"Very nice facilities. My only complaint is that after NUMEROUS attempts to contact hotel to request shuttle from airport I had to call 1-800 national number to even get an answer. Our flight came in at 10:00 p.m. and we were not picked up until after midnight.

Overall the hotel is nice."

"We were given a Bay view room avan though we had only paid for a city view,so that was nice.Unfortunately the hotel had a wedding reception so was very noisy,but worse still a couple 2 rooms down from us held a conversation loudly for 30 minutes at 4a.m. on their balcony, how inconsiderate can some people be. I complained to the front desk and they apologised although it wasn't their fault and gave us two complimentary breakfasts.I would recommend the hotel but not on a saturday night !!"

"excellent experience- awesome location on beautiful Tampa bay- saw beautiful sunsets, close drive to Clearwater Beach, great property- a bit dated inside and a pronounced mildewy smell from the A/c- but VERY enjoyable stay and loved the location and the view."

"This is the first time I can remember staying at a Best Western and it really changed my perception of the chain. The location was great, right on the Bay with half the rooms having a great bay view. Located close to a lot of good resturaunts and close driving distance to lots of attractions. The room was clean with comfortable beds and had a nice heated pool. Definitly a good deal all around and if I am ever in Tampa again will probably stay here again."

"Our stay was nice. Unfortunately they had trouble finding our reservations that we had booked through the BookIt.com site. I luckily had a paper copy of the confirmation with me which they copied and then proceeded to find a room for us.

The room was clean. Outside noise was a little disturbing... Car honking it's horn in the middle of the night and what sounded like cars drag racing in the area.

(Didn't have the chance to look at the pool.)"
