I have stayed in a lot of hotels, from 2 stars to 5. I think I'm fair on my reviews. This hotel was reasonable price for the area, the people were nice. I just couldn't get past both beds in the room made a lot of noise and the one sagged bad. It was not in the middle of all the action and I was ok with that!

Spent the weekend here recently, and was pleasantly surprised. Yes the bed was a little uncomfortable, but the room was great. Even cooked a meal there. I would go back. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and odor free. Very happy with the stay.

Last minute plans brought me to this property. Was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness..lobby, room & parking area. Was concerned with the fact they will accept pets, but no odors in room. With small stove was even able to cook a meal in the room. Easy access and centrally located between Pensacola & Perdido Key. Good value for the money...I would consider again & recommend to others visiting the area.

We only stayed there one night passing through. I will be back and looking at an extended stay for some local diving. Clean, quiet, and a kitchenette in the unit. Good value for the services, especially compared to other ones in the area.

Pros: friendly staff, great location to reach the Naval base Cons: paper thin walls(heard neighbors tv all night ,even him talking ),air didn't work too good ,bed made my hips and back hurt the light switch worked all lights so we had to use our phones to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night unless we wanted to wake up everyone Over all it served its purpose. I feel it's overly priced, but it matches most hotels in this area. There is no breakfast, but it does have a small pool and an a... Read more

We had to find a luggage cart and retrieve it ourselves from the 3rd floor. Actually all 3 of the hotels carts were on that floor that evening. There were no tissues in the room and our daughter was congested so she used a roll of toilet paper. There were 3 of us in the room but there were dishes and silverware for only two. There was no container furnished to use in the microwave. When the closet was open no one could enter or exit the bathroom. The beds were too soft. we are used to hav... Read more

Fast check in, friendly staff. It's a regular budget hotel with wonderful staff that goes out of their way to make you as comfortable and happy as possible. Cleaning service was on top of things daily-great job to them! Pool was clean and perfect water temp. Safe area, grounds were kept clean. No breakfast but our twin bed room was large and roomy also had a full working kitchenette so I was able to make a meal or two while there. There are some pots/pan and dishware plus items to wash dishes wi... Read more

I have no complaints about this hotel. Staff was friendly, room was clean, not much noise was made, and not far from places. Was like a mini home inside of the room. Had pots, plates, cups, etc. Didn't use mini stove but it was nice to have just in case. Good stations on tv & wifi worked great. Was 20 mins from beach. If I were to return to Pensacola, I would definitely stay here again!

Two nights-no sleep. All you can hear is the sound of feet running over your head at midnight. Have stayed here before without this problem and enjoyed it. Get a room on top floor if you actually want to sleep. The rooms are large and it's really nice to have a kitchen. But still it would be nice to actually be able to sleep.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. I booked it through an online dealer. When I arrived, I mentioned I had booked online. They asked me for my card and made me sign a document about incidentals. The document said I "might be charged" if there is any problem with the room after my stay (stolen things, etc.). The truth is that they charged me for it twice. I paid three times: 1 to the dealer and 2 to the hotel. When I asked them, they said it would be refunded. But I was never told that my card... Read more

I booked this hotel through Hotels.com for a family beach trip where we planned to go to Fort Pickens. Hotels.com stated this hotel was 5.1 miles away from the Fort, which is true if you cut through the Gulf. It's actually 45 minutes (or longer) driving. While traveling with my mom and daughter we always get a room with a separate sitting area because I'm often working on the trip. Also, usually someone wants to stay up later or gets up earlier so it just makes things easier. I called ahead ... Read more

Suburban Extended Stay, Pensacola Florida was a very nice place to stay. You could tell it was getting a little old but really taken care of by staff. They were very honest as well, to clarify. The town was booked because of a change of command at the Naval Station and the Blue Angles in town. We had an error in our lodging at the station and had tried several hotels all booked. One hotel said they may have one and called ahead for us. They only had three rooms left for the night. They said they... Read more

I had read so many negative reviewside about the place that I was apprehensive about staying but when we arrived and got our room it was fine. Sure it's no Marriott or Sheraton but it was absolutely fine for what I paid. I'd stay there again for a short cheap trip.

