Had a horrible experience. Room was disgusting. There was remains of a squashed bug left on the wall. Boogers smeared on the wall. Shower was peeling. Mold on shower curtain. Empty space where microwave used to be as we had no microwave. No comforters on the beds and when I asked I was told they couldn't give me any. Rat droppings in the drawers. The door didn't lock securely. Drapes were cracked and peeling. Sheets stained up. Staff was not helpful or very friendly. Made me feel like a bother a... Read more

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in to this hotel. We were a bit concerned as it has got some pretty bad reviews, and from what l can see, l don't think it's justified. For what we paid, ($66 per night, Friday and Saturday ), it is exceptional value for around here.  Especially when you consider that camping in a tent in this area around St Augustine can be over $55 a night! Our room had very comfortable beds, plenty of room, en suite, cable TV,fridge and A/C. Its got pretty good w... Read more

The customer service was great, but the rooms were extremely small and not consistent. We were missing furniture in our room. The reason I know that is my mother stayed below us and she had all hers. Housekeeping is severely understaffed.

Overnight stay while travelling I95. Rooms were dated but fairly clean. Night manager was a little annoyed having customers in the lobby to check in. Morning staff was very friendly, though.

Hubby and I stayed here on our honey moon it was nice clean and decent not worth what we paid for tho. It is in a fantastic location trolley comes right to your door. No bugs thats a plus. Beds and rooms were clean and nice. Our air didn't work to good we had to buy a fan. I would stay here again but it would be at a last resort.

We were just staying overnight with our kids and this place was convenient off of the highway and we got the room for a good price. Let me warn you if you get a good price, still find somewhere else. First of all the room was small and every amenity you could possibly imagine was crammed into this one room. There was hardly room to move around. No kidding we had a roach on our wall that we killed with a shoe. The place was disgusting. You could tell it hadn't been cleaned in awhile, at least pro... Read more

This hotel has both a pool and jacuzzi. There's a nice continental breakfast every morning. Location is walking distance to the Premium Outlet Malll and restaurants. The hotel is old, but very clean and fresh. We didn't have problems with bed bugs. Very quiet.

Nelson was the person at the counter and he was very nice and friendly. The lobby was clean and peaceful. Our room was cool (important on a hot day), clean, smelled nice, and was overall pleasant. We drove to Saint Augustine at the last minute, I couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. Thank you Nelson!

I am so very disgusted with the staff and the customer service. The room is deteriorating, the wifi doesn't work...when j called to notify the manager he said "it's working" and hung up. I called back and he said " turn your thing off and on" I stated that I had done that. He said, "it's working!" And hung up again! The wall is missing huge chunks, the bathroom is disgusting and out bed spread had stains on it. How gross!! I would've rather slept in my car and saved my $200!!

So I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel during busy season, and I found this hotel on Expedia. They had really attractive pictures of the pool, which are what convinced me to pay to stay here. It was terrible. There was only one (barely) operable ice machine on the entire property, the curtains in my room were moldy and ripped, the air conditioner had mold, and the light switch and electric sockets were falling out of the wall for some reason. This honestly rates as one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were pleasant and friendly but the building suffered from a lack of modernisation and updating. It should have been stripped and redone at least 5 years ago. The cleanliness of the rooms were interesting to say the least, staining from the previous guests cups on the counter tops, dirty carpets, mold / damp smells coming from the AC, in one room we were offered it smelled as though someone had urinated over the floor... Def not complaining about 2 nights in St. Augustine for a GREAT price! Check in was fast and VERY friendly. Room is clean, quiet and bed is comfortable. Location has a lot you can even walk too - close to the freeway, but Downtown Historical St. Augustine needs to über-ed or driven. Parking is pretty cheap and convenient so that is why I opted outside of downtown was ok for me location wise.

good location, but overpriced for the other six hotels in the area. plenty of restaurants within walking distance. NO Wi-Fi no matter what the desk clerk tells you.
