Because of its proximity to my office, I've stayed at this property several times over the past 10 years, including during renovations. But it would not be my first choice - especially for the price. Internet doesn't work, electrical outlets are loose in the wall, restaurant food is unpalatable, and maid service is inconsistent. On a positive note, the front desk, shuttle driver and restaurant staff are great!

We recently spent a long weekend in Atlanta visiting relatives. When we arrived we were promptly and cheerfully checked into a junior suite on the 10th floor. The room had a king size bed as ordered and a great view of the city. The room was clean and bright and had all the amenities you could ask for. We arrived in time for their nightly complimentary cocktail hour which consisted on first class snacks and adult beverages of our choice. The location is perfect for shopping and dining in walki... Took the family to Atlanta for a wedding and stayed here for two nights. Not an easy place to find, but we can blame the way the roads are named in GA, and the "make a U turn..." feature on GPS that is so annoying! Once you do get there, the property is very nice, clean and the service is great. The free breakfast is just awesome with a walk up full serve kitchen, to a complete continental buffet. Our room was clean, we stayed in the suite, and it was spacious and relaxing. The ceiling light... Read more

The hotel is beautiful , loved the fountain. I thought the room was very nice. The breakfast food was good. The staff I had interaction with were friendly . Negatives: the sleeper sofa was not comfortable at all and the only bedding in the room for it was one sheet, a scratchy blanket and one pillow. We kept having to ask for tissues and TP, never got the tissues. The wifi worked in our room , but not well at all in the meeting rooms.

I could not be more pleased with pre-planning and execution of every detail, including top-notch service from all staff throughout the 3-day event. Hotel rooms, meeting rooms, meals, service staff, front desk, etc. - every aspect of service was impeccable and on time. Our guests raved to us and to the staff. The only negative thing I could say about this hotel is that it was quite warm in the lobby but what should we expect from Atlanta in June? The staff were amazing. We never had any trouble getting anything we needed immediately. We used quite a few conference rooms in the hotel and Tanisha made the experience amazing. I will definitely be back!

The room was good, the food was good (when you finally got it) but the inadequate staffing on a holiday weekend with a filled to capacity hotel just is not acceptable. There was no remedy for this the entire three day weekend stay. This was a big reason for our group choosing to stay at this hotel as well as the name brand you expect more than a "Super 8."

Room was called an executive suite. It was the most over priced room I have ever stayed in. It was dark (no lamp in living room and bulbs burned out), dirty upholstery, 1 bar chair though no bar, 2 rolling office chairs though no desk, 1 floor lamp that was broken, dirt behind doors, scratched and worn vanity in bathroom, generally grubby. A very disappointing experience.

Worse Hilton experience EVER. Room was NOT ready for check in until 9:45 pm on night of arrival. Common areas were uncomfortably hot, and not very clean. Only TWO of THREE elevators were working. Upon entering room, I saw the furniture was old and case furniture was in desperate need of replacement with nicks, gashes, and worn edges. The floor in the bathroom and hallway looked dirty. I read the negative reviews before coming and was afraid that our family reunion would not be a pleasant one. Not only did we have an excellent stay, we could not ask for a more considerate staff. Our rooms were neat and clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent.

Had a great stay. I really want to give "Kudos " to Kalie for making our first trip to Atalnta GA. A location we will stay again .All of the staff promote excellent customer service. I read all reviews about the Embassy Suites prior to booking. We always stay at the Embassy Suite when we travel out of town, however this location needs some remodeling in a few areas. The location was great for walking, shopping and close to the MARTA.

This place was horrible! I ended up checking out and went to another hotel in the area. No manager on duty, no accessible handicap parking, horrible breakfast (we could have built a house with the stale, hard biscuits) and private swim lessons for non hotel people that prevented us from being able to use the pool = we won't be back!

My wife and I stayed here and it is a nice hotel, everyone is friendly but the room decor is it a serious need of a makeover. The lamps appear to be out of the 70's and the houndstooth carpet make you dizzy. If you could get this room for under $80 it would be a good value

This perimeter parkway location is one of the worst hotel experiences I have had! The front desk staff is rude and disrespectful. The rooms are dirty and smell of mold and stale cigarette smoke. I am extremely unhappy with this hotel! First of all, when housekeeping came to our room to clean up while we were gone, they did not do anything but make the beds, restock towels and take the trash out that was in the trash cans. There was trash everywhere when we came back to the room!! We aren't messy people but the night before we had drank some cokes and taken showers, so of course their would be drink cans and a little trash in the room. I just had a bad experience for the first time with Embassy Suites. The rooms weren't very clean, the bed spread wasn't clean. The front desk clerk was not friendly when we checked in because we asked to be moved to a different room. The hallway carpet was dirty. The vents in the room had so much dust, it was pitiful. TV didn't work, was never repaired after contacting front desk multiple times. Told "new policy" is to have one universal remote for bedroom and living. After three separate stays at this property, relative to other Embassy Suites properties, this hotel and this stay particularly ranks as the lowest that I've ever visited as a HHonors member. Every aspect is inferior to other Embassy Suites, from parking to check-in to the room to breakfast to hotel amenities. About the only thing going for it is it's location, which is why I keep going back. Parking is at a neighboring property that staff says the hotel does not own, and cost is $10 even though... Our group of five had a mix of "Premium floor" rooms and other rooms. The premium floor rooms were acceptable, the other rooms smelled bad (alternately mold and cigarettes.)
