The rooms and decor were a perfect fitting for the beautiful town of St Augustine. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts at Brunch and the Martinis at the Tini Martini bar were phenomenal. The place is fantastically located being close to St Georges and right on the water - all in all the perfect location. We could not fault this place for anything. We were sad to leave! Thanks for a great stay!

I enjoyed our stay. However, next time we will get a front room with a porch over looking the water. We were in a side room with porch. The view was not pleasing. Breakfast/brunch were delicious. Good service. Bar was fun. Good drinks!

Great location. A bit of street noise. Tight quarters but very pleasant. Huge tub. Free parking in the heart of the historic district. And right on the water. Free $15 for drinks in the evening, and $25 credit for breakfast or lunch. Pleasant porch for either. Overall, we're glad we found it.

My fiance and I stayed in room number "13" lol............its a beautiful room, had a great time. I had called ahead of time to get my room ready before the 3pm check in, but, it wasn't ready but, they swiftly rectified that. The only thing I didn't care for, is you cannot change the room temperature. I love it cold and although, it wasn't bad/hot, it wasn't cold enough for me. (I did not suffer at all though, there is a ceiling fan and I'm sure my fiance appreciated that I couldn't change it... Read more

The Casablanca is a perfect hotel for a stay in St. Augustine. The location cant be beat - directly across from the Bay in the front and the back is on St. George Street right in the heart of everything. The staff was amazing, attentive and fun. We were a party of 12 and received wonderful service from the staff...especially from Katie. She works the front desk, the restaurant and any place else she is needed. I don't think she slept at all Memorial Day weekend. The beds, pillow and bedding are ... Read more

My husband and I just returned from a stay at wonderful little inn. We stayed in room 30 at the Secret Garden. The grounds and the room were beautiful. We enjoyed our breakfast overlooking the bay in the morning and enjoyed our martinis in the afternoon. Pleasant people running the inn. No problems with service staff or the front desk. Did experience some strange things in our room that cannot be explained. I guess maybe the ghost decided to make a visit in our room while we were there. Will sta... Read more

We stayed here for one evening and it was an excellent time. We enjoyed our room (although small) and the private patio. The martini bar / breakfast restaurant were great. The location is fantastic right on the bay front. It is walking distance to all the downtown locations. I would definitely stay here again.

Just got back from the Inn. My gf and I came to visit family in the area. We planned on staying at my sister's house when we got there. My dad booked here and when we stopped by, we had to book too. Originally planned on booking 1 night, but ended up staying two more additional nights because we loved it so much. All of the staff were extremely nice. It is driving me nuts that I am forgetting her name, but the woman at the front desk was incredible. She made the check in/out/reservation process ... Read more

Wonderful facility. Great location. Everything is within a short walking distance. Trolley stop in right next door as are numerous restaurants. Staff is very responsive, helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is essentially free with the $25.00 daily credit and is a great breakfast from a full menu. Tini martini bar is a cozy place to meet for a drink prior and after dinner. Carriage rides are right in front of the Inn. We stayed in the main house with a bay front balcony,. Incredible view from the bal... Read more

We stayed in Room 20, which had a nice view of Charolette St. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and overall the room was very quiet. The hotel is convenient to the downtown attractions, so much so that we walked practically everywhere. The Brunch restaurant offers a very good breakfast which anyone staying at the hotel should try at least once ( they have PERFECT poached eggs ). Room included $25 credit each morning for brunch and the food was incredible. My sister and brother-in-law who were staying in another hotel, joined us for breakfast every morning and no one was disappointed by the meal. In the evening, we received a credit for the bar and that was great too. You could sit outside and it was nice. Weather was a bit too hot in late June.

We were traveling with our two large dogs and wanted to stay in the downtown area. There are very limited choices for this on any weekend in St Augustine-but the 4th is even more of a challenge. We were lucky to get into the Casablanca- which offers a few ground floor rooms to guests with dogs. We stayed in Room 28 of the Secret Garden. What a pleasant surprise! Stayed in Garden House room 29. It was very quiet and peaceful. We couldn't tell there were many people in town when relaxing on the deck. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the drinks and brunch. The evening reception food was very basic but a good snack. The room was very clean. There is a lot of light due to high windows with no covers. Completely enjoyed our stay at the Casablanca on the bay, other reviewers need to understand you are staying in a very old historical home. Rooms were clean and housekeeping each day was very good. My wife & I stayed for our 34th anniversary and truly enjoyed the experience, a great martini bar, good food for Brunch. I love B&B's and vacation rentals, they usually give you great service and a wonderful experience vs a hotel chain. The only disappointment was no recognition of the event. We own a vacation cabin in TN, if we know our guests are celebrating something special, we put a Happy Anniversary card on the pillow and bottle of wine in the fridge.

I can't say enough about how beautifully the room was appointed. The sleep number mattress was the cherry on the top. We had delicious martinis at the quaint Teeny Martini bar downstairs before bed, and slept in until it was time for our substantial, yet relatively inexpensive breakfast downstairs looking out at the bay. Perfect relaxation. The location was so convenient to all of the cute St. Augustine shops, as well. Highly recommended!!!!

What we liked best about the Casa Blanca was the location. It truly is in the heart of the historic downtown and we could walk to everything. What we liked the least was the price; it was a little high for the room itself, but again, we paid for the location. Also, the driveway in the back could use some deep cleaning.

Next time I would stay on the 2nd floor above the front porch or 2nd floor in the back building. There is free parking and a bar and breakfast credit. Breakfast was great. Well I am really not one to complain, I am happy with a comfortable bed and a clean room. While the room was clean, it just had a weird collection of furniture in it. Our room had a separate area where the whirlpool was (room 12) and that room had a large dresser and an armoire. It just made the room seem crowded and I would have preferred maybe some seating to make it look like a living room or something. Also the back door opened straight into the bed. My husband and I stayed here years ago before they added the martini bar. This Inn does not give you the bed and breakfast feel anymore. It seems more like a business than the personal touches you would have with a bed and breakfast.
