Nice, clean, meets expectations. Management need to burn the duvets and replace with blankets - duvets are too hot, too heavy and cannot be adjusted for a comfortable night. The off street parking for the guest with a trailer needs to be illuminated with better directions. Am not accustomed to being over billed and then issued a credit.

If you request and pay for a handicap room, go check it first. Ours had no safety rails and no ADA toilet. Noise from ice machine was awful. Probably the smallest hotel room that we have stayed in. Must be 10 or more miles to get to a restaurant.

Wonderful staff working the front desk. They made me feel so comfortable and safe I was traveling by myself. Breakfast was good and very clean area, coffee excellent. It was nice having a refrigerator and microwave in room. Going to be staying again in January.

Extra clean, with all the quality of Hampton Inn makes this the best choice for lodging in this part of FL. I looked at several options and am really glad I chose this property. Say "Hello" to Ava at the front desk. She rocks!!!

Totally satisfied with the hotel, staff, etc. Breakfast was great. Nice to have such a choice of fruit, and eggs. Only suggestion would be was that the hard boiled eggs were hard to peel. Was greeted when we arrived and told that coffee and "hot" chocolate chip cookies were available.

Stayed at the Hampton on Oct 11 on our way to see our new grandson in Soth Florida. The hotel was clean and the staff couldn't have nicer. We were precheck in the previous evening so we new our room number who we arrive. The room was larger than I expected. Everything was in excellent condition. The next morning we had the free breakfast. Their was a nice selection of breakfast food. Overall I give this hotel a 4 star rating.

Wasn't up to the standards we have experienced at other Hampton/Hilton properties. Room smelled of disinfectant, towels were so rough you were afraid of brush burn, and the price ridiculous - $209 plus taxes for one night, king bed!! It was Saturday of Thanksgiving with a football game in Tallahassee! Still too expensive for a basic stick motel. The only positives were the ladies at the desk and the sweet woman hustling the breakfast bar.

Breakfast Staff/Service Person needs hospitality training immediately. Bad attitude and very unprofessional. She was beyond rude to my family and another family during our Thanksgiving stay and dared to be asked for assistance in the breakfast area. Between popping her chewing gum, standing with her arms folded, and rudely interrupting guest as they attempted to partake in the Hampton-provided-guests-paid-for breakfasts items as if the food was to be rationed according to her standards. never mi... Always try to stay at the Hampton/Hilton. Best place, best accommodations and the best staff, no matter which hotel. Always friendly and helpful. We go that extra mile and sometimes go out of our way to find a Hampton.