Stayed here for a day trip to Pensacola Beach (Sat July20-Sun Jul 31). Almost booked through a site but decided to call instead and got it for cheaper with my military discount. Lobby was cool with service member hats to show support of government officials. Room #134 on the first floor originally a non smoking room. All rooms on the first floor have been converted to smoking, even though there are sign that say it. It was nice with a Queen bed, kitchen, stove, sink, utensils, cookware, dishes a... Read more

Not a bad hotel. Within 15 minute drive of Pensacola Beach or Perdido Key. They were nice enough to allow us to use late checkout. Rooms smelled like they'd been smoked in before. I guess that's to be expected in Pensacola. Pool was decent. Nothing great, but a pool nonetheless. Rooms could definitely be kept up a little better. It seems like that is what I find unless I stay at a Comfort Suites or better.

I booked a room at the Suburban Extended stay the night before my trip because the Navy Lodge although on the website had rooms available, when speaking to the rep told me there was no rooms available. Arrived late that night, greeted by a very nice young man who made check in pleasant. My room was huge and spacious. Added bonus it was pet friendly. Thank you Suburban for making it possible for me to attend my son graduation from A school.

The best thing about this extended stay motel is its price. The rooms are in urgent need of a renovation Everything about the room is dated, my door wasn't very secure and was very loose (I probably could have done the credit card trick and got in), and the room wasn't very clean. If you plan to use the room exclusively to sleep for a few hours during a one night stay, go for it. But if you are planning a long term trip, I would look at other options.

I will never stay here or at any other Suburban Hotel. My first time to stay at one. Yes it was cheap and the only reason we stopped is the hotel takes dogs. We have a small dog and they charged us $50 "cleaning fee". What a joke!! I do both think they EVER clean!! Beds are very old and "squishy"-- sheets and bedding are scratchy. The ceiling had visible mold--bathtub was chipped badly-- the fridge was rusty and dirty!! They have a pretty big backyard for dogs to exercise and a nice gazebo-- how... Read more

My experience at the Suburban Extended Stay in Pensacola was a pleasant one. They front staff was very kind, professional, and helpful. The room was clean, had a full-sized fridge, microwave, stove top, 2 writing desks, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, and plenty of room for me and my one roommate. Plenty of parking and 24/7 service at the front desk. Also, there are some 24/7 food option nearby.

I checked into the extended suburban stay in pensacola Florida on 10/21/16 about 1:20a. Once I entered the room assigned I was greeted with a very disgusting view if the bathroom so disappointing. I couldn't eat my food I plan to do so once I was relaxed. I immediately went back down stairs reported the issue to the clerk- he didn't seem to care so I requested a full refund. His response was that May be a problem. After a brief conversation he stated a full refund would be given. I will never ... Read more

I visited Pensacola for a few days and on one of those days, I attended a concert at the Saenger theatre which is downtown. The hotel was not only convenient but it was also reasonable, clean and accommodating. The staff was great! I was in a room beside 2 screaming kids and they offered to move me. That alone made me feel special. The bed was very comfortable and I felt safe there traveling alone. I will visit again.

Thanks for the great nights sleep guys! Your hotel was amazingly clean, spacious and well maintained. The staff was amazing, Axel was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! We WILL be back and we will be suggesting it to all of our traveling friends!!! The location is just minutes from downtown and tons of retail and restaurants. Good job!!!

The hotel shows its age, but that does not make it a bad pick. I was greeted by a friendly staff and enjoyed a clean room with a fairly comfortable bed. This is an extended stay which offers a small kitchen and fridge which is pet friendly and I appreciated. I stayed here for Thanksgiving vacation to visit some friends and the location was what primarily guided my decision in choosing this establishment. The price per night was very reasonable. To be honest, I would likely look for a hotel with ... Read more
