Nice hotel, good to start the family off with made to order breakfast when on vacation. Staff is helpful. Buyer beware - nights booked on TripAdvisor are NOT eligible for Hilton Honors rewards. So don't book Hiltin hotels here, book on Hilton's website so you can earn points (the difference of a few dollars per night). Which makes me question why there's an HHonors login on TripAdvisor. Overall, nice hotel, we would stay here again.

This hotel is in major need for a renovation. However, it's not terrible, you can just tell that it has a lot of wear and tear. Breakfast is outstanding and the location is nice you pay a reasonable price and your close to a lot. Only thing I think should be different is a rate cut like 10-20 dollars until the hotel is updated.

I booked this hotel because it has a family package of everything. We went to Alpharetta for spring break and stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. Great family hotel. Hot breakfast included, indoor pool, very clean, suite style rooms for 2 adults up to 3 kids. Rooms were very clean. The entire staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel was very close to the mall. We were not far from Atlanta downtown so we just drove there and park next to the Georgia Done stadium. The lady there was nice to l... Read more

We like to slip away at least once a quarter on either a major vacation or often just a "weekender." This past weekend we slipped our way to the Embassy Suites in Alpharetta, Georgia, just 3 hours away from home. It is one of our very favorites because it's reasonably close to home, reasonably priced, and a reasonably great value. The folks at this hotel from check in to check out are welcoming, professional, and extremely attentive. We especially enjoy visiting with Jonathan and Teisha in the B... Read more

I checked in to a room and the first night was horrible. The AC did not work at all. The next day, I was moved to a new room. I thought this was ok, BUT the new room had flooded bathroom floor. This is an older property but well kept. The staff was very accommodating and I was comfortable and pleased with the room. Unlike many hotels, the internet connection was what I needed for remote vpn connectivity. I was also able to stream a movie and was never stopped for buffering. I don't remember the last time that happened in a hotel.

We were told we had queen beds, well helllllo, this hotel does not even own a queen bed. They are, as I quote a front desk associate, "our beds are a bit bigger than a single bed, but smaller than a double bed!" Go figure! You do you....don't choose this hotel!

The staff are the main quality for this older hotel. They are extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The wifi is practically non-existent. It results in frustrated guests that were discussing the problem in the elevators. The beds are very comfortable but there is a serious lack of A/c in the premium rooms. Our room 525 had only hot water coming from the bar sink, the a/c wasn't cooling the room and there was black soot on the ceiling above the a/c vent. The complimentary drinks and snacks... Read more

The weather was 99 degrees in Atlanta the two days we were there for a conference. They put us all on the sixth floor and the rooms felt like a sauna. The engineering staff told us to place towels at the crack of the door to stop the heat from coming into the rooms! They did not move any of us to a cooler room on a different floor. Clear the glass in the ceiling lets in a lot of light but it seems to me the hotel would make sure there was AC on the sixth floor to combat this problem.

I normally have rave reviews about this facility, as I normally stay here when visiting Atlanta. Hiwevet, th u s trip, our room was in need of renovations. The floors weren't vacuumed. I wasn't overly enthused by my stay. I had issues with booking and the room was average at best. I am used to booking for personal trips so maybe I just need to lower my standards a bit, but I have stayed a few different Embassy Suites in the past and this one was at the bottom of the rankings. Although the food was great in the morning, the people working there were fantastic and if they turned up the air in the gym it would have been an awesome facility!

The Property and room were visually to the level of expectations I'm accustomed to with an Embassy. I booked a 2 night stay for business and when I asked to check out early I was offered a substantially higher rate or a $75 fee. The hotel wasn't too bad. We had a premium room which included some free snacks and drinks. Free parking, evening reception and hot breakfast. The AC didn't cool well enough especially since we were only on the fifth floor. They advertise a free local shuttle seven days a week but unapologetically told me it isn't offered on the weekend.
