This place was great. Very large property. They are still doing some renovations in some areas, but besides that it was good. It's not far from Atlanta (we did the aquarium and coca cola world). There are lots of nearby restaurants and a walmart.

This hotel, being newly transformed into part of the IHG family, was previously the corporate training center for Pitney Bowes. The rooms, and amenities, are spread out among several buildings. The grounds are enormous, hilly, and the trees are endless. It really is quiet and peaceful...beautiful, too. If you're in need of lodging that has everything in one building, then this may not be for you. Depending on where your room is, you may have to walk a bit. For example, the restaurant, 2 on... Our family really looked for a quiet, restful hotel with nice amenities....WE FOUND IT. Staff so professional, many quaint working/reading areas where the hotel rooms were located, bar, pool, and work out area-so nice! We will definitely return.

So my husband surprised me with a night away. Just us, kind of a mini escape from our current crazy life. Yes, Peachtree City is only an hour away from home, but it was still a nice escape. We went to a great place to eat and he booked us a room at Crowne Plaza. Now, when you hear Peachtree City, you have certain expectations and when you hear Crowne Plaza you have certain expectations, so one would assume that the Crowne Plaza in Peachtree City would be of certain expectations. . .well, you... This is not your typical hotel and even with all the renovation going on, it won't be. But that's a good thing! Instead, the setting is in the woods on multiple levels. The staff were great about explaining the grounds and how to get to our room. Lots to do here. Walking trails, bicycle paths, basketball and tennis. A good sized fitness area and pool in the same building as the restaurant. Buildings very secure. Loved the Spa sleep amenities. Nice menu selection, including brunch on the weekends... Read more

Family trip for a girls' lacrosse tournament nearby. We and other team families chose this hotel due to location and reasonable prices. This CP is set in a spacious wooded setting, and the accommodations are akin to a hybrid dormitory-hotel. We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, but can report the rooms were spacious, clean, and more than adequate for our basic needs. Lots of sitting/informal meeting spaces scattered within the lodging buildings. Grounds are attractive and very well-mainta... Read more

This is our second stay here and we'll continue to choose this hotel when we need an overnight in Peachtree City. The beds are very comfortable and we love the way this hotel is nestled back in the woods. The walking paths are great, the cart path crosses the entrance and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a very clean property, luv their toiletry products, the layout of the room and the thick towels and large tv. This place is perfect for us.

This property is actively being updated, however, we did not see any attempt to remedy the severe lack of parking. There is simply no place to pack within a short walking distance of the room at Lakeside. The bed is comfortable enough and pillows were good, however there was no fan in the bathroom to remove the post showering steam from the bathroom. I had to apply my make up in the bedroom which did not really have enough light. The in room AC unit in the room cycled on and off all night, dis... Read more

I am very very disappointed. Me and my wife traveled from North Carolina and arrived at the hotel around 2am to find out that the hotel was booked or sold out. The thing was we booked thru another company (Expedia) but when we showed up to the hotels lobby they said that the company has been trying to get hold of us because they over booked. That really was not the case. The receptionist was very rude and not helpful on top of it.. A few hours before we received a email thanking us for check... Read more

The property is beautiful hidden by trees which makes it feel more like a resort. There are walking paths, a restaurant and bikes are available (all on site). The rooms are nice and clean as well as comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful, they are 100%. Why only 4 stars? I could not use my cell phone in my room, other than that its a great place!

The entrance to the grounds are beautiful and the hotel is nestled in the woods. Check in was a breeze and the desk personnel extremely professional. Our room was large and spotless. The linens are definately fresh and not a recycled bedspread. Pool area is very nice. You will be comfortable staying here.

You enter a park just like country roads and the hotel is scattered in multiple buildings. The lobby looks like a government entrance, the staff welcomes you'd and give you s map to drive to the building that has your room. Beautiful walks around this hotel. The room is excellent, and there is a restaurant inside this complex.

The location in the middle of the woods is surely the best feature. Positive was also that the Wifi had a good performance. This hotel is somewhat older and you can see signs of wear everywhere. The design and the furniture of my suite was not the standard I would expect. I also experienced a number of technical difficulties: The elevator in the Lakeside building didn't work so I had to take the stairs up and down with my suitcase. The sink in my kitchen was blocked, the fridge made everything ... Read more

Stopped here because I was flying out of the country from ATL on a holiday weekend and options were limited. Was pleasantly surprised. Hotel was EXTREMELY well-priced, beautifully appointed. It was off a major road and though right near 3-4 others, tucked away in a patch of woods. Multiple buildings were spread out over a large swath of land. One downside was that because I arrived late at night, I had to park in too-far-to-walk-with-luggage overflow parking in the very front of the property. ... Read more

My mom, Aunt & I often visit their sister and her husband that live in Somerby Senior Living in Peachtree City. My uncle drives up from Baton Rouge. We like to be as close to them as possible for the short time we are there. It's a long difficult trip for my mom, Aunt & Uncle so we want a nice comfortable place. We've stayed in different places and just happened upon the Crowne-Plaza. What a nice facility. It was very clean and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was an amazing experience. The lakeside grounds were surrounded by the most serene forest. I'm a runner, and I felt like I had a new run every day with all the different paths. The restaurant was simply delicious and I never felt like anything was missing. Last, but far from least, the service at this hotel was excellent. I felt welcomed throughout my entire stay. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

Beds were great. Rooms spacious. Massive tv. Would love to see the bath replaced with a shower. Rest of the interior was quite dated, brown coloured walls. Gym and pool closed unfortunately. Good breakfast, lots of choice.

Nice property. Room key didn't work all the time and had to go to front desk. Maid services often didn't get done until late afternoon. Not enough parking that is convenient. Lots of complimentary umbrellas for rainy day. Some rooms lack refrigerators and not sure microwaves were available as mine didn't

We were just passing through and needed a place for one night. I do wish we had more time! A beautiful 33 acre wooded area with its own lake. Clean, comfy room and friendly, helpful staff. Hope to come back someday!

Stayed here for 4 nights. Overall very good hotel, the layout is a little unusual as the rooms, conference center, and restaurants are in different buildings. Despite this the setting is idyllic and the landscaping is on point. Wifi Coverage and Quality is high, with wired connections are available in room if needed. The "Woodlands" room complex has a wide variety of sitting and meeting areas that are available to guests and some of the vending areas have microwaves. The on-site restauran... Read more

This hotel and conference center is located on a picturesque expanse of property, nestled in the woods approximately 20 mins from ATL airport. But that's where the good part ends. The walls are very thin. I could hear my neighbors above, on each side, and people in the halls. The rain shower head leaves not only much to be desired, but shampoo in your hair unless you spend ten mins trying to wash it out. We ate at the bar, the food was ok but nothing to write home about aside from the homemade... Read more
