Kids running in the halls all hours of the night. I was not aware this was a pet friendly hotel. Dogs barking in the room next to me. The elevator is a little tricky since the front desk staff doesn't tell one how to operate it with the key. Mildew on the pool deck. Probably wont stay here again.

We stayed in the Tallahassee location specifically because they accepted our pet. The literature in the room stated if we crated the pet the room would be serviced. We did and it was not. Was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. Rooms are very nice and clean. Rooms are well equipped with fridge (not a tiny dorm one), dishwaher, microwave, plates and utensils. The black out curtains are in a track and completely block out the light so there is no light bleeding in the room. Breakfast was complementary even though it wasn't mentioned online. Overall a pretty good hotel. Strangest bathroom doors ever. They are sliders that are not pocket doors and do not lock. So you will not feel like you have complete privacy in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Good wi-fi. T hetv was in a place that made no sense. Lots of plugs, including USB plugs. A full kitchen. Decent comp breakfast, but don't go for the micro sandwich - yuck. Suites are wonderfully clean. Staff is very professional and friendly. Fair breakfast if a bagel and fruit type breakfast is all you're looking for this is perfect. If not, other places are within walking distance.

Nice large rooms with all the conveniences needed. Rooms are very clean with a modern decor. We didn't care for the breakfast however there is a Village Inn next door. We plan on coming back during our next visit. We highly recommend this pet friendly hotel.

This location is new and all the bells and whistles were on point. Overall, the staff was really nice and accommodating. There are a few places to eat in the same parking lot as this hotel. I also LOVED the orange and green decor in the lobby. Thank you, Hilton, for showing love to FAMU and not solely to that other university in Tallahassee.

Best place to stay in Tallahassee. Staff is first rate. Location is close to the stadium. Nice restaurants close by and stores also. Property is new and well kept. like the setup of the rooms. Nice use of space. Easy to entertain if a group of people comes with you. Won't seem so crowded in the room.

I stayed for 4 days and I must say that the staff was top notch. The facilities were amazing! Access to every amenity in downtown. I have to also say that I watched two staff members (Destiny and Alivia ) go out of their to provide awesome customer service to everyone who came to the desk while I was washing clothes in their amazing and affordable laundry area! I will definitely be back!

Came to FSU Orientation for my son. Great location, with excellent staff and certainly reasonably priced for all the amenities. Variety of restaurants only a few steps away. I have already booked other stays months in advance.

The hotel is fairly new and very clean overall. I've stayed here a few times and it is a top choice for me to stay when visiting. The staff is very friendly and are always willing to help. The hotel is surrounded by a good selection of restaurants within walking distance..a great plus. Only negative is breakfast at the hotel....not a fan of microwaved breakfast sandwiches. Would be better if the hotel would offer a continental breakfast. I would recommend staying.

The hotel was at max capacity the four days I was there. The staff was available and accommodating in all ways. I felt appreciated for staying with them. They even learned our names. We relaxed each evening on the patio at the firepit. Overall our experience was fantastic.

Hazards and dirty rooms. Wet floor with no sign in elevator causing slip and fall. Room dirty with hair on towels. I have nothing else to say except the front desk employees were excellent and breakfast terrible.

I stayed at the Home2 Suites in Tallahassee because it was so highly recommended here. That was a smart move. The hotel is fresh and inviting. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My room was quiet, spacious, well lit and extremely well equipped. The kitchen was great, and having one is something I make use of, and value. I had already booked another stay here next month, and wouldn't even think about changing to another property. It's a winner.

Walking in the front door to check in the 2 trash cans are overflowing with trash, bad first impression! In room 1 ,hairs and lint on floor, shower stall is discussing w/moldy edges, change rooms ,room 2 is worse, black hairs everywhere, AC blowing dust, hairs and debris nxt to headboard on bed, strange things stuck to wall nxt to toilet (you know what that is !) That's the best $253 . A night Tallahassee has to offer, $49 a night super 8 would have been cleaner!

I enjoy coming here because of the staff. The "high-touch" care of the guests is greatly appreciated! I love the spaciousness of the rooms with the couch & full-sized refrigerator! It is our home away from home!

This is my first visit to the Tallahassee area but because of business commitments I'll be there quite a little bit in the future. Being a Hilton honors silver member I always gravitate towards the best Hilton Hotels in a city regardless of their location. This was the first time I've stayed at a HOME 2suites Hilton product but I was very pleased for the most part. The hotel was clearly on the newer side and the staff was extraordinarily friendly, but they were also young and perhaps not the bes... Read more

We are season ticket holders for FSU and have been coming to all of the home games for years. We have stayed at all of the Marriott and Hilton locations. This is the first time that we stayed at a Home2 Suites and wasn't sure what to expect. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning service are the friendliest I've seen. The guest rooms are large and have everything you would need to feel at home. Breakfast was the best I've had out of all of the hotels and offered lots of variety. T... Read more

I'm a Hilton Honors member so I try to stay at Hilton properties. Booked this for a football weekend knowing nothing about it. What a pleasant surprise! Extended stay hotel so lots of room, kitchenette with full size fridge, dishwasher, sink, dishes, etc. Great location within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Close to the FSU campus. Even though signs in the room said they don't clean on the weekends unless asked, staff stopped by to see if we needed anything. Their gym and... Read more

I think this place is a really solid choice for someone planning on viditing from out of town to see an FSU football game. That is exactly what we did when we stayed here and everything was a winning score: on the field at Doak and in our room on the 4th floor. We were able to keep drinks in the fridge, there was a small kitchen for cooking ,dishwasher with didh sosp complimentary, on site laundry ,and nearby grocery store and mall ( you could walk to both places) The room was clean, stocked we... The hotel is in a good location. Not far from capital, the big mall, etc. Plenty of good restaurants just across the parking lot as well. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The lobby is pretty modern. There is a nice little fire pit in front of the hotel. The two queen room we had was big enough. It was rather long. There is a full size fridge, microwave, toaster, etc. there is plenty of storage space. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The bathroom was big... Read more

Came into town for FSU-UF weekend and as expected, was very busy, but the breakfast shift was very efficient, and overall the staff was very helpful. Hadn't stayed in this part of town for a game weekend before (just east of capital area) and was pleasantly surprised with the number of restaurants nearby (even walking distance). Likewise, it was very easy to navigate back into Collegetown and downtown areas in minutes. Great size room for 1-2 people. Pool looked pretty nice as well, though even ... Read more
