This is a great hotel that is quiet, convenient, comfortable, clean, and has very pleasant and accommodating staff. Some of the furniture and carpets could use some updating, but this is hardly a reason not to stay here. The mattress was very comfortable and the room -- even near the elevator -- was very quiet.

First time staying on a Hyatt property and this will not be our last. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice, clean and updated. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the zen garden. It was great to just sit out, relax and wind down after a busy day. We'll be back in the near future.

Great location, near Lenox shopping and Marta. Easily walked to food and shopping but they will shuttle you if not too far. A big plus in the crazy traffic. Rooms modern with everything you need. All very friendly with a nice bar and food. The pool is nice w/ lots of lounge chairs, had our lunch and drinks poolside. We would go back.

My wife and I had a relaxing and wonderful stay at the grand Hyatt in the bulkhead area of Atlanta. The staff was courteous and helpful and took care of all of our needs. The Cassis Restaurant provided an excellent breakfast buffet with omelettes and waffles to our order. We enjoyed watching the basketball game in the cozy bar and had dinner there which was excellent.

We stayed at the hotel for a wedding that was also hosted at the hotel. In terms of an inclusive event destination, the Grand Hyatt is excellent. The facilities are perfect for a wedding and extremely convenient for guests. Everything you need is just an elevator ride away. The rooms are nice and the higher floors have great views. Parking is valet or self park, which I also like. Overall, I recommend this hotel; particularly for events.

Everything was fantastic I encountered NO ISSUES which is memorable on so many levels for all the right reasons. The staff is always friendly and accommodating with your every need. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude to all the staff for making my stay memorable and a place that I like to call my home away from home. The feeling that I get staying her... Read more

My room and the executive suite where the bride stayed had some issues. My room had peeling wallpaper, nicks in the furniture and a very slow draining tub. The exec suite main room furniture was several worn couches with little to no other décor. On the good side, the staff, food and wedding reception room was excellent.

My experience with the Grand Hyatt in Buckhead ATL was a very pleasant one. Staff greeted you no matter where you went, they were friendly and helpful. The grandeur of the building was nice and made the stay appeal to my classy side. The room was very clean and comfortable. The vale could be more efficient but overall I enjoyed my stay and have no complaints.

I was charged for a complimentary bottle of wine, cheese, and crackers. When I called to inquire about the charge, I was told my story had to be verified..water was not hot either time I tried to shower..I was very disappointed with my last visit; this has been "spot" the last 3-4 times I have visited Atlanta. Not sure if I will return. Cost too much to have anything but a pleasant experience.

My husband and I were a little taken back at how this place spoiled us. From the time we pulled up Sunday evening to leaving for the aquarium Monday morning they treated us like family. Check-In was easy and our room was simply perfect. We loved the views of the city. The lobby is beautiful. We didn't have time to explore much, but the restaurants and shopping we saw looked amazing.

I was worried when I checked in and saw that there was a frat conclave in the hotel. I remember going to one when I was in college and we almost got thrown out. However due to better behavior by the frat or hotel staff I never knew they were there except for seeing them in the elevator. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are great. They just upgraded the TV system and made it interactive. The only problem was the Grand Club. It is very small and they charge for alcohol drinks.

The hotel overall is nicely refurbished in the lobby area and gives an upscale property feeling yet this is not valid for the rooms. Our room was old, providing very basic coffee machine, cheap quality filter coffee and plastic cutlery which is not the casevin other Grand Hyatt hotels we have stayed. It's a nice, clean hotel and the "service for the price" is average. There are little things that bug me about hotels such as these and it goes right along with current trends. Spent a recent weekend at this hotel for a shopping trip. I requested and paid extra for a high, quiet room. I was placed next to the elevator. You could hear everyone as they sporadically came in during the wee hours of the morning. It was people hollering and using profane language. I might could live with that but then our room was crawling with roaches. That is absolutely disgusting. The Ritz or Westin would be my choice next time. They are also a lot closers to the mall.

We stayed here over the Labor Day weekend. Our family had 3 rooms and no one had a single complaint. The hotel is beautiful, clean and in convenient location for restaurants, shopping (Lenox Sq. and Phipps within walking distance) and easy travel on MARTA. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay in Buckhead. The staff were super friendly and helpful all across the hotel, their sit-down dining options were reasonably priced and delicious, and you really cannot beat the location. Rooms could use a spruce up. Staff from all over and seem somewhat bored but mostly attentive. AC unit in room noisy and windows dirty so the view was compromised. All night lights on the building kept the room like Kramers in that Seinfeld episode. It was my second time there and after a few other trips around the block the place seemed a bit dated. Stayed here for one night with a great low price. The Grand Hyatt is a very nice hotel, well located in Buckhead. Rooms are spacious, attractive, and clean and you get a great view of the city. The Hyatt never fails to impress even if the rooms have a kind of faded grandeur. Rooms have plenty of space and beds are comfortable.
