The hotel looks very nice on the outside. We had to walk all the way around to the side of the building to enter, due to the construction. The front desk staff were phenomenal and friendly. As we walked to our room, a lot of construction was going on, it was blocked off and covered, but extremely noisy. We were on the second floor and could hear everything. Until they finish the construction process, it will continue to be noisy, but the outcome will be magnificent. The rooms were clean an... Read more

I didn't know so I was a little surprised to find the whole hotel wrapped in plastic. Construction is going on everywhere. Otherwise standard Embassy Suites. The new rooms look interesting. I appreciated the new bed but didn't like the chair at the desk. Give me a real desk chair instead. Frustrated that the A/C was week - I couldn't get the room below 68 degrees... The air circulation was really low...

Needed a place to stay while in the process of relocating out of state. This hotel was the perfect choice for my family and I we loved everything from the beautiful and modern rooms to the complimentary evening reception and I can't forget about the delicious breakfast! Great choice if you are looking for a great hotel at a reasonable price!

The construction work started @ 9 am on Saturday and Sunday. I was willing to overlook the work areas in the lobby, but I was awaken by a drilling noise. The breakfast was ok. The evening reception wasn't worth the wait in a very long line. The alcohol was very cheap. The room was newly renovated which was a plus. The towels weren't clean though. I love the setup of embassy suites, but I can't deal with the negatives.

The breakfast was delicious I had omelets, bacon and fruits every morning and of course it was other items to choose from also . The evening recession was the bomb I wasn't aware that this was even offered they served mix drinks and snacks. The pool area was great the fitness area was kinda small but not to bad. They failed to tell us until the day we were arriving that there was major construction going on. They charged us for a room with 24 hour access to snacks and drinks but the machine was Out of order and it was only for sodas and chips. They had the worst small pillows. The toilet paper was single ply not as nice as that at the baseball tournament. The breakfast had no waffles,no English muffins on Sunday. We really liked this hotel. The renovations looked lovely, and the rooms were cozy. The breakfast hosts and bartenders at the evening reception were very nice. The front desk staff needs some work with follow through. We asked for the shuttle, we were told it would be about 10 minutes, The shuttle never came and we were never told. We would still stay here again. The location was great.

I reserved the room expecting minor reservations, I received an email at approximately 10:15 a.m. the day of reservation - the renovations involved jack hammers, the air conditioner was broken, the towels I requested in advance had to be requested three more times. The evening reception was the worst Embassy evening reception I have every experienced. Staff was nice, but didn't make up for the plans I had to alter.

A friend and I chose this hotel because of it's close proximity to the Cobb Energy Center - we were coming into town to see a performance there. Couldn't have been more pleased! The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful, and the rooms were great (beds are extremely comfortable!). Most of all, the shuttle service they provide is amazing! This hotel is renovating. It looks like they are in the final stages. The room was very large with nice led tvs in both rooms. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. Some rooms have a large shower now instead of a bath tub. Breakfast is always good at embassy. One improvement is to have a variety of fresh fruits. Cantaloupe and Mellon for a week gets pretty boring. Evening reception was good and so was the food that we had for dinner afterwards. Great stay.

This is a nice, newer hotel . I have not stayed at many embassy suites the last few years because they are pretty dated and drab. This one is very nice and clean. Staff is very good and they were slammed with youth basketball teams. The biggest issue was the bartender. I stay in a LOT of hotels so know a good one when I see it. This was an excellent place. It had very easy parking unlike many places in a big city. The staff was nice and I had no problems with them at all. The motel was very near some good shopping and easy to access from the highway for the most part as long as you use a GPS to close in the final little bit. Was very unhappy with room experience. The room was modern and cold had doors to the bedroom and bath that would not stay track and actually trapped my husband in the bathroom. There was no real wifi and the hot tub did not work. There was a fee to park which was unnecessary and quite ridiculous as Homewood Suites does not charge is in the same vicinity had had a much more value in regard to reception and staff then Embassey suite.

The hotel looks nice, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast was pretty good. My room seemed to be not part of the original design though and instead appeared to be put together from a storage room. Terrible layout and right next to the stairs where an alarm was buzzing for two hours before I called the front desk. What's the point of an alarm if the hotel doesn't know it's buzzing? As a Hilton Honors Silver member, I have come to expect nothing but the best from Embassy Suites. However, it seems within the past year that they are catering more to large family reunions and sports teams. We drove from Central Florida to Atlanta to attend a concert at the Energy Cobb Center and were lucky enough to get a room at this location which is right next door. Tired from our trip we checked in and were greeted by Elizabeth at the front desk and we were very happy with the service we got, as a Hilton team member I was disappointed with the service I have received by some other Hilton properties and it was nice to encounter someone who embodies the Hilton spirit so well. I often stay at the Embassy Suites when I'm in town how ever they are getting more expensive. I was told parking fees will be going up next year. The rooms are really nice and comfortable. If they get staff that attend the suites like they should yo would not have problems. My toilet I in my Suite ran constantly l. The housekeeping department cleaned the room almost everyday and did nothing about it.

I felt this hotel was way too expensive for what you get. The room is nice and comfortable, but the layout (with the bathroom in the middle) makes the room seem crammed. And the "eco" thermostat that won't go below 68 is a deal-breaker for me...Atlanta is REALLY HOT and HUMID, and the regulated A/C has got to go. The free breakfast was expansive, but that doesn't justify the price. Staff was really friendly and helpful.
