This Hanpton Inn is just off of I-95 and is a stone throw from both of the outlet malls. It is decently clean and only about 15 from the heart of St Augustine. There are quite a few restaurants nearby. The staff is very helpful but rooms seemed tad dated. Shower wall either had some type of faux marble or was severely stained.

We found the room very clean and comfortable. After checking into the room they called the room to see how the room was and to let us know they were putting fresh baked cookies out in the lobby. Standard clean room, needs bathroom renovation. Desk clerks not as freindly as other Hampton Inn staff. Food was ok but not up to standards as other Hampton Inn's. If you stay request discounts, however the evening desk clerk will tell you there is not difference between discounted rooms vs cost of room. Very disappointed in this particular Inn.

I stayed overnight after a business trip to central Florida. The room was clean, stocked with all the necessities. I had a restful, quiet night before I was back on the road. I was able to do work using their complimentary internet and was surprised not to have long connection times as has been the case in other hotels. My only criticism and it is not related to the hotel is that non-fast food options were limited.

Old Town St Augustine is a fun place to go. Often, the hotels directly in Old Town are booked up or too expensive for the convenience. This hotel is a few minutes from Old Town and is usually very reasonable in price (if you book ahead at all). It's clean, staff are friendly, the breakfast is good, internet connectivity is what you expect with Hilton. Very high marks. I would just suggest converting a space into an exercise room which most Hampton Inns seem to have. I was surprised that it... Read more

This is the best place to stay on the way to Disney. It is less than 2 hours away, so if you are driving a long distance (we come from Ohio), this is a great place to refresh prior to getting to the resort. It is close enough to historic St. Augustine for dinner down there. We have stopped here 2 yrs in a row and will continue to do so.

My husband and I went to this Hampton Inn a few nights ago, to spend one night and we were very disappointed. We are use to going to the Hampton Inns, but this one was really not good (regarding the room we had especially). Actually, they sold out all their king bed rooms, so they gave us a king bed room for disabled/handicapped people: the room was larger, but not yet renovated: very old shower and especially very old "two twins bed put together as a king size bed". The mattress was so soft (so... Read more

Hotel generally was ok, it was just a shame that we had to unplug the fridge & turn off the air conditioning as they were to loud to sleep with on, we may have been unlucky with the room. Whilst the breakfast was nice, the experience could of been greatly improved by having proper cutlery & plates rather than plastic ones.

Even when the computers were down, they were extremely gracious. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot, with plenty of everything for a full hotel.
