I stumbled upon this property while searching for something "on the beach" while in Tampa on business. It's a bit of a "hike" from the airport and hidden away enough that it's not overrun with tourists. The rooms were beautiful - especially the water side views as long as you're on the third floor or above.Very cozy! The beach area is also very nice, a very short walk from the hotel. They also have an excellent workout room! The down sides are only 2 restaurants and they closed at 9:00 and 1... Read more

Driving down the road to get to Little Harbor, you would never expect the resort to be as nice as it is. There are apartments/condos, suites, hotel rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a public and a private beach on the grounds, but it is very quiet and relaxing, you almost feel like you are the only people there sometimes.

The three bedroom suite resembling a beach house in my opinion, sat right off the dock, overlooking Tampa Bay. The colors inside are a light blue pastel and give a therapeutic feel. Windows are big and plentiful for amazing views of the marina and bay. The resort is a bit rural, still with nearby amenities that should keep you from having to venture too far for necessities. Tampa is conveniently not too far away as well if you want to get a little night life in the downtown area. My only gripe a... Read more

I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was so friendly. Our room was better than I expected. It was clean and modern. We ate at both restaurants and they were both very good. The pool was clean and very relaxing.

I've stayed here 4 times now and I don't plan on stopping any time soon. This place is amazing. Being able to walk around, enjoy the beach, the dock and the bar is awesome! The rooms have always been clean and well taken care of. All the staff we've interacted with is so friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong staying here!

I love this place. It is quiet, serene and beautiful. Whenever I'm in the area this is where I stay. it is off the beaten path but it is well worth it if you are looking to relax. I loved the porch at the back of the unit we rented, it faced the water.

The staff was friendly & courteous. It was convenient to have somewhere to go on site to eat after long days. The sunset was beautiful as well as I had a room facing sunrise. There were quite a few locals at the Tiki and the Ahi Tuna was great. I had my own laptop, but needed to use their business center, a plus!

The hotel staff was very accommodating. My daughter had her wedding at Sunset Grill at Little Harbor. A large majority of the guests stayed at the resort. Everyone seemed happy with their stay. The view out of our room was awesome since we faced the marina. The bed was comfortable and the rooms spacious, even the couch was comfortable. There is a saltwater pool which was awesome as well as a hot tub. Unfortunately, I had to do laundry and was pleasantly surprised at the cost. The staff e... Read more

This property has a lovely setting on the harbor. The pool and grounds are lovely. The problem I had was in the cleanliness of the room. Carpets ( yesâ?¦carpet...in Florida) were very badly stained, all the furniture was stained and actually ripped in places. Air conditioning vents were filthy with dust and grease. Crumbs left in appliances. I could continue, but you get the point. It needs a detail cleaning.

We had an excellent visit to the resort. We enjoyed a week in a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite. Beds were a little stiff but I had more than 1 great nap on the couch. The bathrooms were huge! Both had large showers and 1 had a deep soaking bath tub. Full kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer. We only used the pool behind building B. They had plenty of chairs, umbrellas and towels. We didn't visit the beach. It's not a "white sandy beach" as advertised. We drove by and decided we would rather stay... Read more

There were 11 of us, we had a 3 bedroom/3 bath suite that 8 of us stayed in, and a 1 bed/1bath the other 3 stayed in. I was nervous after reading some of the reviews, but we were more than impressed with place. It was very spacious and accommodated all our needs. We had an issue with our balcony door, we called the front desk and a maintenance man was there within 10 min to fix it. We did not eat at either restaurant as we went into town which only took a few minutes and bought all our groceries... Read more

DO NOT BOOK WITH HOTEL! The suites are wonderful. But the hotel rooms are VERY outdated and not the cleanest! The carpet in the hotel lobby is terrible and disgusting. I only gave it an average rating, because the resort is nice. People that work there are always great, the state of the hotel is not their fault. My room had a very dirty, rusty shower rod. The air conditioner vents were very dirty, the door was sticking and hard to close. The closet door was the same. I have booked rooms there on... Read more

When I did my check in it looked crazy as there is only a little spot out front to do check in, however it went smooth and quick! I would have given this resort a 5 HOWEVER. When we arrived in our condo it was not very clean at all. There was food still on the counters in the kitchen as well as the tile floors in Kitchen had like and oil still on them so we were slipping around unpacking. The masterbath dry toothpaste as well as what looked to be toothpaste spit (maybe sitting a toothbrush dow... Read more

This was a very quiet place tucked away on Tampa Bay. My friend and his mother came with us. The room was at the top floor. We were not given water front view, still, the room was clean and tidy. Equipped with kitchenette and also big bathroom. The door was heavy to open which was perfect for my son not able to open the door.
