I stayed at this hotel during my conference at the Georgia World Conference Center. It is convenient for walking to the conference center. The free drinks and snacks during happy hour is a nice touch. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is the in-house restaurant and is an excellent choice for free breakfast. They also provide great room-service. The staff at the hotel are very polite and generally excited to see you during your visit. This is true for all levels from servers to cleaning staff to front desk... Read more

Wednesday in Atlanta, this is a centrally-located hotel. The hotel staff is very welcoming. The rooms are very beautiful. The bedding is very nice, meaning that it is clean, fresh, and comfortable to sleep. The rooms located on the Park Side can be quite noisy at night, especially when there's something like a music festival.

I was referred to Embassy suite by a fellow Physician who had stayed there in the past. He recommended it as a family friendly hotel especially for someone with little children. The suite provides ample room for kids to run around, there is a family dining table or section in the room and also breakfast is provided at no extra cost( this is very important as you don??t have to leave the hotel to find food for your children . Great stay is all I can say. We've been to this hotel and many others in Atlanta and we love to experience or stay to the highest level. In regards to pure experience, price and location you can't go wrong with staying here. They are still renovating but isn't that what life is all about? Getting better and improving?

I stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta - at Centennial Olympic Park for 5 nights. It was an excellent stay. I had several questions beforehand and Ivy M. was very helpful and answered all of them quickly. I was a quiet hotel (except for the Shakey Beats festival going on across the road).

We stayed here for 2 nights. We were on the 4th floor with views of the park. The location of this hotel is amazing! You are close to everything and traveling with a little kid this was the main reason for choosing this hotel. Park has 2 playgrounds and near the splash pad. The evening drinks were great. We enjoyed free breakfast each morning. Sherice at the front desk was super nice. Room was huge and nicely renovated. Loved the fridge in the room. Overall it was an excellent stay. I woul... Even though I "checked in" via the Hilton Honor app, I still had to go to the front desk and go through the entire check in process again: ID, license, credit card etc. Thereafter I was then given the keys to the wrong room, which was already occupied! Needless to say, the occupants and us were Not pleasantly surprised. By the time this mess was straightened out, it caused my family to miss the evening reception. If you are planning on staying in your room you will definitely want to stay somewhere else. My room was unbearable because of all the noise and the person at the front desk could have cared less. They have major construction going on in hotel. We could not get connected to internet until we paid a fee, I am an Honors member and should not have to pay. Also the line for the evening drinks was extremely long. The snacks of chips and dip was not what I am used to seeing at Embassy Suites.

We love staying at the Embassy Suites and we looked at a variety of hotels before booking this one for our Atlanta trip. One reason we settled on Embassy Suites is its proximity to the park- you just walk out the doors of the hotel and you have Centennial Park at your doorstep! At night we loved walking around being so close to the playground in the park and all of the activities that downtown Atlanta has to offer... including great restaurants! Having stayed at the Embassy Suites for a week, I??m left with mixed feelings. PROS: Walking distance to CNN and various meetings, my hotel room was kept clean and tidy. Spacious room split in 2 parts (although the décor between the 2 sections feels like they don??t belong together). Wi-Fi good and stable. Asked for a bathrobe (as none in the room) which arrived relatively promptly. Has a large, clean outdoor pool. Easy check-in/out with a medium queue. Helpful receptionist team. Key card wor... I stayed here on a business trip and found my large suite to be remodeled, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Wi-Fi worked well. The hotel contains a Starbucks and a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. I attended a conference at the Georgia World Congress Center and I only had to exit out the back of the hotel and cross the street to enter the convention center. Normally LOVE this chain for its value and service. This was an exception. They switched type of room on us, even though I had booked MONTHS before. This hotel is really the best option for your money in the area. You get two rooms, with great service for the same as similarly priced properties. The hotel is clean and the rooms are generally good. The gym is nicely equipped as well and parking can be found close by.

This is the perfect location. We had a great view of Ferris wheel and city. The card keys deactivate very easily which is a problem, and the Ruth Chris steak house in the hotel is not very good. For events in Philips Arena going late in the evening, in this case WWE, this is a great place to stay. Just a short walk. Well managed and excellent front desk staff. Great complimentary breakfast. Only complaint is the cost ($35) of the valet parking per day with lousy alternatives. When you add a tip...ouch! But, for me the location and quality make it worth it.

Stayed here overnight on points following an NFL game. When I called the hotel to inquire about getting the city view the staff member set me up with the top floor and best city view room! One complaint I have with this particular embassy property is that unlike all the others they had ONE bartender for the managers reception for a Thursday game day stay. Hotel location is amazing but the hotel staff was very distant from guests and service was poor. The best experience was at the Hhonors reception and V took care of us, he was amazing. Next thing Parking is over priced for one and I think as a Hilton honors member we deserve comp parking. I had two cars on my trip and paying $70 on top of a $200 room charge was over the top, especially when the parking attendants to the check in staff didn't give you that value

A lovely stay with great value for one's dollar. Does not feel like a chain and the breakfast is quite good and does offer options for those who choose not to eat heavily.
