Poor neighborhood and the room was filthy. Prices were cheap and I can see why. Visible mold on the floor near the refrigerator and hair and old toilet paper on the bathroom floor and in the tub. Pool was cold and could use skimming. Think we will skip the free breakfast.

Great location for Busch Gardens, that's about it! The carpets were filthy, the lock on our patio door had been smashed off, and replaced with a metal hook. The bedding was torn, we have two children, and my 11 year old daughter cut and bruised her leg twice on both beds on a metal bar that was protruding from underneath. The window was also filthy. The back of the fridge was solid with ice and also needed a good clean, was glad to leave.

Close to Busch Gardens. Area not the best. Surprised that the Quality Inn name is part of this hotel chain. Outdated. Stains on rug n chair. A baby bottled was left in the fridge so meant the maid service not cleaning well in the rooms. Would NOT recommend this hotel only going to stay 1 night

You like the smell of weed across the hallways, people banging on doors on all hours of the night, kids running around the hallway at the crack of daylight, and the house keepers banging on the door like the police seeing if you are going to leave yet or not (at 10 in the morning when checkout is 11). If not then I'd advise spend the extra few bucks and get a hotel off Fowler. I'll never get a hotel located on Busch ever again.

The only good items are the updated non-swipe key card on the door, a medium-sized flat screen tv and a larger minifridge. Everything else is unacceptable. (see photos)On the door, the metal lock is broken and missing. There's a very bad wall patch and stained sheets. I'm a rewards member. I asked for a upgraded room upon check-in. The man on duty said "I have one of the better rooms available". I never saw any room until I saw the one he gave me. It's deplorable conditions. I'm only here for... Read more

Very poor Quality (no pun intended) for a hotel close to a theme park. It was reasonably priced, but the upkeep is poor. The hotel feels unsafe and had a lot of broken stuff in the room. Our shower would barely turn on and you had to practically pull it out of the wall to turn the water on. The toilet paper holder fell out of the drywall when I tried to get toilet paper. Our smoke alarm had a plastic bag tied around it so not sure why that was like that or why cleaning staff didn't take it down... Read more

I read many reviews about this property. A majority of them were negative. So I arrived expecting the worst. That ended up not being the case. To begin with, we arrived late (Around 9 p.m.) due to leaving Tallahassee after I got off work. The Front Desk clerk on duty named Kim was professional and showed concern for me and my son. She tried to get us a first floor room. She told me to only one left had a broken dresser drawer that had not been fixed. So she put us in second floor room at... Read more

We usually stay at another hotel, but it was booked. I read the reviews but for only one night and a discounted price on the booking site I used, we gave it a shot. Parking lot had quite a few people hanging around, lobby set up was strange. Check in was quick and easy and saw that there are cameras covering basically everywhere in the parking lot which made us feel safer. The second floor hallway was warm and stale, but our room was freezing cold, great after a long day in the hot sun. The room... Read more

Pros: 1) Reasonably priced. 2) Close to Busch Gardens and highways Cons: Old, dated, and seemed unkept. Did not feel safe while staying here. Woke up several times during our stay to sirens and a police helicopter.

I would give it no stars if I could. This place is discussing. Do not stay here! I booked it online and when I got there I was appalled at the deplorable condition this place is in. Dirty doesn't even describe how bad it is!! Mold growing every where the pool has no water in it and mold and weeds growing all around it.

Under new managememt. No longer a Quality Inn. It's now called Mosi Inn. We stayed 8 months ago and dont remember it being this bad. It felt unsafe. We were greeted by a crackhead begging for money while we drove out back to look for parking. We decided to park farther away from our room because the area where our room was at was pretty dark. The hallways smelled like weed and there were some people chilling in the stairway. One of the back entrances was propped open with a garbage can at midnig... Read more

hadnt been to busch gardens since I was a kid. so I decided to drive down and check it out again. i booked this room cause it was next door to the park. i got a room that was upstairs real close to the front desk. the room wasn't too bad. it had a balcony. parked right outside my room. this hotel is in a good location. park next door. mcdonalds down the street. its far from downtown tampa. so you cant walk to ybor city. its a long drive away. it was good enough for me.

Listen, we are evacuating from the east coast hurricane zone and simply wanted an affordable yet safe place to stay. Traveling was myself, my mom, and the 2 young kids in our care, my toddler and my special needs nephew. As nice as the staff was, the hotel was confusing, sketchy, and everything was under reconstruction. The sliding patio door on the ground level had some crazy makeshift hook to keep it closed! We only stayed long enough to find and reserve another hotel. I wouldn't stay there f... Read more
