helpful holding suitcases until end of day and... Read more

I was pleasantly surprised when I drove up! I was expecting a college atmosphere but instead I found a jewel of a hotel and convention center. The restaurant manager, Mr Brandon quickly accommodated me with and was very attentive. After a long day, I did not feel well and did not want to wait at the bar for my food. The bar manager called my room when my food was ready. On my last night stay, Mr Brandon offered me some fruit for my ride home. I would stay here again. Glad I took a risk with t... Read more

A beautiful hotel, right in the middle of everything we needed to see! Staff was exceptional, rooms were clean, comfortable, and convenient. Travis from security went out of his way to help us- I needed milk for my son's breakfast- before anything was open. He took the time to find what we needed. Parking was convenient and safe. We were able to walk to the Georgia Tech campus as well as restaurants and even Publix!

Large suites, very clean, very friendly staff, delicious food and an excellent location. A large group were here for a 1-week conference and they took care of the accommodation, and provided the venue for the summit. We had everything we needed. The front desk staff were very friendly and gave me a room before check in time as I was very tired after travelling for nearly a day! This place is the best in town.

This hotel was selected as I had to attend a conference being held there and I was not aware of hotels close by. Biggest blunder of my life. The hotel is expensive for a three star kind of quality. The service was very poor and the rooms are below average as compared to the next door renaissance or even Hilton. Anything you ask for will come to you after 30 minutes and they didn't have newspapers, fruits in healthclub or even bathroom slippers. Can you imagine? And they charged much higher tha... Read more

Very nicely decorated, clean comfortable hotel. Conveniently located at 5th & Spring Street in Midtown Atlanta. However the staff could have been friendlier. A few smiles and change in attitudes would be welcome indeed.

The hotel is extremely convenient for a conference that happens on its grounds. Aside from that, it is a clean, spacious and pleasant hotel. The staff has been well trained in customer service and the rooms are kept clean and are larger than usual. Food and beverage service is good but not great. The cafetaria-style lunch lacking in tasty choices - sadly even southern choices (they did not have fried green-whatever).

The building is clean, hotel rooms are nice and comfortable with plenty of essential items. The staff, especially at the reception desk, is moderate. Shanice, I think, was pleasant and very helpful. She was willing to get the information I needed so that I understood and could make an informed decision. However, Shannon and the manager were a bit simple; simply --- meaning that they did the bare minimum and would not explain decisions or options.

I attended an event at the Georgia Tech Hotel in October as a guest of The Cedar Foundation. My band played for their event. I was absolutely stunned at what wonderful treatment we received from the staff, particularly the Conference Planning Manager, Uli Burgess. She was amazing. She treated us wonderfully and was extremely attentive to our every need. We felt like royalty. I must say this is highly unusual in the hotel business. Usually the musicians get treated poorly. It shows great ch... Read more

We live about 45 miles north of Atlanta and wanted to spend the night in the city after attending a retirement dinner at another Atlanta hotel. That hotel's rate was in the$350/night range. Thanks to a Groupon, we got a room at this hotel and conference center for $150, plus $15 for parking. The hotel is in midtown and is 11 years old. Our king room was very nice and clean. The hotel is pleasant and the staff friendly. We slept well with virtually no noise from the street below. The bre... Read more

We just spent three fun-filled days in Atlanta visiting my son, and one of the reasons for our fun was our stay at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center. From the time we walked through the door we were made to feel welcome and special. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays, and just about everything anyone would want is available for guests there....large flat screen TVs, a nice little business center with Apple computers, lots of comfy chairs and quiet spaces for reading ... I am having an amazing stay at the Georgia Tech Hotel. LaToya, Shannon, and Desiree are providing exemplary customer service. They have gone above and beyond to assist me. I look forward to returning for a future visit. Thank you so much.
