Always fun staying at the Hard rock hotel. The rooms are decorated nicely and the service is wonderful. Friendly staff and some rooms are comped depending how much you spend in the casino. Higher floors are better. Great entertainment and lots to do in the area.

This was my first trip to the Hard Rock Hotel in Tampa. I was very pleased with the room. Bed was comfortable, robes were provided, and there was a Keurig. The room also had a small couch. There's a mini-bar, but no fridge. Never got a chance to check out the pool. The casino had a good variety of slot machines. Join the player's club if you're going to play. We earned 75.00 in comps in one day which we used for breakfast and other snacks. I don't know if the inside garage charges, but ou... Read more

Pleasure travel/trip on May 31- June 2, 2016, overall service, cleanliness in the room, all parts of the hotel we went through. Location, quite far since it's more than an hour drive from our place but the location in Tampa is good. Smoke in the casino is too much. Smokers are inconsiderate blowing the smoke like a chimney and some chain smokers don't use ash trays by just shaking the cigarette ashes on the floor.

The Seminole hotel and casino Tampa is a great break from Disney we travelled 3 adults and 2 children aged 12 and 14 booked 2 rooms both spotless and loved the coffee machines, bathrooms were of a good standard and beds very comfortable. A great swimming pool all to our selves. Children under 16 can not use the jacuzzi and obviously can't go near the gaming machines. I have been to the casino and restaurants on several occasions, so actually staying in the hotel was something I was looking forward to. It is very expensive to stay at this hotel if you don't have comps! The hotel is currently undergoing a renovation which will add many more rooms. Hopefully at that time, the prices will become more affordable. It's looking like the parking garages will no longer be free in the future, however. We only play black jack and there was always an opening. Restaurants were great and service was equal to any resort. We stayed in deluxe rooms which are nice. We had reserved a deluxe king room for a mid week getaway, the room was nice but there was no turndown service. In the room next to ours someone had left their dog in their room , it was barking from 12am to 2am. When we called the front desk they said they were aware of it and were trying to locate the owner we were told that they hope we enjoy the rest of our stay. When we checked out, the front desk gave us credit for the on demand movie we had watched.

Casino: 10.00 to park....if your not elite player. Free play bonus for elite avg $10.00 or $15 a couple times a month. ...if lucky. Won 3 times in 5 years almost 1300.00 not worth thousands spent. Not fun when you cant get bonus games or win back anything to play with. No hotel comps in 5 years...NOTHING. Comp dollars for thier food is all your going to win. never win free play give away, cash give away. Just find something better to do. I have made my last donation!

IF you are on a reg table and win a "bonus" , you will be expected to give your social security number and 2 forms of ID. The floors will make photo copies of your identification BEFORE you will be paid out, from $200-? . If you play a table game, these rules do not apply. The entire staff is wonderful, they all go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome. I celebrated my son's 21st birthday there last night, and after I got them all set up, they all had a blast. Thank you HardRock!

We traveled down to Tampa to visit friends and usually go to the SHRC at least once to eat and gamble. We usually spend several hundred bucks on gambling and drinks. My husband and I both have decent jobs so when I saw the 10 dollar parking fee I didn't think about it. Our friends who live in the area turned the car around and would not even let us pay the fee. ON PRINCIPLE THEY TURNED AROUND AND HEADED BACK TO INDIAN ROCKS. They were appalled AND FRANKLY SO ARE WE. WHY SHOULD I SPEND A COUPLE H... Read more

Surprising, open casino and great places to eat too! The hotel beautiful! Parking available. Upscale restaurants, as well as fast food. Beautiful pool and amenities. Smoking areas can be a problem, but there are some areas where it is better. Live music, party atmosphere.

Hotel and staff are very nice. You get what you pay for at the Rock. They are awesome. My favorite restaurant is Grey Salt they have an amazing Ribeye steak. The cheese board is to die for with the fresh honey comb. You always receive their hummus and fresh made pita chips. Definitely tantalizes the taste buds.

In the past would go to hard rock, this weekend we visited the brighton casino and we had a much better time. Machines paid out and a great time was had by all, and we did not have to pay to park. Try it , yes a little farther to drive, but better machines. Hard rock can have their safety features for the parking fee.

I will never waist my time again and I never even maid it inside. Pulled in and found out we needed to pay 10.00 to park. This is a first for me at a casino. I asked the security if their was reinbursment inside. I was not told that if I spent any amount inside that parking would be free. So we turned around and left. I was just wondering Eric if you would care to comment. YOUR LOSING MONEY!!!!

Cannot believe they are charging for parking! Are they that desperate? Is this a permanent situation? Even if they did have to charge does it have to be so much?! This is very poor customer service--especially those who drive a distance to have a little fun and entertainment - Hope they rethink this

This hotel and casino has an abundance of things to do. The rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. Sometimes the hotel staff leaves a bit to be desired, but the location is worth the occasional lack of "luxury-style" hotel service. The food in the restaurants is great--especially The Council Oak Steakhouse. The GreenRoom is fun for a late night meal (like middle of the night brunch). ;) The clubs and live music are a lot of fun, and of course there is the casino.

From the moment you walk in to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, you are inundated with fabulous rock memorabilia. From Ace Freely's skin tight jumpsuit, to one of Stevie Ray Vaughn's signed guitars. There is not a rock artist missing from the portraits hung on the walls through out the casino. From old hand bills to plaques with rock history and highlights, you could spend hours memorized by these gems alone. The casino is clean, they could use a few more cocktail servers, but that c... I have stayed at Hard Rock several times, and I never had one single complaint about the hotel! The comfort and cleanliness are absolutely impeccable! All rooms have Keurig coffee makers, with regular and decaf coffee as well as tea pods available, which I think is awesome. The rooms are very affordable during week days, if you have a player's card account (only $149 on average). I will certainly be back. :)

They have a good variety of games. Lots of penny and nickel slots but can be very deceiving in the amount you end up betting. Be careful. I didn't like the ten dollar fee for parking. The buffet was over priced for what they were serving. They also charged extra for steak ($6) ribeye and ($10)for lobster. That was outrages as far as I was concerned.

The hotel has such extensive remodeling going on that access is difficult. The walk from parking garages to hotel lobby is long and through congested and noisy casino floor. Very comfortable. I like a firm mattress so I was very happy at the end of the day. Room temperature was able to be set to our needs. Everything was very clean. The bathroom had double sinks ...
