Stayed at the Vilano Beach Cottages that the Bayfront Marin operates - the Saltwater Suite. Great access to the beach. It does have parking. Wasn't able to use the "pool." The room is tiny and there is no place to set anything down. The chairs are too small and too close to the giant TV. The bathroom is tiny. No place to put anything. For the amount of money that is charged, this room does not make the cut. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. I only stayed one night and I was refunded for... Read more

We spent the weekend in one of the beachfront cottages. They were clean, well maintained and convenient. The room had a picture window looking out onto the ocean and the view could be enjoyed from the seating area, bedroom and jacuzzi tub. We loved our stay and the weekend was over too soon!

We were married at the Bayfront in December. Marina was pleasant. Anna, was not very involved. Things were bad at the end. We chose to get married at the Bayfront because we were looking for an affordable option in St. Augustine. We got what we paid for. They were fairly hands off during the planning phase. The cake, thats part of the package. At first they described they could whatever we wanted given size. It took a while for them to get a cake list for us to review. They had some sample ca... We stayed in the Bridge of Lions room. It is not a huge room but it had everything we needed and more. The queen size bed was very comfortable but we needed the stool provided to get into it as it was high. The breakfasts each morning were very good. The banana pancakes were delicious! Each day, you fill out what you want for breakfast the next day. There is one main dish option each day (for us one day was an omelet and the other banana pancakes), but you can add other things like toast, ... Read more

We had 5 people along for an award trip for our real estate company. We stayed at the Lagoon Cottage about a block from the beach. Lovely accommodations - beautiful deck and views of pool and ocean in distance. We loved the breakfast in the morning at the B&B in town. Mary was a great server and host. We especially liked the last serving started at 10 am so we could sleep in and hang at the cottage before starting our day. The happy hour in the afternoon was a plus too. The beds were comfor... We loved every minute of the 5 days we had at this Inn in beautiful St Augustine. The warm welcoming people who looked after us at Marin could not have been nicer or more accomodating. Our hot breakfasts were yummy, as was the evening happy hour. Easy walk to great restaurants. No hassle parking. The view of intracostal waterway anchorage from comfy outdoor seating is beyond soothing.

I chose this hotel because it was so highly rated on TripAdvisor and they did not disappoint. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The rooms were very nice. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very nice. I wish I made more money so that I could visit more often.

Well appointed room, clean with a comfortable bed. Very helpful staff. An adequate breakfast and close enough to town for an easy walk, but far enough away for peace and quiet. Ample parking a short distance away.

We had read many very positive reviews on this Inn. However, our room did not live up to our expectations after reading all of the reviews. The room was very noisy from both above and beside us. Also, the furnishings and bathroom were very dated and in need of refurbishing. The bathroom floor had cracked tiles. The positives consisted of nice people and a good breakfast as well as happy hour hors deuvres. Also, the location was very good. We would not stay here again, despite the positives. Ee d... The Bayfront Marin House was an exceptional experience. I am so glad we stayed and really excited to go back one day. It is far enough away from the touristy part of town but close enough to all the sights and restaurants. We took our dog as she goes everywhere and she was very welcome by the staff and enjoyed her stay as well. The courtyard area was perfect and we got to have breakfast outside our last day. I highly recommend this hotel, beautiful place and wonderful people.
