Arrived after traveling all day. Girl at counter Imani was extremely nice and courteous. I went up to the room to discover there were only two beds. From what I had booked, there should have been 2 beds and a pull out couch. I had booked this hotel because of the convenience to downtown as well as being able to accommodate 2 adults, a 17 yr old, at 15 yr old and a 10 yr old. I had just had surgery on both of my feet right before we had plans on traveling so I was extremely tired and in a lot... Read more

I'm a cat and dog person. Roaches, not so much. Moldy smell. Chirping fire alarm. Mediocre breakfast, but pretty on par w/ most hotel offerings. I've stayed here before and I recognize that they are doing some renovations, so it is likely these problems are being resolved. Though there were roaches observed on the first stay, otherwise I would not have given it a second chance.

Convince stay only, we picked this hotel based on location, and it was the wrong move, the room didn't feel clean and fresh, the shower head was broken off and the pieces where left in the tub, rusty, I would put this room at a 60 dollar a night room.

So I searched for weeks to find a hotel downtown as close to the aquarium as possible. When we found that this one was like 10 minutes away and wasn't too overboard on the budget we jumped on it. Got there and was pleasantly surprised at how cozy the entrance alone was. The front desk lady was quite prompt in getting us our room as well. When we got to the room I did find it to be a lot smaller than I expected and one of the lamps didn't work. However these little things were not a deal breaker.... Read more

The comforters were so lumpy. There was a roach in running around on the carpet. The hotel said it was non smoking but the hallway in the 2nd floor smelled of smoke. The tub needed a real good scubbing. The rooms had a motel feel to it.

Friendly staff is the only thing nice about this place. Our bag was STOLEN at the pool while we were swimming. Pool located across the parking lot. Bathroom sink was dirty when we arrived. Okay, maybe not that bad but pulling up in shuttle to 3 police cars in front was a big red flag! The property is mediocre unless you are used to roach motels then a step up but if you are a tired traveler and need 4 - 5 stars I'd give this a 2 star at the best. My room was quiet however and served the layover purpose and there is an adjoining bar with food so that was actually nice to have close. The airline put me up there so I can complain but if I was a paying man I'd choose another cleaner ... Read more

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Does not look like photos online. Dirty and outdated inside. Musty smoky smelling room with stains on carpet and stains on shower curtain. Bedspread had pen marks all over it. Pool is literally in the parking lot behind a restaurant. The area that the hotel is in is a bit run down.

The room was more dated than the pictures show. The pool was inoperable our entire stay. The best part of our entire stay was Chanel at the front desk. She made the stay worthwhile. That can not be said about the breakfast staff. We seemed like an inconvenience to her. The location is great. The hotel is centrally located to most of the main attractions. I'll start with the positives: My room was comfortable and clean (save for some normal wear and tear stains), the location is perfect if you are attending something at Turner Field, and the front of house staff was very friendly. Now for the negatives: The pictures of the pool are very misleading. In reality, it's tiny, dirty, and located in a remote corner of the parking lot close to the road.
