My husband and I were looking for some place right on the beach in the area for our 1st wedding anniversary/baby moon as we are expecting a baby in August. I lucked up and found this place! Gorgeous room. Super clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Right on the beach. We cannot wait to come back!

We stayed here for one week during the Christmas, new year period. The price was very reasonable but the mist important was the cleanliness. Everything was spotless, rooms, public washrooms, lobby even beach area. The staff was courteous and friendly and most efficient. Only disadvantage there is no restaurant no site but a few acceptable places within walking distance.

We usually take cruises but decided we needed a nice quick getaway on the beach for a few nights. We found a great deal and decided to give it a try. Could not have been any luckier. We were very surprised to find this little hideaway on the beach. It was very clean and recently renovated with new crown molding, tile, flat screen TV's, and a fantastic touch was the pavers through out and around the pool area. Landscaping was very beautiful. We can't wait to go back again. Oh and the view on the ... Read more

Hotel Isis is a hidden gem on the Gulf of Mexico. Pristine in its upkeep. Simple in style. Very quiet and relaxing. Excellent location on the Gulf. The staff is welcoming. Someone is cleaning and caring for the property from sun-up to sun-down. You are next to a pier and on beautiful beaches.

Worst hotel experience in my life. We originally planned to stay 3 nights at this hotel. We informed the desk clerk at check-in that we would only be staying 2 nights. She acknowledged this fact. When we checked out, the manager was rude and said that we would not get a refund for the 3rd night we did not use. In addition, she refused to even give me a receipt. The staff for our entire stay were rude and would not even say "good morning." We often visit family in the area and will never stay the... Read more

While the rooms are small, the tropical garden in the courtyard is very inviting. We were able to eat our breakfast outside our room in the courtyard in the mornings. The pool seems well maintained, clean and is also inviting because of the attractive landscaping. Just past the pool, the hotel opens up to a beautiful beachfront location allowing for great sunset views. The John's Pass area is a few miles away. We drove there for dinners.

My family and I had to change rooms 3 times in 2 nights due to bugs! The first night we came in our bed was covered in bugs, they told us they had TERMITES in a few rooms but moved us down closer to the end the second time claiming those rooms was ok.The second day we came in we found TERMITES all over the bathroom!!!! They wouldn't offer any type of refund or discount for all the trouble, the pool was also covered in bugs, seems like they never skimmed the pool. We was in rooms 134,122,226. They... Read more

Fabulous hotel, rooms very clean and beds very comfortable, grounds fabulous. beautiful garden area, pool area beautiful. even has a lift for handicap access to pool. very cool. and talk about ocean front!! st aff very accommodating. only draw back was the space between the beds and bathroom entry. very tight, especially for person with walker ,although we did not have an handicap room, but even so for any person tight space between bed and bath area. but overall wonderful place. would hig... Stayed with my wife and 2 year old daughter. It has an amazing location being right in the beach, but isn't large and cold like many other options. On top of the beachside location, the hotel has a great pool and beautiful outside seating in the open common area. We would def stay again. Only complaints are no blackout curtains...got very very bright in the morning and at night due to lighting. And the neighboring room had a dozen people (it seemed) and were loud...but that can happen anywhere.... Read more

Hotel Isis (but don't look for that sign - it's now The Hotel Sol) is a refreshingly clean and updated mom-and-pop with great beach access. It's one-story, a plus if you don't like traversing a corridor, waiting for the elevator and traipsing through the lobby to hit the beach or come back to your room for snacks. We paid about $100 for a June weeknight stay. Downside? Rules posted everywhere! Don't steal the towels, smoke on the property, move the patio furniture, etc. Parking on-site is limite... Read more

We recently stayed at this hotel for almost a week and were very happy with it. Excellent housekeeping. Beautiful spot on the beach near a pier. The lounge chairs, hammocks and grills were a very nice bonus. Always plenty of chairs for everyone but don't take them to the water...not allowed. The room looked newly renovated and was very nice, especially liked the clean white duvet on the bed. Reasonable price. Pool was nice and there were pool toys for the kids. I did not like the smokers... Read more

We have stayed here for several years and will continue. It is a small hotel with few amenities but very clean . Small enough you always have a chair at the pool and very kid friendly!!! The front desk people are friendly and happy to serve!! They now have a handicap chair for the pool. They have beach chairs and umbrella to rent , one fee for each for your entire stay.

Room was spotless, if sparse and a little worn. 2 broken tiles in the floor, cracked outlet cover, if you care. Room was utterly spotless and not a single Florida bug. Staff was helpful and pleasant, both front desk and housekeepers. Parking stinks. About 15 or so spots on the front lot-you feel like you hit the lottery when you get one. The remainder are in a dirt lot across 4 lanes of Gulf Blvd. On a hot mid day in Florida you really feel it. There is a well lit crosswalk with flashers. Great ... Read more

We busted whilst in Orlando to get away from the hustle and bustle. St Petes beach is lovely and the hotel sol has a good location and was very clean. Reception staff very friendly and the pool area was a big hit with the kids. We got a room with a sea view which was fantastic and worth a little extra. Only downside, we are a family of four (2 young teenagers ) and the room had 2 doubles beda, not big enough for us all and were not very comfy, every time someone turned over they made a noise.... My friend and I visited this hotel as an overnight beach trip. For a quick trip, the hotel was not bad at all. We did ask for two queen beds and ended up with a king, but no biggie! Everything was in walking distance; we literally didn't move the car until check out. The bathrooms were nice, bed was comfortable and the TV worked. And the beach was right there!!

We traveled in a large group so rented two rooms. Our rooms were very, very tiny, but super clean, and who spends time in their room during a beach vacation anyway? This hotel is all about the outdoor space. There was a lovely pool in a courtyard area- very lush, tropical landscaping around the pool and a tiny waterfall feature at one end of the pool. My kids played for hours and would have stayed longer. You step out the back side of the motel directly into sand- the beach is right there! So co... Read more

Great get away place.Affordable. Clean. Very homey. Has grill to cook. Can walk on the beach. Had pool. Near by shopping center. We absolutely loved it. I cannot say anything negative about this place except that the registration office was little more presentable. It looked with a storage room.

We recently stayed with our family (total of seven rooms) for three days/two nights. We had G-parents, Parents, Kids and infants and the experience was fantastic for all. The layout of the hotel is tight for space but perfectly accommodated us. The pool ... active, clean and great. The beach ... sunsets, grills, chairs and the pier were all welcome to our experience. We will be back and are already planning our return next year.

There is no room for parking, maybe 10 spots in the front. You have to park across the street, careful not to get hit. Upon my arrive staff checked me in, she seem a bit rude but maybe she was having a bad day. Let me tell you, the bed was the best, very very very cozy. Bathroom was clean, the shower was tile and roomy but the water pressure was super low, so it took me forever to shower. Beach was right there, I layer on the hammock and enjoyed the sunset. There is numerous chairs and table to... Read more
