After an uncomfortable night in another hotel because of the mattress and thin walls, my Wife and I needed a comfortable change. We stopped by The Hilton by 9:00 AM and checked availability. We were able to make the reservation, then checked out of the other hotel and were graciously accommodated by Taylor and staff by 11:20 (note that we are honor point members). When I spoke with them about it, they said the building has a master fan. I think it was not working at all in our room at least. The the room had mold and we suspect it was from the lack of ventilation. The staff was brat when we talked about it and plan to look into it. Staff at this hotel was very friendly and efficient. However, the room and the grounds in general needed a little TLC. We had breakfast in the cafe. The server was overwhelmed with the volume of customers and could not provide the correct food ordered, both to our table and the adjacent one. Location of the hotel is convenient to the beach and parking was plentiful.

Beautiful property, excellent guest service, and the rooms were comfortable, big & cozy! I can't wait to go back. We were there on a bachelorette weekend, we asked for a late check out because we were going exploring & didn't want to carry our stuff around with us in our uber, they were very accommodating.

Check in slow... room worn and dirty... the only good thing was location close to beach and restaurants...they charge you for coffee and bagels in the morning... I would recommend shopping around to see if there are better deals there are many other branded hotels in the area.

We stayed here for one night. Perfect location opposite the beach. Lovely pool area. The staff were very friendly. Walking distance to some lovely restaurants/bars. Would definitely return here if we are in the area again.

One of the best stays I've had. The quality is way above expectations. The breakfast and the food is perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Plan ahead cause they book up fast.

Positives: Close to the beach and a few decent restaurants. An easy drive into St. Augustine. Negatives: Older, dirty and doesn't really live up to other Hilton Garden Inn locations I've stayed at. Breakfast is a silly $12 per person and includes what you would get for free at a Hyatt or other hotel in the same class.

The Hilton Garden Inn always shows pride in their service to their guests. It is in a great location, serves a great breakfast and there is a restaurant, the Sunset Grille right next door. Make sure you make the Hilton Garden Inn, A1A St. Augustine, your next stop!

From reservations to check-in with Genevieve our stay at Garden Inn Hilton was perfect. This was a special week for us in St Augustine as we were getting married, and the staff made us feel like royalty! We will definitely be back!
